There’s been talk here I think of depletion of neuro transmitters? Anyway, its suggested you take in a lot of fluids when doing the mones.

I tend to get a similar effect of brain fog when trying a new mix or product out. Still get it every now and then when doing some -none intense mixes.

Water, water and more water. Keep hydrated, spray away from your face, try arms back of neck etc so you’re not directly inhaling anything. If you’re layering lots of product, slow it down, maybe take a day off or two in between applications.

just to concur with what Gentlemen is saying…curbing the amount can help lift the over kill of transmitters, I’ve found as well. ESPECIALLY with the consumer line. Things like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and pretty much perfect as they are I’ve found and putting too much on top just creates a mess.

I’ve not noticed any cognitive impairment at even high mone doses. However, too much alcohol or lack or sleep can hose me good. Not really “brain fog”–more like brain farts…

It happens for some and not others. I dont feel hydration really helps but staying hydrated in its self is important so as Gentleman suggested drink more fluids.

Usually its something the subsides after using mones for a while but here are some tips to help avoid it.

Hold your breath when you apply your mones until they settle on skin. Breathing in the wet molecules can give you a head rush feeling.

Spray to the back of you body instead of the front.

Dont keep smelling yourself to see how you smell. My friend kept doing this. She put the mones on her wrist and every time I looked at her she had her wrists up to her nose. I told her to stop inhaling them you wont leave any to diffuse LOL (I was just teasing her) She wasn’t even conscious of doing it until I pointed it out but she would get lightheaded from doing it.

Never apply in a closed environment like a car.

Take a good multivitamin to help replenish your neurotransmitters.

Have you perused the **“Mones to clear up Brain Fog”** thread?

[Mones that will clear up brain fog!](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mones-that-will-clear-up-brain-fog/42569)

Plenty of discussion there. 🙂
