I have done some research, and I have come across an issue. btw: I’m brand new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and i am 17-20 years old so here’s my question: If I can pick one pheromone from each set to make a total of two which should I pick? pick one: Instant Gentleman or AMMO pick one: Instant Shine or Instant Openness ---

I’ve tested AMMO extensively, and if you’re looking for the best all around pheromone for attraction and likability. [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) garners respect, but not too serious respect when it comes down to people noticing you. Instant Shine is a good all around pheromone, if your game is there (if that’s what you’re looking for then that’s not a bad idea either. However if you need a booster, Instant openness would do well for you. However based on my experiences I would go with AMMO and Instant shine. A lot of people in the forum use it as beginners and its great. Plus you’ll get diversity with your mixes. Ammo contains one of the nols associated with Instant Openness, while Instant Shine gives you TAA. So AMMO and Instant Shine. ---

Haha you’re 17-20 years old? Not sure? I would go with ammo and IS, together they are an amazing combo. ---

[exactly how old are you?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/new-to-forum/39212/1) If you can only pick one of each then definitely go with ammo as that seems to be a good all around. I gave that to a friend of mine who is about 28 and he really likes how it affects him and others around him. He is Filipino and probably doesn’t have a high none profile. You can’t go wrong with IS or IO but based on your welcome post you seem to indicate that you are looking more for an icebreaker. IO would be a good choice. ---

You can’t go wrong with ammo as a first time user. I love IS and have been playing with that a bit more than I probably should. lol. But I think you need to be a bit more honest about yourself. [exactly how old are you?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/new-to-forum/39212/1)
