# Bravina for public speaking?

Anyone ever use Bravina? its marketed as a stress reducer for public speaking anxiety… thoughts?

Never used it…public speaking is something i CRAVE…so I don’t mind it, but sorry I don’t know.

Now as far as mones are concered [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) i used last night kill any and all approach anxiety I had…so

Nice. you’re welcome…[MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) worked great…instead of feeling anxious I just trusted the mones to do their work and they did, which reinforced me and it was a great circle.
