Hey, I’m Icebreaker. I’m almost 20 years old and I live in New England. I love hitting the clubs, and I came here looking for some help breaking that outer shell some women have. I like to think I’m a pretty good guy, but some girls seem so guarded its hard for them to really get to know me. What does everyone think I should do? ---

Hey everyone, I’m Icebreaker. I’m almost 20 years old, I live in New England, and I got put on to this site as a way to break through that barrier some women put up. I consider myself a pretty friendly guy, but some ladies just have this defense that makes it impossible to get to know them, and I’m looking for a way around or through it. So what does everyone think is the best way to do that? ---

Welcome Icebreaker, you’re at the right place for [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) information. Mones can help break down some of those barriers, but it’s still up to you to close the deal with a woman. In my short experience, I’ve noticed how mones can really make people more comfortable around you. At your age I would keep things simple to start, especially since you probably don’t have unlimited funds to purchase everything possible. I would recommend starting with Ammo and IS, they’re both very affordable have been my favorite combo since I’ve started this hobby. TUTH, IH, IO and IG would all be good choices as well. Wow - 3 entries just to say hello … The best way to get through some defenses … my thoughts would be: [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - it has enough none in it to let the ladies know you are interested but it is balanced enough that you can wear it anywhere. IO - will help you keep those intial conversations going. IShine - will help the people around you feel happy to be near you. IH - generates feelings of trust and commection and helps lead into deeper conversations. If you are pretty good at starting conversations then the IH will be key in generating rapport with the ladies. ---
