Hello and welcome to the forum. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is well known product for this issue. You may use it with IS if you wanna boost your confidence and make yourself and others nearby Happy. Or use it with IO if you have trouble breaking ice. You may pair it with p74 also. But keep dose of p74 below 15mcg . It works great with Ammo. Keep posting and take care ---

Hi Ashdgun, Yeah, the dreaded friend zone. We’ve all been there. Pheromones can help you break out of it, but you still have to do your work and be persistent. It takes time, even with pheromones. However, if you are meeting new people, pheromones will help you stay out of the friend zone. Hi Ashdgun, Welcome my friend. So if you are starting out the men’s starter pack is a great way to go. I could recommend sexuals but I think it is really important to have a complete package. The men’s pack will have things for sexual, bonding, social, party, and more. With this kit you will have everything at your finger tips to get out of this friendzone. They all come in the 5ML Togo bottles to so it is easy to change your phero signature at any time. If you don’t get the kit I will give you some options here. Ammo for attraction and is very well balanced by itself. good for clubbing and attracting women plus works really well for day use. IS will boost your confidence and put her and everyone else around you in a happy mood. Best saved for when you built a little rapport with a woman. Start low on dosage because it is very easy to OD. If you buy separate I would buy the 30ML bottle because at $30 I think it is a better deal by far verse the 5ML Togo.
