Hey all, My first results thread, so please be patient with me? :o I had really cool results last Thursday using MX134 at work and had this idea to try using it all this week, and report on any results here for each day. Not reading any of the posts on MX134, because I don’t want to skew my perceptions. Sorry in advance for any redundencies! On Thursday, I decided to try my MX134 because I was expecting to have a meeting with my boss, and I have been hearing rumors that a new position was in the works. So I wanted to come across as cool and capable as possible. Right before the meeting, I ran off to the ladies room and sprayed on [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) (1 spray) to my hair, and instant shine to my chest (1 spray), since I was a little nervous about MX134, I sprayed one spray of it to the back of my hand so I could easily and thoroughly wash it off if necessary. Well, turned out that the meeting was not with my boss, but with her boss instead. I go in there and he is sooo happy to see me, shakes my hand and talks a little about his kids and then goes on to discuss a potential re-org of my department. 😮 Re-org?? And Mr. Big Dude wants my opinion on it before it happens? Generally re-orgs at my company are done _to_ deparments as a fait accompli. Discussions only happen among the VPs. He told me he was only discussing it with one other person and that he needed it to go no further than his office. Mmmm thought I would get more written here this morning…will finish this up and report back any results later this evening. Please wish me luck! Hi there Chirimoya and Jasmin, Thank you for the support. I know it is a cliche to say that changes mean opportunities, but it can be true. You are both such positive influences here, and I hope to contribute to what you have going on in these threads. Thank you loads for the reputation points Chirimoya (I want your avatar as a wall poster! so cool.) and LaurieNY; that was really sweet of you to do. Will have to figure out how to reciprocate…Plz give me a little time to figure that out. 🙂 Looks like I still need to finish my little story about Thursday. Then I’ll put in today’s report as a separate post. This is work! LOL –Thursday– So…Boss’s boss n me n my MX134-sprayed hand are in his temporary office (he is based at a different location) and he outlines his plan for how the department will be structured. Although he frames this plan as a way to even out the workload, what would actually happen is that my already-overburdened coworkers and I would simply have even more work shifted to us. So I listen enthusiastically, taking notes as he talks. My mind ticking faster than my scribbling. He finally stops and asks me what I think, says that I can get back to him if I need time to come up with feedback. I don’t need time to think. I immediately run down a list of the pros and cons, providing operational detail that fills in some of the gaps in his process. Basically telling-him-without-telling-him that his plan is well intentioned but sucks. And then out of the blue I offer up a different plan and we work together messing around with his org chart drawing. We wind up with a new org chart that lessens my team’s workload slightly and gives us heaps of added prestige–not sure about added $$$, but who knows 😃. Everyone on my team keeps their jobs. He gets genuinely excited about presenting “his plan” to his superiors. Now this is not how I normally operate. I don’t normally have such fully formed ideas off the cuff. And as to presenting them confidently enough to persuade… I didn’t stammer or get lost in any of my sentences. Nor did I get star struck and just agree with him on everything. He treated me like an equal…and a little bit special. We were on the same wavelength and he seemed to enjoy my company. Justa coupla high rollers talkin business. Now I may need to learn how to golf. lol So that’s how I got the idea that MX134 might be good for career purposes…we shall see…Please do share any work-related MX134 experiences. –Monday– Wearing: Instant Sexiness A, one spray to wrist Instant Shine, 3 sprays all over [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), 1 spray to hair and one added at lunch MX134, 1 spray to wrist TAH, 1 spray to cleavage (I like TAH purely for its effect on me. Keeps me sweet and chilled and away from conflict.) Skewing factors: I was tired from the weekend. Plus it was a _Monday_. Events that may have been affected by MX134: - Boss let me choose my next project rather than the ususal method of assigning one to me. - Boss hung out and did not seem to want to leave my cube. - Co-worker from a different department asked me to access a file that I had no authority to touch. Said she knew I didn’t have the password but that she hoped I’d use my “super powers” (?) to get around it. - Friend sent me an email apologizing for having been “crude and disgusting” during our conversation at lunch today. Kitten, it sounds like you have your workplace on lock-down. Is it possible your self-perception is out of whack with what others are seeing, because from your few posts so far, it doesn’t sound like you’re a type to be in the shadows and not contributing much. Seems your reputation (“super powers”) also speaks to a more visible, active person. Anyhoo, I brought my MX134 to work today because I had a meeting with some people who I really DO NOT like today. I am contributing work on a conference they’re putting together. There’s one micromanager I really can’t stand, and some of the other team members have been a bit casual in their follow-through so some information I need gets lost or arrives incomplete. I sprayed myself with 1 blast to chest, top of head, one to back of neck, one sprayed between wrists, and another general chest/torso area. 5 sprays MX134. I only spoke when my areas of responsibility came up and these parts went smoothly. The rest of the time I listened. At the end, two organizers of the event (one of which is my department-mate) offered me a space in their full-bar equipped limo for the ride back 😃 I wanted to just sit quitely and listen and not have any flack directed at me by micromanagers and disorganized nincompoops and it seemed to work for that. The only downside is a got another invite to share a car back with a less fun person than the 2 organizers who invited me in the full-bar limo, so I’ll have to figure out how to handle this one. ---

5 sprays! Go Chirimoya! Do you normally use that much? Sounds like you behaved very professionally. MX134 seems to have made you very calm and patient with the nincompoops. If you work on conferences very often, I can see how a zen attitude in the face of others’ chaos could come in handy. And you have a department-mate with access to a limo with bar? Nice! And awfully glamorous. Hope he owes you lots of favors. 😃 My workplace is pretty locked down. Due to some of our contracts, we have to have extremely tight info security. My professional reputation is pretty good: that I’m a very hard worker, that I do quality work, can fix problems for people when they get into trouble, and that I’m extremely earnest and sweet natured, if a little full of myself at times. I lack the polish, true self-assurance, and detachment needed to be a good leader. MX134 seems to add a little of this. The Instant Shine is likely helping too. If I could make an guess about your experience, the MX134 seems to have given you a certain measure of detachment as well. Please let me know when/if you do it again. Forgot it until I had already driven off in my car. Had to make due with the togos in my purse–added 2 sprays of MX135 for the TAH content. - MX134, 2 sprays to wrist (the extra spray was to try to make up for the “cuddle me” effect of MX135) Skewing factors: The MX135 Events that may have been affected by MX134: - 4 compliments on my hair (blown out at the stylist the night before), 1 on my new sweater, 1 on my eyes. - 4 requests for help and advice from an extremely capable and intelligent co-worker who didn’t really need my help. - 2 requests for help from another co-worker, preceded by a lot of buttering up with compliments and praise. - My phone attitude: that life is great and isn’t it great that you have my attention. Everyone I called rolled with it. But of course, no one could smell me over the phone. - Gave other people deadlines without begging! - Numerous classic MX135 responses, but I won’t put them here since that is not the point of this thread. Amazing hit report Kitten. I actually usually don’t care for MX134. It gives me the grumps. And, par for the course, I got in a terrible mood later that day! Of course it could have been the jerks I’m working with… As for detachment, that’s a quality I tend to have, but when I am personally affronted and my baseline level of decency is violated, then detachment is less possible and I start to get upset. I think my MX134 mantra is going to be “vision and authority” because those qualities are needed for career success and leadership. I just have to watch out for the bad mood, and this is why I usually don’t wear it…but saw your thread and decided to go for it again. ---

Also, you may want to consider just spraying the MX134 in your hair, where it will affect others more than you. ---

Oh if anything raunchy happens at work I will defnintely post it here! 😃 I’d also be pretty shocked and amazed. The only romantic/sexy target I have at work is on a different floor and I rarely see him. Will let you know if I ever bump into him on the stairs and the clothes go flying. 🙄 Will catch up on my reports either this evening or this weekend. Kay. Posting the rest of the week’s reports. Can’t quite remember the exact mix I was wearing for each day, but pretty sure I had on at least 1 spray [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A, 1 spray instant shine, 1 spray instant honesty, and 1 spray mx134. –Wednesday– The Tea Saga Oh did I ever brown nose. Got into a pretty personal conversation with my manager and she happened to mention that what she really needed was a cup of tea. But that the decaf tea she just love love loved wasn’t being provided in the break room anymore. So what does Kitten the little office politician do? What would you do? I go to a different floor to see if I can find the tea. No dice. Try another floor, no luck. So I go down to the cafeteria where I’m pretty good friends with some of the staff. The lunchroom manager hears my plight and goes with me to one of the break rooms and utterly ransacks the various cupboards. We find caff tea, but no decaff. So I’m ready to call it a wash, but lunchroom guy insists on taking me to see the head of Facilities… Now Facilities is known as a very imposing force that will go into your cube and take away any extra chairs Kitten might have there…and they have an unnatural obsession with the idea that people might have toasters in their cubes. (Around Christmas each year, they send out a list of contraband items, which includes crock pots and toasters. Once they confiscated a piece of office equipment from a friend of mine because they thought it was a George Forman type sandwich maker.) So, against my better judgement, dude takes me to Facilites about my tea issue. Surprisingly, the head of this department sees us and takes my problem very very seriously. She looks up the tea in some sort of file and goes on to explain the entire rationale for the budget cuts. I fight the urge to bust out giggling. And she goes on and on, saying she loved the tea too and that it wasn’t up to her…apologizing really. I start to get the point that if I don’t grant her some sort of absolution we might be here all day. Lunchroom guy and me leave her office and I turn to go back to my desk, thinking I’ve spent way too long on this…when lunchroom guy says “Wait! I got you covered.” He leads me back into the lunchroom and goes over to the decaf tea for sale and grabs a fistfull, puts it on a paper plate, and gives it to me in front of everyone. I was almost embarrassed to give it to my boss. And it was really weird to explain how I got it. –Thursday– Kitten Loses Her Temper I can see now what Chirimoya means by MX134 making her grumpy. I lost my temper with a total fool who was combining cluelessnes with demandingness. This was during a conference call, and I had the sense to hit the mute button before I started reaming her. My little fit lasted about a half hour during which I was careful not to talk to anyone or send any emails. –Friday– Mini Me? Just noticed that a girl in my department has started copying me. I wear sweater sets, she wears sweater sets. She has even started drinking coffee black like me. I told her about a specific type of contacts, she went out _that day_ and got a prescription. She is almost 10 years younger than me and her last job was modeling in Italy, and she compliments virtually any outfit I wear? Crazy. I’m tempted to do something outrageous to see if she does it too. Best! Kitten ---

_claps_ Congrats, Kitten! It’s funny you guys mention MX134 affecting your temper. I thought I’d noticed that, myself, but I carry all my Liquid Sunshine To-Gos with me, and they help balance it out.
