Hi all! Some of you I have been introduced to already via the welcome part of the forum - to everyone else… hi there! I’ve already had some good advice but I’m just trying to solidify different ideas and pheromone strategies in my head and ultimately trying to establish what [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) to purchase and how to utilize them effectively - obviously a key component to doing that will be experimenting with dosages of each individual product and establishing my OD level and at when I get the most hits. FOR WORK! At the moment I’m thinking of building up to using Alpha A314, with InstantShine and InstantOpenness during work hours (staring with IS - then Alpha A314 - and then IO to find my perfect level for each before combining) because I think that this will give me a competitive advantage - any suggestions - is this a good order to test in? what level of each should I start with? Any other suggestions? Would it be more effective to substitute InstantOpenness for InstantGentleman as both would make me approachable and popular in a working environment? FOR SOCIAL! For enjoying life and hanging out I reckon that my best bet is to continue using InstantShine but couple it with Ammo. I would also consider using InstantGentlemman or InstantOpenness socially but I’m not fully convinced of the suitability of these products; aside from meeting new people. (I understand that all pheromones are most effective on new people anyway) Any thoughts or suggestions? I’d love to hear what you guys out there think! Of the online forum communities I have come across; and there have been a few; the threads and chats I have read here thus far have shown the members here to be both well informed and insightful. Nads, I’m not sure how much you want to spend to start but I would think that instead of getting both A314 and IG you would do well to start with the IG and use it for work. Try the A314 after you’ve been using pheromones a bit. Some reasons for this are that the base component of both is androsterone so the effect has some similarity. You are pretty young at 19 so it may take you some experience to really be able to put a314 to its best effect. You could wear IG to work and get some ammo for evening use. IO or better IH would go well with either or by itself. Ishine is the same way works with either or alone. Check out my stupid newbie thread (link in signature)for some tips on testing. You’ll do best to try them one at a time. Tisha put a nice “schedule” for testing about four posts down in that thread. Also a lot of people contributed a lot of good info to the congruency thread I link to as well. Good luck! Have Fun! ---

I like [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) for work. If you can work it and keep your mouth shut, you might have some things revealed to you that can be very useful.
