# Business meeting in a few hours...

I am starting a new business and will be looking at some commercial properties for lease with my realtor.

Now, this guy has never met me in person, but he doesn’t like me already! ☹ This is due to some miscommunication issues we have had via phone and email. Now, if this were a realtor for a ~residential~ property, I wouldn’t really care that much :o but he will be helping me to negotiate with the landlord, and helping me to apply to the zoning board for a variance potentially, and helping me to write a contract… :o

In short, I NEED this guy on my side. I NEED him to think of me as a competent person, AND I need him to want to help me.

The pheromones at my disposal are:  
estratetraenol- I love this stuff! My experience with it is that men want to do things for me when I wear it.

I haven’t done extensive testing to find my sweet spot yet ☹.

I DON’T want this guy to be distracted by wanting to ravage me on the floor! So of course it’s not wise to pour on cops. No bath in EOW for me 😮

My thoughts are to apply the estratetraenol, 3 sprays to my hair, chest and wrists, 2 sprays of Instant Honesty to the back of my chest and to my legs, and 2 sprays of Instant Shine (where to put it 😕 )

Sound like a good plan? No?  
The meeting is at 11 am today.

Well, I went to the meeting wearing 2 sprays of estratetraenol, 1 spray of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and 2 sprays of Instant shine. I sprayed my back with the IO, because I tend to blab things that should be kept silent! I surely did say something I shouldn’t have said, but he didn’t seem to notice!

The pheromones definitely had a positive impact on him! He was a bit sullen when he first got out of the car, but within 20 minutes he was looking at me with shiny eyes, trying to brainstorm ways I could make more money with my business! His body language was very open and eager, and he was eager to help me. Thank goodness I had my 'mones on, because it could have gone much differently! When we parted ways he had a pep in his step and seemed happier. 😃 I am happier too, because I think I can get a good contract together on one of these properties.

All hail pheromones!!!
