# "buy me" pheromone?

Hello,  
My first order shipped yesterday. Yay 🙂 Hopefully it’ll arrive today so I can start experimenting.  
I’m a Realtor and my own house is for sale at the moment as well.  
Is there a pheromone that I could spray around the house before a showing to make potential buyers feel more inclined to choose my house over another one?  
I did read "what pheromones can and can’t do"and realize that if someone really doesn’t care for this property, no pheromone will make a difference.  
The mood I would like to create would be happy, relaxed with a bit of desire mixed in.  
My order contains Instant Shine, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Sexiness A (I think it’s A -the Angelina version?), would those work around the house do you think or is there a better “buy _ **me** _” mix?  
Can the pheromones just be spritzed on furniture, or should I put them into the humidifier and let them release that way?  
Sorry, I always have so many questions, but I promise to report back on my trials and hopefully I might be able to help someone else in the future. 😃

Try spraying [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) everywhere! On the furniture is fine, maybe on any radiators that are around, anything warm that will help the IS disperse. I’m sure there’s a thread somewhere on here where a woman managed to swap her house in London for a more desirable one; she sprayed IS around IIRC, and the other people were only too happy to swap houses.

I couldn’t find the thread by searching for “london house swap” but yeah, I did see this post not so long ago.

If you do a search you will find an idea that has been used about putting [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) in an Oust? air freshener. You could try to rig something like that in a couple rooms.

On top of the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), time it so when the prospective buyers are to arrive that you have a loaf of bread baking in the oven.
