# Buying P79 in a 30ml bottle: which strength, or test a to-go first?

I was wondering what is the best mcg per spray to get in a 30 ml bottle?

If you haven’t found your sweet spot with it I’d just get something low like 5mcg or something like that. If you want to find your sweet spot first get a smaller to-go bottle and find your sweet spot first.

The 12.5mcg/spray 5ml bottle, IMO is the best to go with

I agree with P51 and empath which is rather odd really. I think you should start with a togo bottle at 12.5mcg. However P79 has shown itself to be effective as low as 5mcgs.

You are just going to have to test it.

This is the best advice you can give. Reading and getting other people’s thoughts on mones is great, but you NEVER really know until you test it yourself because mones can have different effects on different people. For example instant shine does close to nothing for me, but it still effects others so I wear it accordingly.
