Hi Phero users! I’m 26 and had been using the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) normal strength for a while with good results. In my second order, I ordered the double strength with the intention of spraying less (since its double strength) as I felt the perfume was too much for a guy. Now I’m frankly clueless on how much to use. Also I’m not sure if the strength is for my age group? Please help! -Dark ---

If you have done your sweet spot testing and found the number of sprays that work out for you with 1x, then yes Heavy Ammo is a good economy and scent control measure. To use it, simply use precisely half the sprays you found worked well with the 1x formula. Its as simple as that - I’ve also found that you may also need to strive to cover a larger area when spraying 2x, simply by moving the bottle as you spray. This is to offset the fall in diffusion when using fewer app points. ---

24 and I use heavy ammo. If you find it OD’ing a bit then just run some socials along with it or a good none buffer and you’ll be set. I actually am able to stack 1spray summer ammo and 1 spray heavy ammo and I’m fine with the way it’s layered in my combo ---

hmm..Thanks Rohit. Do you know what would be the best place to get something similar to Instant female magic? I know its out of production now due to abuse. If not the exact product, what would be a good replacement? Search will turn this lot up with very great ease! 🙂 However, you need to be aware that if you are aiming for Reporting User status, reports on mixes using A1 will not count towards your earning it. ---

Yes, you can do that but you do risk getting into a bit of a self-inflating spiral by moderating OD none with more and more socials - As the (particularly) nols (or even the likes of A1) break down, you need more to replace them - which can lead to a very wasteful level of topups and eventually that nol burnout, /flad tired/drained feeling can hit hard. Better to take a little time to find your practical dose range with just steering-level socials IMO. Then you have much more room to vary things in any direction. ---

Ya should’ve elaborated. Meant on the first go when if you’re testing 2 sprays of ammo and find out you’re OD’ing then hit it w/ some socials/a none buffer. Good catch there mobo ---

Find your spray limit where it works the best. I’ve used products with Androstenone 5-8x more than that and I was fine, and I’m type O and althletic so I have a naturally higher production of -none. Don’t let the fear of OD stop you, it’s not the end of the world, don’t stick with the same recycled advice here and each has their own tolerances and too many variables to take into effect. I’ve been using mones for close to three years and everything I’ve seen work defied normal convention. ---

Very true but you can only really go-forward to explore the more extreme mixes effectively once you have a reasonable grounding in how a more normal/natural dose works for you and the OP’s post does not inspire me with any confidence that he’s quite there yet. Look how often some younger guy or other on their first attempts with Heavy Ammo (or TUTH, IJ etc) comes back with a horrified thread along the lines of - "My friends got pissed-off at me, all the girls my age scurried away **but** all the grannies were coming-on like no tomorrow - WHY? - HELP! 😮 " 😃
