Hey I sprayed on two sprays of Ammo 2x this morning, and I’ve been having odd heart palpitations and hot flashes on and off all day, pretty similar to a panic attack from what I understand. I remember when I first tried the ammo instant shine combination during the summer I had a sort of similar feeling, but I hadn’t felt anything like it since that first time with [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) until today. I’m not sure that this is caused by Ammo, haha definitely not accusing AD of giving me odd heart palpitations, but I was wondering if there’s any chance that they could be related? ---

Did you have that feeling every time you used the product between that first time in the summer and this incident ? Generally no pheromones don’t cause these type of physical side effects however keep in mind that mones can trigger emotion and emotion can bring on palpitations and a feeling of being overheated. So if it is its not a physical reaction as much as an emotional one. Another thing I noticed and I mentioned to you before is your 16 and using to high a dose of AMMO. I know in your journal that you mentioned not getting the expected results from ammo but in the age range your targeting your using to much of the wrong product and not enough of the right ones. IO IG Ishine with a smaller amount of ammo in a 3 to 1 ratio should work better for you. Girls in your age group are generally not sexually aggressive or confident in this age range. Yes they can put on a good show but underneath that they are nervous and unsure. Comfort mones are the way to go. I also noticed in your other posts that you mentioned a feeling of aggression when you used 2 sprays of Ammo 2X. This can be why your feeling palpitations and hot. The aggression indicates your using to much. It also just adds to the underlying nervousness of girls which is not what your going for. Tisha ---

I also experienced some more aggression when wearing ammo. But the thing is this was my first few times trying it. And I had to adjust to it. After adjusting to it, it became my signature. I have always been an agressive person in a way and after it adjusted to me, any agressive desire I had was just amplified but not to the point where I lose any kind of control. I actually really like it. But yeah taking a break from Ammo is the best thing to do when you’re highly aggressive with it and then try to get used to it later.
