Hi, I am moderately built, and 20 year of age. anyways, im going down to clubbing tonight with my friends who goes to college. I need people’s two cent on which pheros to try out. I have bottle of A314, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Turn up the heat, AMMO, Instant jerk. cheers ---

AMMO + IS always a good combo take TUTH in a togo (if you have one) incase things spice up, or need spicing up. ---

yeah i got a to-go bottle of TUTH. I got a quick question. I mainly spray AMMO on my wrist and rub it on behind the ear, and for IS i spray it on the chin, and for TUTH, any other places it will defuse well? by the way i never tried TUTH before. any thing to know about? ---

Dont use more than one spray of TUTH! As for ammo i would wear one spray split between the wrists and one to the lower neck incase you get a girl nice and close as for shine i would put one in your hair one on your neck and one or two on your wrists. This way you’ll be a lot of fun to be around with slight sexual hints if you dont see any hits in a sexual way add a spray of TUTH to your wrists and get dancing!! ---

TUTH has 2.5 none in it as so does [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Being 20 years old go easy with the none. TUTH could be used after you have maybe 2 hours together to move things along. ---

If i spray AMMO on my wrist, is it ok to spray IS on the same wrist again? would it change the effect of the phero? ---

TUTH has 2.5 mcg or -none in it mcg - Micro Gram ---

When you are young you produce a good bit of None yourself. As you get older you don’t. Myself at age 30 can do 5 mcgs good and 7.5 not as good, so with that said try a range around 2.5mcg. Ammo is well buffered so who knows what you can put on but yourself with some tests. TUTH works very well and I read in the girls section one spray 2.5mcgs works to well and don’t need anymore.
