I can’t find a satisfactory answer on the internet for this either. Can I bring sandwiches or sushi from home? Or can I bring burgers or take-out? I know, no drinks or liquids, _ **sigh** _ ---

I have not had any problems with taking sandwiches through security that seems to be fine. But certain countries have meat/food import regulations. Australia for example has a long list of food restrictions but if you are traveling within your own country you should be fine. You can always check customs regulations on the importation of food.🙂 ---

So I’ll try to bring stuff with me, if they take it, I guess I can just look forward to airport McDonald’s or something 🙄 ---

In my experience (and as a food machine I do this ALOT) there’s no problem to bring food with you onboard the plane, even on international flights. BUT you MUST eat it all on the plane & not try & take it with you through customs. I got chased by customs dogs in Canada once & I freaked as I assumed they were drug dogs & that someone had put something in my bag… they were chasing me because I had an apple left in my carry-on bag 😛 I’d never come across customs “fruit sniffer dogs” before but now I know they exist 🙄 ---

LOL that is the cutest question ever!!! Yes, you can take your own food on the plane but just finish it up or throw it out before you land to your destination…that’s what I do, I hate plane food even in business class yech. ---

Hey SillyKitty… I saw you say something about Hawaiian style… does that mean you are going to Hawaii? Because if that does mean that… I only feel obligated to warn you about the 4th of July nuke threat the North Koreans have issued. They are really pissed at us right now cause we intercepted a ship carrying nuclear warheads, and they said if we boarded, they would see it as a declaration of war, and they would wipe us out (It’s not in the news much, because we are more worried about 2 celebrities dying rather than the fate of the USA, but its definitely true). Years of surveillance suggest they couldn’t hit the US mainland for about 3 years, but they have missiles capable of reaching Hawaii in a matter of hours. Not saying it WILL happen, as the US knows about the threat and will be watching, but I wouldn’t want you to go over there without prior knowledge of the possible danger. ---

From Hawaii, which is where I am right now. Back on Thursday, so I’ll be here for July 4. So if you never hear from me again after July 4, you’ll know what happened…nah, just kidding, we’ll be fine. Its just a hoax, you know it and I know it 😛 ---

Where you going? just curious? I don’t really know what you are allowed on the plane…even though I fly 3 times last year…I just fly light, I try not to bring any attention to me, because the airports in NY area are extremely strict ---

And I read recently in an article about how they are planning to send missles… down near the end they mentioned that they are cutting ballistic defense 1.2 billion… and Alaska defense system is outdated (and the only other one we have is California’s). I’m not trying to freak you out or anything, don’t get me wrong. I hope you have a great holiday and come back safely. And plus I guess North Korea has been trying to mislead aerial espionage planes for years by making empty warehouses look like they are carrying nukes, so perhaps they are trying to juke us by saying they will bomb Hawaii, and instead bomb another place in the world. So you are probably the safest out of all of us! 😉
