I’m in my 30’s, female, Northern California. Hum a bit about myself, well I’m very shy I registered here in 2009 and it’s taken me this long to post. When I did come I read as much as I could but left in total confusion 😕. There is just way too much for me to take in to be honest. I just want something easy that will work for me and yes I know there is no such thing as easy. I’ll be married soon my first and I hope last, why I"m here and what I expect \*\*[pheromones](https://a314.com/) to do for me. Well, I hope someone can make it easy for me and let me know what are the best ones to use and from the product I expect it to work hahaaa I mean don’t we all? In any case I would like to make the honeymoon a wonderful time also I haven’t seen my fiancée in a very long time 1 1/2 years due to his working overseas. Being shy doesn’t help and part of it is the worry he wont feel the same way he used to. So (bad shyness creeping in :o) I would like something to make him smile when he sees me and make me feel confident (thinking this is impossible). I hope that isn’t too much to ask. I do remember reading about all the mixtures of pheromones but I’m not in a financial situation to be doing that. I really need something simple tried and true at this point. I hope you good people can help and give me advise, I thank anyone reading this and those willing to help, my thanks in advance. Can I drink the pheromones 😮? LOL Well there are ways around the financial part. You dont have to spend tons of money. They have to-go sizes that have about 40 sprays in them that are inexpensive. With your $25 GC you can get 2 for almost free. I would suggest you try IS/B for a sexy attractive feminine vibe. IH to renew that deep connection and combat the shyness. Ishine for a uplifting magnetic warmth and feeling of well being. Its not complicated really. You can wear one to help create attraction or layer them for a more all round effect. Its up to you. If your set on just getting one then go with the IS/B Tisha ---

I so appreciate your help it means the world to me. I was reading your threads and for me it was much more clear then it was way back when I first registered. Wow really $25 that is wonderful didn’t think I would get it and I’ll do just as you suggested and if possible will get all three of them. Welcome to the forum! I don’t know anything about IS/B, but I have had experience with the other products that Tisha mentioned. I second her advice about IS and IH. I suggest you check out the women’s forum and see what they are doing. I know you said that things seem complicated. Let me assure you, after a week of reading up on the forum you will start to understand things a lot easier. Also, use the search function at the top right of the page. Chances are, if you had a question about a pheromone, others have had that question as well and the topic has been discussed. By all means, feel free to ask questions, but sometimes the search function is a little more efficient. Also, start a journal of your experiences. It’s the best way to get a real handle on pheromones and how they interact with your own personal chemistry! ---

Welcome to the forum, 2sweet! I saw the title, and I thought, this is one green newbie!!! 🙂 But, you do know better and I’m glad… don’t want you spritzing your mouth with the IS/b!!! I think that the IS/b and the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) will be what you will need to get started on your future hubby to go gagga over you. I enjoy the IS/b and Instant Shine when my LTR is using it. I don’t always know when she is using these, but, when I’m having naughty thoughts, I shake myself a bit, and ask and sure enough, the IS/b is usually the culprit! 😃 The gals are a great help around here on all things mones as well as life. So, don’t be shy or a stranger. Drop into the Women’s forum or the Men’s to get support for your mones! Thanks for joining and I’d love to read about your experience with the mones. 🙂 ---

Welcome to pherotalk 2sweet! My advise is to know that when it’s real distance should not change how he feels about you. There is also a saying that goes : “Absence makes the heart grow fonder” Let us know in the female section how your products worked out for you and any other experiences you would like to share with us. **Your gc was issued! 🙂** ---

I can’t help it and just hoping this will work if nothing else to calm me down. I apologize for taking so long but have not been feeling well and ty for the GC gift this will help me tremendously since I have to save up every cent. Again ty so much for all your help and kind words. 🙂 But honestly someone needs to make some you can drink and thus lasts longer 😮;)! ---
