# Can I get a few suggestions to where can I apply my mones?

Hey Guys.  
Whenever I wear my pheros I always spray on my neck area. So if I wear 1 spray of ammo and 1 spray of IS, I spray the ammo on my neck first then I spray IS on top of it. I don’t know if I’m doing it right. Also I was wondering where else can I apply my pheros? I know I am supposed to find my sweet spot but as of now my sweet spot is only my neck area. Also should I always wear a cover scent and where must I apply my cover scent.

With that also said, you will read about.

I’ve both layered cover on top and away from app points without any noticeable differences yet.

I’ve also applied on chest, wrists, elbows, forearms, and anything exposed like the top of my hands (not a big fan cause when you wash your hands the mones are gone).

Rule of thumb, in the wintertime, all neck area, back of head (exception of products containing Androstenone). In summer I try to put as much on my arms as possible.
