Hi all, I want to ask if I can use deodorant or cologne when I applying [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)? Normally I use deodorant at my armpit, the deodorant or cologne will make the pheromones effect become weaker? ---

Strong deodorant for me does seem to have a negative effect, lots of people on hear use natural unscented deodorant, I use a spray made from salt crystal that works great for me. As far as using other cologne’s many users do use a cover scent, but be aware different colognes can affect diffusion of mones aswell as silage of scent so this may also change your results. I’ve seen this question before, can you explain what about deoorderant you think blocks [pheromone sprays](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/)? Serious question, not razzing you. ---

Not a problem unless you apply mones to pits (not recommended) and use anone blocking deodorant (available only in Japan). ---

one of the main things I noticed is, since I started using the natural unscented deodorant I get complimented on my smell a hell of alot more frequently and things went from “you smell nice” to “ummm you smell goood” As for why I have no clue but I try to stay away from to many conflicting scents now, I have even swapped my shower gel for unscented soap. ---

As far as cologne goes - I think alcohol based stuff is OK because alcohol does not destroy the 'mone molecules. I think this is why it is used to create certain spray-on 'mone products. One of the more science-y guys may correct me. ---

Fine to use both. Although I now use an unscented crystal deodorant and a lighter scented body spray, with the main scent coming from the phero carrier/cover cologne. ---

I thought our armpit is the best place to release our own mones and deodorant is create to stop this mones?
