# Can no longer feel Instant Shine's self-effects: how to get them back?

Good news, I bought some new pheros! I got Instant Shine, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), CTTM 2, Instant Sexiness To Go, Ammo To Go, and P74 To Go.  
I’m pretty content 🙂 I’ve tried To Go bottles of Ammo, IFM, IH, and IS. They all work awesome, but the only thing now is that I can’t feel the buzz of Instant Shine anymore. 3 sprays usually put me in a really happy go lucky kina mood, and i felt an uplift of confidence. Now with my new order the Instant Shine doesn’t do squat. Is there any way to get those self effects back?

Either stop using it for a while or become unhealthy.

You simply grew a tolerance to the uplifting effects of Shine, this happened to me and I ordered the 2X version which should come soon. Even though you may not be affected by [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) anymore the people around you will be affected by it. 🙂 I know the uplifting effects of it are something I enjoyed. 😃
