I remember the first time i was using [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It almost got me high.
Since then i have been wondering, if it can be unhealthy in some way, when it makes you feel good? I mean like a drug or something.

We all know that alcohol is unhealthy and it breaks down your muscles. Can some pheromones have the same effect? I know that it is far from being as hardcore as alcohol, but couldn’t it have a bit the same effect?

Lets say you spray yourself with 2 sprays of 2500mcg/spray androstenol (anyone who doesn’t get a bit high from that is crazy 😛) - couldn’t it have a bit of that unhealthy effect?

I think you got my point 🙂

[spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) never make it into the bloodstream. they trigger your brain to produce chemicals that relax, alert, worry, etc.. much like aromatherapy does. you should run through the research articles on this site, such as the “smell of fear” that rescue dogs use to find victims in earthquake rubble. the worst you will do is temporarily deplete your ability to produce these triggered chemicals. a day or two of not wearing, a good multivitamin, diet, and plenty of water should fix that.

you’re not drinking these, are you? injecting them? subdermal DMSO? no? there shouldn’t be anything long term to worry about. just dont drive with 2500 mcg Alphanol on. that might be unhealthy for you.

pheros signal your body to prepare itself for something. the same way you react when you walk into a bakery and get that first whiff of fresh bread out of the oven. the smell of acetic acid and toasted yeast spores wouldn’t hurt you, but it did trigger a rise in stomach acid, salivation, and dilated eyes.
you naughty, NAUGHTY sourdough, come over here…

I think the brain probably knows the body’s natural pheromone signature and processes Synthetic spray on Pheromones as another person being within very close proximity to itself, rather than read them as its own body’s natural output. Obviously, other people interpret your [synthetic pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) as your own, because they unconsciously pinpoint where they’re coming from. Which is no great consolation to my brain who whenever I put Ammo on probably starts thinking to itself “Oh great, stuck within 2 inches of Brad Pitt for yet another night.” All of which is completely harmless to your health. In fact the extra mental activity is probably beneficial for your health in the same way crosswords are beneficial. Keep your brain active and not dormant.

In moderation, alcohol has proven health benefits, especially concerning your heart and circulation system. And the high ain’t bad either. Beats the shit outta IS! On the other hand, when you drink too much too frequently, problems quickly arise. Incidentally, eating too much food or drinking too much water can kill ya just as dead. America is basically eating itself to death. Check out the shoppers at Costco…

If you’re afraid of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) impacting your health, all I can say is shower a lot, keep your nose out of your pits, stop eating pussy and don’t hang around gyms. And, yeah, what a miserable and lonely life that would be. You’d be just like one of those germ phobia dudes afraid to touch doorknobs and washing the skin off his arms…

So if I spray myself with Androstenone products a lot, then my body will “temporarily deplete its ability to produce these triggered chemicals”???

just curious

I doubt that, because I believe the brain processes you’re sprayed anone as someone else’s rather than you’re own. I think what was meant by Centaur post, was that you may tire you’re neurotransmitters out temporarily.

what wildflower said. your brain muscles will get tired, and you will no longer feel the effects of the phero if you keep using without resting.
try having 3 orgasms in 8 minutes… same kind of thing.

I haven’t had any self-effects for years. I think that’s great because I use mones to effect my targets, not me. I want to have a clear mind and be in control. But, yeah, I remember it was pretty intense the first few times I used NPA. Sorta like drinking a bucket of coffee supplemented with a massive rush of adrenaline. Not good…

A little off topic, but I took a depth whiff of A314 straight from the bottle. Later that day, I was very angry and aggressive for no good reason. Do you think that there is a correlation between taking a big sniff of the A314 or is it just my imagination? 😕
