# Can pheromones make up for not being good looking?

I’d say when you use [pheromones](https://a314.com/), forget you even have them on. Don’t look for anything. Otherwise, if they aren’t working or you can’t tell they are working, it’s going to make your confidence worse.

Better not to rely on them and reap the benefits when they come. But as others have said, it’s more about developing your self-confidence than anything else. If you can get to a point where you appreciate yourself as a man, than women will too. But don’t do it for women, do it for yourself.
