> HappyKitsune,
>
> I think you are both right, just looking at this through different lenses.
>
> Animals have both modulator and releaser pheromones. Modulators influence but don’t cause behavior. Releasers cause behavior. At least that is the formal breakdown of types of pheromones that effect animals.
>
> An example of a releaser pheromone in animals is Androstenone. In pigs, subjecting females to Androstenone cause them to assume a mating posture, and accept the male for mating. Finding a releaser pheromones for humans is kind of the holy grail for the PUA group, and that has driven much of the pheromone industry.
>
> But, in human pheromone research we’ve found modulators and substances with some promise to be releasers. But we’ve found no releasers yet. Either we have lost those receptors, or our brains have become too sophisticated to respond to releasers in that way.
>
> Modulators on the other hand… we have tons of those and pretty much any pheromone that works for you is a modulator of one kind or another. They can modulate your physical and emotional responsiveness to stimulation of one form or another, visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, touch, and they can modulate your internal perception and interpretation of incoming signals, and either cause an increase or decrease in mental alertness or emotional responsiveness.
>
> They can change your responsiveness either through neurohormone release or other neurotransmitter regulation. Those regulatory neurohormones or neurotransmitters bring about real physical changes in your internal emotional, mental, and/or physical state.
>
> Pheromones can increase or decrease anxiety. Pheromones can increase or decrease the firing rate of certain branches of nerves in your body. Pheromones can modulate your hunger. They can change the way you perceive sound, sight, touch, taste. They can ramp up your physical responsiveness to touch. They can increase or decrease your ability to empathsize with others. And they can influence (either up or down) your emotions in very powerful ways. Pheromones can also increase or decrease feelings of aggression or social harmony. Pheromones can make you feel giddy with happiness, and they can make you feel miserably sick and anxious. Pheromones can signal social dominance or submissiveness, sexual attraction and/or fear and danger.
>
> How these effects exactly come about is still being researched, and what is really interesting is how different responses can be in different people. Genetics plays a huge role, I’m certain, as does your starting state. Difference in receptors can change whether or how strongly you respond to a certain pheromone. Differences in brain neurochemistry can change the way you react to a certain pherochemical signal.
>
> I think if you are getting a novel response, and believe it is due to the pheromone, it is easy to test that again and see if it is repeatable. I generally don’t credit placebo effects to myself because I know my physical responses and baseline very well, and I can tell right away when something is different. Placebo effects in yourself would imply that the pheromone has no effect on you, and you are making one up. If you respond strongly enough to a pheromone that you can feel a difference, it is most likely not going to be a placebo.
>
> It has been researched pretty well, that pheromones have different effects on the wearer when they are with someone of the opposite sex as opposed to when they are with someone of the same sex or alone. So, just because the effects are different on you around a guy doesn’t invalidate your responses at all, just the opposite!
>
> Placebo is much more likely to be a factor in interpreting other people’s response to wearing a certain pheromone, because we are looking for a response.
>
> But test it again to see if it is repeatable. It is also a good idea when testing to note in your private testing journal where you are in your cycle, since some of the effects seem to increase or decrease in women depending on where we are in our hormonal state.
>
> So, the effect in question happened when you were with a guy pal. Try wearing this same pheromone around another guy pal and see if you get the same response. Also since you’ve been with your friend now, without the pheromone and seen how things went back to normal, test the pheromone around this fellow again. And then test it around a gal pal. That will give you more information about how this pheromone effects you around different people and on different days.
>

Very well said Reps 😉

Wow, ya’ll are on fire over here! LOL!

Well, let me give you an update on my TG. This quite long.

Last night I went to his house; he hosted a social night followed by a trip to see fireworks.

**Product:** IS/A To-Go w/some EOW mixed in. Also some residuals from IO I sprayed earlier that day.

**Dosage:** One spray to each wrist and one spray to back of neck.

**Environment:** TG’s home and later on outside in a grassy area (to watch fireworks)

**Duration:** 4.5 hours

**Self-Effects:** Felt a boost of confidence and mood elevation. Slight sexual arousal. Increased feelings of sensuality.

**Effects on Others:** Overall, women were a bit standoffish. Men were receptive. This is interesting, because I have worn IS/A at work, and I usually get a positive responses from women there, exhibited in increased respect and attention. Kind of a status boost and I feel that acknowledgment from them. This time, the women I was around (whom I hadn’t seen for over a week) were a bit reticent towards me. They would greet me warmly, then back away and give me some distance. Like I said, the men were very much friendly and receptive to me.

Received warm welcome from Girl 1, but then she backed away.

TG/Host was distracted by preparing food and greeting guests. No response from him until later.

Felt a little invisible to others, but still felt confident.

I struck up a conversation with Girl 2, who is very quiet and reserved. She was hard to engage, but I kept the conversation going by asking her tons of questions. Finally, when there was a pause, I excused myself to get some ice cream.

Girl 3/other group leader, a bit standoffish and guarded. Warmed up much later in the evening though.

Girl 4/quasi alpha?, quiet, guarded, was skimming a book. We had a short conversation. Later, when preparing to play Catch Phrase, she tried to assert “authority” over me by telling me to move over to the end of the couch so that Girl 1 could sit down. I kind of ignored Girl 4 b/c Girl 1 clearly wanted to sit on the floor. Then Girl 4 asked me to move over again, and was very “extra” in her delivery. I said sure in a nonchalant way. Girl 1 again verbally expressed that she wanted to sit on the floor, so I kind of laughed to myself and shook my head. Girl 4 kind of apologized and removed herself from the game and sat behind me on the floor. I don’t really recognize her authority, because in my mind, she has none. I think that is why there is friction between us. She was kind of bitchy towards me, and that didn’t seem usual for her.

Later on we drive to fireworks show. TG rides with me 🙂. I’m sure he got a good whiff of the IS/A while in the car. We get to the site, and to my delight, he ends up sitting next me on the grass with Guy 1. Oh, I should say Guy 1 and I chatted a bit at the house, talked about my work. Guy 1 is nice, but I’m not really interested in him.

I talk with TG during the fireworks, and he asks me about group salsa dancing later this month, and I tell him it’s still on. He then tells me about his interest in shag dancing and how he wants to check it out. I say I’d be interested and that he should set it up. He is very enthusiatic about this. Then later back at his place again, group plays another round of Catch Phrase, and he reminds me about shag dancing. I reiterate that we’d be salsa dancing on Sunday and shagging on the following Thursday. He’s all for it! 😃 We chit chat. He gives me a hug before I leave.

Oh, and I chat with Guy 2, who is old enough to be my father, about his energetic daughters who were with him. He puts his hand on my waist when he responds. Interesting.

So, I think the evening with IS/A was a success. I got to talk more with my TG, and I got some good subtle hits with the other men. I have to say that they have always been friendly to me, even before I started wearing pheros. It just seems like now, their attention gravitates towards me a little more.

LOL, this used to happen to me all the time without mones! I seemed especially prone to it at night and, of course, drinking or smoking weed made it worse. It’s just the fickle human mind…

Very cool hits

I noticed that some girls at my work were trying to be more “authoritative” with me when I wore TAL (which is heavy in IS/a), almost like they didn’t want to submit to me being the alpha female.
On one occasion I was told by a guy worker of mine, who I didn’t really know and was kind enough to ask me my name first, to make a salad, but he said it didn’t need chicken on it. The next thing I know this new girl is telling me I’m making it wrong because it needs chicken which I tell her it didn’t come with it. This girls been getting on my nerve for as long as shes been here (2 days). Then my manager tells me I made it wrong too because she said it needed chicken, which I tell her it didn’t come with chicken. But she ignores me and sends the salad out anyways. Obviously she hated that I was exerting more dominion over her thru my pheros. But whatever, I just huffed it off and tended to my duties.

I wonder, are the women at your work older than the people were at the party? I’ve found that older women don’t tend to feel offended by me as much when I’m wearing TAL, but younger girls do. Maybe it’s because when women get older they start to get testosterone? 😕

Prone to what? acting on your emotions?

I’ve actually gotten good at controlling myself when I’m intoxicated lol. I don’t do the weed thing. Not sure if that would hinder my control at all

When it comes to my TG tho there is next to zero control 😛

…prone to having naughty thoughts about a female friend I don’t normally have those thoughts about. No weed or beer needed. The worse thing is having erotic fantasies about someone you don’t even like. The brain often performs handstands and flips, amazing me daily.

Wow lol. Isn’t that just so weird. I guess some of us tap more into our animals ways then others. Not that I believe in evolution, but I do see animal characteristics in humans all the time. Particularly men 😛

Funny thing is, when I wear TAL alone (25-37.5 mcg), I send out a huge alpha-female vibe.. and I’m a male 😛🙄. Men treat me like I’m an attractive women, even got one guy to look me up and down (you know with the hand on his mouth\chin) as he passed me and did so overtly, males pay much more attention, touch me alot, and give me really fascinating looks 🙄, it is quite nice.

Now, you’re probably thinking, ‘Why do you bring this up, Domnk?’, 😛 and I bring it up, because, first of all because I love those responses, and secondly, that the men aren’t the only ones that treat me like I’m an alpha-female, the women do as well. And every time I read a report on IS/A or TAL, written by a women, I always notice the same reactions I get. Other alpha-women seem to butt heads with you and act like you are challenging them, even if you don’t say anything, while women, who are not alpha-females, respond really well around me, like I’m a great female friend of theirs.

And, you know what, I’m kind of out of the loop. What on earth does TG mean, tried looking it up, but to no avail. 🙄

Much love (I’m keeping this!),
Dominick

Wow, very interesting effects.

Yeah I noticed that even my friend was a little pushy with me. We just started being friends and she’s usually a nice girl, but she seemed a little competitive with me. Good thing I stayed out on the floor most of the time where the customers were.

TG means Target Guy. I’ve been here so long I just assume people know what that means. 😛

Yeah, it’s so crazy because I actually trying to be _nice_ to Girl 4. She just got all out of pocket for no reason. And really, I think she embarassed herself a little bit; that’s why she excused herself from the game. It was funny as h3ll! I think she thinks she behaves as an alpha female because she’s lead a few studies and used to lead another group. But honestly, I don’t recognized her as an alpha at all. That’s probably why she was so put out.

Yes, most of the women at my job are older than me, 40+. There are a few in their mid to upper thirties and a girl in her twenties. The older women and the twenty-something girl seem to respect me more and respond well to me when I wear IS/A. I would guess this is because in a work environment everyone is expected to be professional and display a certain level of competence. The IS/A may be adding to this perception others have of me and matches the environment.

The women at my church, who honestly, I’ve had some friction with before I started wearing pheromones, are the funny ones. We are all around the same age (late twenties and early to mid thirties), and I’ve always had a hard time getting along with women in my age group. Even before I started wearing pheromones, I never really fit in with the cliques, and I don’t try to get in good with them. I’m pretty much my own person, but seemed to get a good amount of respect from the women, even if they didn’t particularly want to be my friend. I think the increased attention from my TG has some of them on edge.

But I sensed I have been perceived as a “threat” way before I started wearing pheromones. I think the pheros have amped things up a bit more. Not sure this is a good thing.

Is this usual in general for guys?

>
>

I would suggest laying off the IS/A at church, and going with more of a pure social, like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or CTTM or even pure Beta Androstenol or P103 (but don’t drive on this one). Once you have a good thaw in the group, THEN come back and hit them with the sexual dominance. It is much more likely to be accepted once you become the person that makes everyone feel good.

That is unless you like making the other women feel anxious and rejecting? In which case, add more TAL to it and rock the house. 😃

I’ll answer for Gegogi. “YES.”

Especially young guys who are fit, all that testosterone drives the body… the mind follows, sometimes in unwanted directions. Men are dogs, and most will admit it. The trick is to learn to rub their heads the right way and occasionally scratch behind their ears. 😃 But don’t hold it against them! All that testosterone is what makes them so special, also.

I doubt I’ve ever made them feel rejected, but I can’t deny it’s been kind of fun to see them squirm a bit. 😉 Yeah, pray for me, LOL! But I don’t want to disturb the peace, so I’ll stick to Openness or Honesty for now. 🙂

Yes, but isn’t that what makes them so interesting? Everyone wants to date a gentleman, but not many of us want to sleep with him.

I think when we really cut away all of the bull… what we really want is someone with whom we will experience mind-blowing sex.
The kind that leaves the furniture overturned, the sheets strewn on the floor, the neighbors calling the cops, and me weak in every single joint, not just my knees. 😉

Well, it is worth the wait to find a gentleman who will do all of the above. Then you can be assured he will be around in the morning and all the future days to keep on disturbing the neighbors and wrecking the house, and making you weak and loving it.

You misunderstood, or I did. I said, “rejecting” not “rejected.” I thought you said they were cliquish and rejecting to you.

Oh, I see. No, I don’t want them rejecting me. I was just wearing IS/A for my target, and I underestimated how it would affect the women. In some ways I don’t really care if they like me or not, as I don’t have a desire for a gaggle of girlfriends. One or two will do. But it would make my life and experiences with the group easier if we all got along, and it would probably help me with my target in the long run.
