# Can someone tell me what products that you can OD from?

The “socials”: Iopen, Ishine, Ihonesty is said to be very hard to OD from. The more openly sexual mones like TUTH I’ve read is the ones that more easily OD.  
The amount differs from product to product, you have to do [sweet-spot testing](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146/1) to find your level. It may be a bit hard and boring to do this, many just wanna spray stuff on and party when they first get the stud. I know that I did, and also did. It may be good to see some effect in the begiiing, to see that yes, this works and is not snake oil. But we just waste -mones that way, and more importantly, you won’t know what works for you as an individual.
