# Can't get Ammo to smell right on me. ok so far i have tried all editions of ammo, smells great but as soon as i spray it on me it starts to stink, don’t have this with any other product jut ammo, still gets hits but i can’t stand the smell both world and normal version, don’t remember summer tbh 😕 ☹☹ help ? ---

Yes… Yes, Yes! I’ve gotten the AMMO Androstenone stink. 🙂 As you have tried all editions of AMMO, the scent packages are unique and can help ‘cover’ the Androstenone component of AMMO. Of course, no one ‘knows’ what’s in the secret sauce of AMMO, though, I suspect Androstenone(culprit of stink, combining the sweat and skin flora with it will break down and, normally several hours later, ta da… You smell… Funny), Androstenol and Androsterone. Plenty of factors are in the makeup of body odor, such as food, medication, drink, diseases sex, genetics, grooming, etc. If you have thick arm hair, for example and, I don’t know where you’re applying your mones, you spray your mones there. In this region, the hair, if straight, can help retain your body odor and body heat, as well as the scent and mones from your AMMO. So any mone diffusion will be hampered as this skin environment will tend to absorb rather than diffuse. Will you have diffusion, sure. Not necessarily maximum diffusion, though. You’re own body, BTW, is producing mones, such as androstenone and androstenol. This is why the application points and testing is important to see the interaction of your naturally producing mones and these artificial ones. Look, you may also have a stronger sense of smell than most guys, as usually, women tend to have a stronger sense of olfaction, especially around the time of ovulation. Mothers can actually identify by body odor their biological children but not their stepchildren. Give you that to chew on, as scent and especially, mones, is important for social and sexual orientation. For your mone application, AMMO, where are you applying? What is your grooming schedule like? Showering daily, foaming up and scrubbing your skin, is clean, sure, and keep in mind will keep your skin flora ‘cleaner’, by getting rid of most of the sweat and skin glands excretions and bacteria. This will also minimize you’re own naturally produced mones so that the AMMO will be your mone signature. The less you minimize these variables from the application point of your mones, the longer AMMO will last without stinking up. 1Alpha ---

I’ve read people’s posts complaining about this problem. But then again, we’re not widgets on an assembly line, as much as American schools try to make people that way. We’re all different. So maybe [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is clashing with your body chemistry somehow. Perhaps you’ll have better luck with Ammo World. It has the same active ingredients, but with a different, floral-type scent. (Unlike Ammo regular, which is more citrus-like.) There’s also Ammo Summer, but I don’t recommend it for your age, unless you specifically want to attract early 20’s women. It has a “wet behind the ears” vibe, although the smell is amazing: sharp and “metallic”, as I like to describe it. ---

Sounds like you are scent- sensitive to one of the main components of Ammo and there isn’t a lot you can do about that one, except avoid/minimise its use. Moving to [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) just now won’t do a great deal as it has the same basic formula but with two more pheros for you to worry about. Start by trying to eliminate the pheros you don’t have a problem with - Androstenone, Alpha Androstenol and Androsterone. If you have used TUTH without getting the stink, then you can rule-out Androstenone. IG or A314 would rule out Androsterone and IO (ideally) would rule out Alpha Androstenol. IH would also work as there is enough Alphanol in that to make it noticeable. And if you can rule out all of them, then yes looking at a different scent is in order but my bet is it being the Androstenone or Androsterone. ---

Hi Mobo, ive never had a problem when using IG or A314, IH and IO no problem, been a while since i used TUTH so not sure ill test it, my next question would then be what combo can replicate the ammo effect or similar ?? ---

Replacing None is going to be a challenge, probably more like finding a viable alternative. [P75](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p75/) would probably be my starting point. By smell, can you describe the sort of stink you are getting? Most people with a None sensitivity describe a sharp/sweaty/pissy/cat-ish stink but responses can be pretty wide. ---

P103 is the one that gets to me - I can’t wear it for more than about an hour before I start getting a very strong smelly-feet stench, even through the strongest cover scents. I still get good hits from it though and I’ve never had anyone else recoil from my smell, so it must be a pretty limited sensitivity and its not a great problem as I really only use P103 as a fallback when [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) goes out of stock.
