Hi all! I joined months ago, but have been procrastinating badly. This is my intro post, finally. I’m female and currently live in Pennsylvania… I’m 40, but thanks to good genes I’m lucky to be taken for late 20s, early 30s at the most. I used to be shy, but after singing in a band and modeling, I guess I practiced confidence enough that it became the real thing. People male and female get along with me easily… no one ever believes I used to be a social freak. 🙄 So everything is great right now, except for one thing. In the past year I’ve been working long hours at a job I love but that is very high-stress, and from being in work mode all the time, I’m kind of switched off inside lately. :o I look good but I feel flat, like my sex appeal and sex drive have been pushed away by work. I’ve always taken both for granted, and both are very important to how I feel and how I identify… so this is not something I am handling very well. My bf is great looking, confident, treats me amazing… I’m crazy about him and just going through the motions is alien to me, especially with him. He blames himself and and I tell him it’s all external stuff, nothing between us… he says he believes me, but he feels he should be able to overcome it… so I need a little help for both our sakes. Can’t wait to be myself again. I’ve been reading lots of posts and reviews on the forum, great how everyone shares their experiences here. To start off, I’m drawn to IS-B and also [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) for those situations when my innate shyness comes back. I told my bf I might pick up something for him to jump start myself and he’s fine with that, so probably TUTH or AMMO for him, too… suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance for any help! ---

Hello and welcome! IS/b and IS sound like a great way to attract and pull your boyfriend to be even closer! Seeing how you two are already together I would certainly recommend TUTH, especially for ‘bedtime’!! 😃 [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great social/attracting mix and is good just about everywhere. TUTH is more personal and may be uncomfortable if you use too much in the wrong situation. I hope these help you out and bring some spark back into your lives! ---

I agree that Isexi is a great choice for you and you cannot be more right on point than with Ishine. Perfect combo really.😉 Just remember Isexi A is the more confident ALPHA female. It might actually suit you better based on your description of yourself. I’m sure the ladies, like SillyKitty and Mickaelia and maybe some others will offer their advice too. Your BF will do great with Ammo as everyday sexy guy and TUTH to amp up your sex life. You can also share the Ishine. I might even consider picking up some IO to get the communication juices flowing too I’m super happy you decided to, after all this time, start posting and I look towards more posting by your sexy self. Hi and welcome to the forum! Would you consider yourself to be more feminine or more dominant type? If you lean towards feminine, then IS/B might be better for you, as it will enhance and sexify it. If you’re more of an alpha girl, then IS/A might be a better match, giving you a sexy strong aura. You can also use them oppositely, to strengthen or soften your vibe. If you’re not quite feeling yourself these days, you may be starting to experience peri-menopause and decreasing hormone levels which can totally affect your “lust for life”. There actually are things that can help us, that the big pharmaceutical companies don’t us to know (since they cannot patent natural bio-identical replacement hormones, there is no profit for them, and so the more people who do use natural hormones, the less will buy their artificially manufactured crap). It seemed from what I read on the forum that anyone could benefit from IS when they are not 100 percent… and it would kind of start you on an upward spiral. And IS/b made sense to me in a weird way, don’t know if I can explain it clearly… but if I feel like I’m unsexy because I’m drowning in email and numbers and meetings, then it’s hard for me to respond to someone being attracted to me. When I have to be alpha at work, I feel uncomfortable, like I’m impersonating someone. (IS/A might be good therapy for me in that environment, so I can learn to feel sexy and alpha at the same time in those situations.) otoh when I’m working out or watching sports I am pretty alpha, tomboyish, challenging guys etc. but don’t feel at all unsexy, and they don’t treat me that way either. There are lots of environmental reasons ppls hormones get depleted earlier than they should (in their 30s and 40s), and stress is a huge factor. I don’t really like most women’s perfume… I usually go for the kind of oils they sell at organic food stores, like jasmine or magnolia, or stuff that smells like fruit… or cookies, goofy I know but I like it.😛 Wonder how well those kind of oils would work as cover? You should also ask your boy friend to wear AMMO + IShine, TUTH + IShine + IH, and TUTH + CTTM2. Women like feeling connected to men, not just raw sex. Those socials IShine, IH, CTTM2 should help you feel emotionally aroused; -none in AMMO and TUTH should make you feel hot and wet 😉 Have fun! ---
