Welcome Carlos! TUTH is good for spicing things up in the bedroom yes. As your wife is already sexually comfortable around you, some TUTH should be good for you. Combine it with TAC and [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) and you have what some people call the best sex mix ever 😉 Tell us a bit more about your personality so you can qualify for the GC. I am an outgoing person used to be shy but outgrew that with experience. Sex is ok not really a problem per say just looking for something to turn up the spark without getting into toys and that sort of thing. She is very subdued and shy when it comes to sex. From what I’ve been reading mones are not the necessarily a solution on their own but might give me that extra boost. ---

Hey Carlos, With pheromones it’s essential to sweetspot your dosage, so it’s hard to make personal recommendations. What works for me, might not work for you. Age, fitness and your overall bodychemistry all play a role in this. In your mid forties 2-3 sprays is a good starting point in the bedroom. Keep in mind this one is probably not suited to wear outside of the bedroom when out and about. Raunchy clubs where a strong sexual signal is acceptable is ok, but don’t wear it at work for example! P83 and TAC are experimental products for more advanced users. Usually it’s a better idea to first start with the Instant Line consumer products, so you can figure the possibilities of pheromones. P83 is mostly disinhibiton. I’d go with 10 mcg to find your sweetspot.
