Day 1 [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 1 X Spray So today a typical Monday morning…however I roll into the office late and lurch into the office like a zombie. As I walk through the door, one of board members of the company I work for tells me, “The network is down, nothing is working and the phones are down.” So I get our network back up and running. And face sitting through a couple meetings mindlessly. About lunch time runs around, I check the tracking # on my pheromones order. STATUS = DELIVERED!!! Excited like a child, I scurry home and crack open my package. My order consist of A314, IS, AMMO, IJ, and a free bottle IG. Since I’m in a middle of a work day, I figured I’d try a spray of IS since I’m feeling sluggish and lethargic. I take one full spray of IS on my neck/chest area. I also put on some regular cologne this morning (Geir Ness), now stacked with IS. Within minutes, I get a little dizzy and start coughin…WOW this shit is strong! I’m glad I only took one spray. So then I have a quick lunch, let things settle down and see how this goes. On the drive back to work…out of no where I notice something…like whoa I’m getting a high off this! I was absolutely skeptical too!!! Next thing you know I’m grinning ear to ear…this is awesome. Now, I’m back at the office feeling good and amped. Also my head is feeling tingly now. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ll just roll with it you know. However not expecting any effects on others, I notice subtle changes in people when they talk to me…everyone seems to be super calm and collected…and best of all happy. I’m thinking nah, can’t be the pheromone…still a skeptic…I NEED MORE PROOF! Well…next thing you know the older accounting lady comes up to me ask me if we are still having network issues, cuz she’s having problems moving files across the network. I expected her to be upset…however when she got into my proximity…she changed, she was calm and smiling. And then next thing you know before she walks away, she turns around and kino’s me by putting her hand on my shoulder. I wasn’t expecting that. Okay, now I’m a believer. Instant Shine is awesome!!! First off I noticed the physiological changes, such as dizziness and coughing after application. Not to mention my head feeling tingly. And then 5-15 minutes after application changes in my mood, I feel more alert and focused. And I’m smiling. Second every conversation I had with someone they appear to be calm and very relaxed! And I feel great on top of that! And the accounting lady kinoed me, which was unexpected. So far, I am very impressed with pheromones…especially with Instant Shine. 😃 This whole week will be dedicated to using IS. I’m debating to do two sprays of IS tomorrow. CF ---

Spidey sense is tingly… Nice [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) effect… Hey, whatever application amount you decide to use, let us know how it goes!!! 😛 Sometimes I’ve been told when I wear Instant Shine that i have a youthful glow/vigor about me… YMMV… Great that you have a journal… now, I’m registered to it and I’ll check in on ya!!! 🙂 ---

Day 2 [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/): Double the dose double the power??? 2 X Spray each side of the neck Self side effects: A little spacey and hardcore crash later After I showered and dressed this morning, I sprayed IS on each side of my neck. Again, wow I was surprised how strong the scent was. It woke up me. By the time I arrived to work I didn’t even need a cup of coffee. My interactions today were about the same as yesterday. However today I myself felt different. I felt a little out of it, maybe even a little spacey. However I was calm, not as amped as yesterday. But I was still “shining” lol. Everyone I came into proximity with was calm and happy. And then a couple hours before noon, our network went down again. I was cool as water, I expected some frustration from some of the people there but everyone was again calm and happy. Very uncharacteristic behavior when the network goes down. I usually get handful of angry calls or people walking up to me frazzled that the network is down. The cute marketing girl came up to me today with a problem with her computer. She usually has a demanding/edgy vibe when she comes to me with a problem. Today was different, she totally softened up today. Even the tonality of her voice. She even threw me this huge IOI that I didn’t even expect. She fluttered her eyes at me…she was turned on. Even though IS isn’t a 'none, it pulled down her defenses. Touch down instant shine! 🙂 However after I got off work and got home…out of nowhere I started to get tired and groggy. Literally I crashed and took a nap for about an hour, it was definitely the side effects of instant shine. 1 spray is definitely my sweet spot as 2 sprays made me a little spacey and crash super hard. Tomorrow I’ll just go with 1 spray of Instant Shine, 2 or more seems like it would be over kill. CF ---

Feels like a caffeine crash… I’ve had several of those mone crashes… glad you had a bed to crash to… I’ve had to crash with a long nap in my car one time because of the mones… Drink lots a water and don’t skimp on sleep!!! 1Alpha’s orders!!! 🙂 ---

Day 3 1 X Instant Shine in the AM 1 X [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) in the PM Self side effects: FELT GREAT Location: work and barber college So after the hardcore crash from 2 X shots of IS the other day. So yesterday I just went with 1 shot on the neck in the morning buffered with my stock cologne. It was cloudy and gloomy out, however I felt great. I was able to take on everything that day. My director who works in our other office location stopped by unexpectedly. Probably due to the network outages earlier this week. I expected him to be brash and rough around the edges as usual. However, he was super calm and cool. Which again was a surprise…again my conclusion was IS…man I love this shit. After I left work in the afternoon, I went to go get a hair cut. I figured hmmmm I’m ready to try something different. So I gave myself a shot of Instant Gentleman on the neck. I always go to the local barber college to get a haircut. Its cheap and there’s always large flux of girls going to the college. Also I’ve hooked up with this 5’10" hot blonde that use to cut my hair there about year ago. (I’m 5’3") So I like going there. 😃 So I get there and meet up with my barber one last time. She’s a cute short brunette and is about to graduate next week. We always bs about her love life and etc. She’s always prying into mine, but a gentleman always has to play mysterious. However things time things were way different than our usual appointments. First when I sat down in the chair, I noticed tons of proximity from the other girls at the college. They would either walk by or come make some small talk to my barber. A girl from downstairs even came up stairs and sat in the chair next to mine to talk with my barber. This girl was playing with her hair the whole time. While throughout my haircut my barber was throwing me tons of ioi’s and smiling. She asked me if I was going out tonight…3 or 4 times throughout the haircut! Of course I played it cool and eventually told her maybe, but if I did I would call her. She instantly beamed and gave me her phone #. After the end of our appointment, she confessed that I was her favorite client. I gave her a hug and told her I’d call her sometime soon to hang out. I liked how well IG stacked with my game. However, so far I’m seeing significant results without having to run a whole lot of game. I have a feeling my congruence with 'mones is synching up really well. CF ---

Day 4 2 X [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 1 X Instant Jerk Self side effects: Cockiness Location: Outside neighborhood bar(s) block party So this was the first time since getting my 'mones, I actually went out into the bar type atmosphere. My first trial of Instant Jerk…so I had to put it up to the test. I put on two shots of IS and one shot of IJ on my neck. I went to a this block party that the neighborhood bars close off street and have bands play and huge beer garden in the street. I went there with some casual friends and my sister. My sister knows all about my pua history, so she likes tag along for the sheer fun factor. She’s also a decent wing, as I help her meet guys also. We roll into the block party. I’m rusty haven’t really socially warmed up yet. I’m passive and chillin. It’s way early…so we grab a table under some tents to hang out. Ironicallly it starts to rain so I wait the rain out, I sit down next to this group of girls and guys. However I’m sitting next to this cute brunette. Within seconds of sitting down she accidentally tips her beer and it spills my way. Almost dripping on my crotch. I’m busting her balls, amping up things. Then my friend who has no game kills it by blurting out “Oh, she must like you”…jackass. I don’t know if it was the hit from IJ that made my buddy standoffish…however I had a feeling this was going to be a long night. Later on the evening I met these two girls my sister knew. A tall red head and this tall hot blonde. Score, she’s awesome wingman! At first they weren’t very warm to me, but within minutes I got some hits and they warmed up. I literally ran no game was just vibing the whole time. I ending up number closing both of them. I dip out to find more women to talk to. I ran into my old roommate and his gf. Now I’m noticing chicks bumping into me and hanging out by my 6 o’clock. Or even some straight chillin at 12 o’clock. Huge proximity, I’m getting major hits now…I’m flabbergasted…I only get this if I’m hitting state or in the zone…I actually drunk at this point. My game always takes a hit if I get drunk. So sloppily drunk I’m getting awesome hits, talking to girls around me. Eventually however, other guys are moving in my sets as I’m surrounded by various 3-4 sets around me. The thing I’ve noticed all night long is other males are not liking my vibe…most definitely the IJ…but the women are hoarding within my vicinity! Some how I find myself in an amog battle with this drunk ogre of a ginger who trying to be alpha. This guy is like 6 ft tall 200lb and I’m 5’3" 125lb haha. It was a pretty funny scene me trading verbal quips with this guy. So this drunk ogre is trying to amog me hardcore, asking “Hey man, is it true that all asian guys have small penis’s?, because I heard its true.” He’s trying to pull the race card on me and make me mad or something. So all the ladies are watching as this battle goes down. Being calm and cool I intelligently say "No dood, that’s a misconception and a stereotype. Then he rebuttals back, “We’ll I’m not saying I need proof or anything because I’m not gay like that.” Okay now the fucker is being a smart ass. Then I say this loudly with a cocky smile, “Okay man, let me rephrase this so you’ll understand…its like saying all Irish people can fight. And you know that is bs.” That line I was sooo smooth, it had so much meaning behind it that it fried his brain. At this point, he’s speechless and shook his head in defeat…and all his buddies laugh at him like he was a retard. The best part was that shut him up and he turned around and walked away. The rest of the night I ended up getting really drunk so that my game and social skills pretty much went down the toilet. Also my lame friends ending up leaving so I had to roll out myself. However one girl I number closed called me while I was leaving to see where I was going. By then I was already clear across town headed to another bar. I truly did see the blatant effects of Instant Jerk even with two sprays of Instant Shine. The amount of proximity from women and their vibe and openness was surprising. It was crazy how other males were very standoffish with me. Seriously I didn’t even expect to get into an amog battle. However the testing continues! CF
