Does it have to be raw?

I’ve tested raw organic celery (I grew it) extensively while counseling college coeds in my office. I ate several stalks in front of them and didn’t notice any reactions out of the ordinary. On the other hand, wearing artifical mones such as TE, NPA or SOE normally made for an entertaining session (diffifcult to get rid of the young ladies as well).

This combined with Maca and nightly ZMA-T (the “T” stands for Tribulus) has worked wonders for me. I also take 6-OXO for estrogen regulation.

I have an opened bottle of Premiere Yohimbe that is only missing 2 capsles (total of 58, rather than 60). I didn’t like the feeling it gave me, but it definately works as an aphrodisiac. I have not tried tribulus on its’ own, but it is in my nightly ZMA supplement - ZMA-T.

At the moment, I’m taking Tongkat Ali capsule (500 mg) daily. What effects you got from Yohimbe?

I’m also thinking of trying the Viagra pills. Anyone ever tried this?

In my experience with products containing Yohimbe, or just Yohimbe by itself, it caused heightened libido (spontaneous errections lol), and massive energy. I didn’t like the feeling it gave me, though; It felt like a dirty stimulant, if that makes any sense. It also made it difficult to fall asleep for several hours. How is Tongkat Ali working for you? I personally try to stay away from pharmaceutical drugs, so I’ll never use Viagra, Cialis, or anything of that nature.

Do a search - I think we had a discussion on celery either here or on another board and some smart people basically stated that you would need to eat a LOT of celery, and I mean a LOT to get a really big boost. At least the kind of boost most people here are lloking for.

I used to eat and smoke Yohimbe bark. It proved to have mild hallucinogenic properies–always thought I was hearing or seeing something–when ingested in large amounts. However even small amounts made my heart race, killed my appetite, made me hurl and I was unable to sleep for days. It also made me extremely paranoid. Basically it behaved like an amphetamine and probably ain’t too good for your heart. I can’t say it increased my libido one iota. However I’m naturally too horny for my own good so it couldn’t get much worse.

It is quite possible that it was the other ingredients within this “Yohimbine” supplement. It contains Zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate), Yohimbe (bark extract), Royal Jelly 3.5x, Korean Ginseng, Damiana, Saw Palmetto, Sarsaparilla, Oyster Extract, Deer Antler, and Beta-Sitosterol. Other ingredients include: Gelatin Capsule, Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Bee Pollen, Gotu Kola and Saffron.

I do know that a few of those ingredients increase test levels. However, I still think it was the yohimbine that took on the ‘viagra’-esque effects in my particular case. I know of a few other people who did not experience enhanced libido. I’m naturally horny as well, but my test levels have been out of whack for the last few years, thus I’ve been experimenting with various foods/supplements for hormonal balance. I find that a daily ZMA supplement, which is nothing more than Zinc and Magnesium Asparate, plus Maca is good enough to overcome hormonal imbalance and sexual exhaustion. To each his or her own, though.

Hey! How come I missed this post! Tongkat Ali seems make my sex drive 5 times higher than it was before…but the main problem is, I don’t have a wife!!😃 😃

Yeah, I just tried a tablet of Viagra and I’m very satisfied with the results of the erections. Viagra helps to fill penis with more blood, thus gives you an “excellent” erection!! But those who are below 35 and have no symptoms of ED, please don’t try it. Consult your doctor first…don’t follow me bcoz I do crazy things!!😃 😃

Now I just want to know what to eat for me to up my production of fem pheros, cops. 😃

Nice to know that when I make sage dressing at Thanksgiving with celery in it that I have been helping my father and brother!

And I can see I’ll be working celery into what I feed my BF, like for hiking snack foods. “Here honey, for you!” lol!

Nope, I actually ate and smoked untreated Yohimbe bark, not a processed supplement. Greatly prefer magic mint and cannabis over Yohimbe.

Perhaps it has the same substance which can be found in onions or garlic. I haven’t figure it out yet…maybe someone out there can comment on this. During the expansion of Genghis Khan’s empire, his soldiers been given garlic for consumption so that they will stay in high spirit and fearless! I do not know if this relates to the effects of pheromones or not.

I can tolerate onions and garlic pretty well. Although raw onions can do me in, and excessive amounts of either are not pleasant. Celery, especially the outer stalks, can be nasty. I can handle the innermost “heart,” and I mean the _innermost_, okay. Even celery cooked into stuffing etc can annoy me. I get bad reactions to most peppers too.

I know one guy who react badly to mushrooms. He especially had problems at resturants that fried foods in the same oil as they fried mushrooms. Another person I know is exremely allergic to strawberries. Never know…

Peppers and chillies contain an active ingredient named Capsium which make them hot. It is also known to be aphrodisiacs. Too bad you can’t get the benefits out of it!😃 😃

Yes it’s for sure.. you’d have to eat quite a bit, not that convenient I’d guess..
