Yeah LS, she is kind of fun. We get along pretty good. No drama, which is huge. The voice thing I’ve noticed with her a few times now, mostly when things get steamy, or if she wants things to head that way. When she talks that way it is kind of like Debra Winger, or Angie Harmon’s voice if you know them from TV. Hmmmm…gets my motor running.. The women at the party were awful, or at least the things they were saying were, but the IH and [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) were influencing things quite a bit I think. In fact tummy tuck gal and tipsy gal are good friends! I told tummy tuck gal, “Well if you think she is an alcoholic, why dont you try and get her some help?” She said “yeah I should.” I think I made her feel bad. Oh well..🙄 ---

Breakfast pickup A314 1 drop behind ears Ammo 1 spray inside left elbow P83 10mcg inside right elbow Waitress, 30ish, pretty, curvy, dishwater blondie. Met a guy for a short breakfast business meeting at a cafe this morning. He was on the way to the airport so he could only stay for 15 minutes so he ordered coffee, me breakfast. We sat at the breakfast counter near a high traffic area for the waitresses. We discussed our biz, then I gave him my business card, and he took off. About 5 minutes later I finished my scrambled eggs and asked for the check. She puts it down in front of me and I give her my credit card. She comes back a few minutes later after running my card and says “Can I get one of your business cards as well?” I said, “Sure. What are you going to do? Spam my e-mail box?” She says, “No, I was thinking of buying you a beer sometime..” and she winks, turns, and walks away. Now that was interesting. Can’t say that has ever happened at breakfast before…don’t you just love confident women?? Super sexy. Hopefully it doesn’t just mean that I’m the latest member of the “donut of the month” club… ---

P103 Testing Got my shipment of P103 and Androstenone last week. Was excited to give them a try so I used them Wed, Thur, Fri, and Saturday. Here is what I found: P103 dose is 10mcg/spray. Enone is 1mcg/spray. Wednesday Of course I was so excited my P103 arrived I pherobombed myself with 3 sprays @ 10mcg/spray (30 total) then went to lunch with a co-worker. I found myself babbling non-stop about everything (unlike me, more of a listener). She actually asked me, “Who put a nickle in you today?” Haha. -Was really buzzed for about an hour -Was really goofy for the next hour -Was very mellow, happy for the last hour or so. Thursday Put on 30mcg P103, 1 spray inside left elbow, 1 spray inside right elbow, 1 spray upper chest. 2mcg enone, wrists Where: Sitting at my desk at work. I wanted to test the self effects first. Noticed after about 10 minutes I was pretty buzzed. Eyes felt funny, felt kind of goofy. Then, I got a total phero hotflash. Lasted about 15 minutes. I was a little concerned so I went to the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. My cheeks and upper chest were a little pink and I had a little sweat on my forehead. Kind of reminded me of “sexflush” if you know what I mean. It didnt feel bad, just weird. I went outside and there was a breeze, so that helped. after a few minutes it subsided and went away. I went back to my desk and returned a bunch of emails that had stacked up. Felt like doing menial tasks instead of digging into important work. After the emails, I cleared off my desk and cleaned it. Wiped it down with furniture polish. Then I decided to do some filing. Normally my assistant does this, and Im sure she will yell at me next week when she cant find something I filed! 🙂 Thursday night Same dose as Wednesday. Lather, rinse, repeat. I got pretty much the same effects as Wednesday, initial sex flush(lol) followed by feel good mental scatterbrainedness, and more menial office tasking. This time I cleaned out my drawers. I think this stuff makes me want to do smaller tasks that have been bugging me for a while rather than dig into larger projects. Met a friend at brew pub after work. I reapplied the same dose again before going in. The bar was a little warm, and I started my phero glow again, and started to sweat. The bartender got me a glass of water. OK, I think that I have now established that I am wearing too high of a dose of p103. Next time I will only apply 1 spray (10mcg) and see if I get the same effects. After I cooled down, my friend arrived and I ordered a beer. Effects on others: My friend who is normally a pretty subdued, quiet guy, was making all kinds of smalltalk. He is more of a serious intellectual type, but he was acting very goofy, making stupid jokes, and comments about the sexy blonde bartender.(Guy to guy off color comments censored out here) After about 15 minutes, a guy bartender starts working beside the blonde bartender. The place is starting to fill up. He looks crabby, so I jokingly ask him, “Whats wrong man, someone steal your toys?” He says he just got off his other job and he is tired. Then over the next 20 minutes or so, I saw him transform from crabby guy into goofy friendly guy. Then he starts acting downright sophomoric and starts playing grab ass with the blond bartender. She is laughing it off and starts getting into the act. He was doing things like putting barcode stickers on her butt and back. Like 10 of them, and she didnt notice. She thought he was just being goofy. I believe that they were both under the influence of my P103 and -enone cloud. Fun stuff. I believe that P103 is definitely a social phero, and I think it is pretty strong in its effects. I am going to have to dose it down so I dont melt everytime I put it on. It is a funloving molecule with some very effective dis-inhibition qualities. Kind of makes me a little mouthy, and by that I mean I will make random comments to strangers about obvious things. Start up conversations. Say what is on my mind. Luckily my filters still work to some extent when wearing this, otherwise I think you could get in trouble by saying the wrong thing to the wrong person. The -enone was consistent with its well known effects. I believe it caused some flirting reactions with the bartenders which was interesting. I am a really good reader of people, and I could tell without a doubt that the blond bartender was enjoying the game of grab ass that the younger attractive male bartender was initiating. No doubt in my mind. She could have stopped it at any time. She didnt. When they got busy, I noticed a lot of kino between them, like him placing his whole hand on her side hip/upper buttock as he was passing behind her. She didnt even flinch. She reciprocated when she was passing him behind the bar. They both liked it. The interesting thing is, she is engaged. P103 will definitely be a consideration for my next party mix. ---

Mile High Club? I have a note taking section in my phone where I keep notes on what mones I am wearing, the date, and any interesting hits. I was just going through them, deleting old notes, when I came across one from last week that I forgot about that was so awesome and blatant that I just have to post it here. Early last week I had a business trip to Dallas. I was wearing: 2 spray MX297- wrists and forarms 2 drops A314 behind ears 1 spray P96 15mcg back of neck Got on board plane in Mpls, and took off. I was sitting in the first row, right side, on the aisle. My seat was directly facing the flight attendants seat. We made a little small talk while we climbed up to altitude. I asked her where her home base is (Houston), how long she has been flying etc. Noticed several hairflips. She was blonde, mid 30’s, very attractive, a few extra pounds but she worked it. Curvy. Great personality. Once at altitude, a guy got up and went to the bathroom which was right in front of me to the left, by the cockpit door. After about 5 minutes he comes out and leaves the door open and walks away. The flight attendent closes the door and turns toward me. I, making smalltalk, say, “That is a such tiny bathroom. I wonder if I will even fit in there.” and she laughs and says…wait for it… : **“Oh you will. That bathroom is big enough for you and me…”** I was truly speechless.😮 I think she was embarrassed by what she said, because she turned around and started fiddling with the cabinets in the galley. Dont think she meant to say that. It just came out. Thank you pheromones… ---

LOL… loved the part about the bartender putting barcodes on the other bartenders butt from your P103 report! 😃 I laughed over that about 4x already! I noticed it does bring out the silly chatties in people around me. They get the short term memory loss, “Dude where’s my car?” vibe. It’s really funny though because they don’t even realize that they’re being hit. When I watch people around me, it makes me think they’re acting like they just smoked a good bowl. To me, P103 is definitely a ‘less is more’ potion. I didn’t get the phero-flush, but more of a heaviness in my whole body – and that’s with a single 12.5 mcg spray. Looking forward to your party mix! ---

**P94 Again my friends** So it was an absolutely gorgeous day yesterday in the Twin Towns…I so much wanted to play hooky. In the morning I kept thinking of excuses to get up from my desk and walk outside into the sunshine. 80 degrees (26.6 C for my friends across the pond), sunny, no humidity. Like San Diego in Minnesota. Was having a hard time focusing, had the forum open in my browser, = not getting any work done. P94 10mcg to my adams apple. Noticed: - Dry eyes again after 5 minutes. Used some eye drops and that seeemed to get rid of that. - On one of my walkabouts outside, I noticed wicked visual sharpness. Like switching from a regular TV channel to an HD channel. I could see EVERY leaf in EVERY tree. Way cool. I really like driving with P94 on. Its like Im a race car driver on steroids. - When I returned to my desk I punched in Massive Attack into my Pandora and started a project I have been putting off. It was like I was in a trance for the next two hours. Hyper focus, faster almost psychic typing on my machine if you know what I mean. - Basically got adays worth of work done in an afternoon, which is good because I was basically fucking off in the morning. I am almost out of this phero. Maybe 1-2 sprays left in my Togo sample. Shout out to GirlFriday for getting me to dig this little gem out of my now prodigious phero library and giving it a whirl. Summary: P94 IMO is definitely a focus molecule which I will for sure put to good use going forward, as I think it will help with my adult ADHD. (What? CP has ADHD? I would bet some of you already suspected that by now 🙂 ) I think it could help when I go into important meetings where I need to have my bigtime negotiating shoes on, or possibly help in my athletic endeavors (Golf, pick up basketball, etc). I also really want to try this with sex. Girlfriday mentioned that she had a crazy eye connection with one of her boytoys with P94, and I am a huge fan of serious eye “connection” during the act. Serious turn on. All that aside, this one no doubt in my mind has an effect on the eyes/vision. Maybe our resident eye doctor can comment further. P94…Visual clarity and focus. Yes?? The ayes(eyes) have it. ---

CP… thanks for the shout out! Glad to see you’re enjoying our friend. Not sure if I mentioned it in my previous journal update, but the guy who I had insane eye contact with (the foxy Irish guy who got caught in my P94 web 😛) has STILL been calling despite the fact that I’m out of NY for the next year. And you know what he says? _“I miss looking into your beautiful eyes… When can I come for a visit?”_ Hell, I don’t know if P94 did some extra imprinting on my behalf, but the whole eye thing is bewildering in a good way. In 40-something years I’ve never had someone so infatuated with my eyes. I would definitely say it has an effect on the vision of the wearer and possibly the intended target. Interesting that you’d wear it for negotiations. What do you think it adds to that process? The focus aspect? ---

GirlieFriday, I have been having a helluva time concentrating on my work this week. Partly because I have a lot in my mind businesswise, and partly it’s been so Damn nice out I just want to play golf or something. I had to get stuff done so I gave myself a spritz of P94 and it locks me right in like a laser. Super hyper focused. And as I mentioned a few times, I actually type faster and more accurately. WTF is that all about? I think my brain just works faster on it. Makes more neural connections. Fires faster. Something. But I am positive there is something going on with P94 and the eyes. Maybe I’m just seeing the keys on my computer better? Maybe the P94 made your eyes look even more inviting to him? Sharper features, deeper brown, prettier, etc.? Maybe he imprinted on you with this one. Whatever it is it sounds like you tripped his trigger big time. What did you do to that boy!!!😮 I’m going to have to buy more of this soon. I haven’t had a chance to really give it a go when I’m 1 on 1 with a lady friend. Now I’m afraid to…hahaha. Might get lost in her eyes…Hell, maybe it’s just an Irish thing…? 😉 ---

Suburban Cowboy Bar Craziness with MX353 Where: Large Cowboy Bar near Mall of America in Bloomington (Mpls Suburb). Thursday night (last week), packed because of $3 happy hour drinks. Get together planned by a high school friend who lives in Boston who was passing through for a couple days. He put out an open invite for classmates on facebook. Environ: Warm, humid, 80 degrees. Bar has a large outside patio, as well as an air conditioned inside. Wearing: 3 sprays MX353 20mcg [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) 20mcg P103 2.5mcg Mol C I went straight there from work so I was in work clothes, black golf shirt and black khakis, black wingtips, and black sportcoat. My Johnny Cash “Man in Black” look 🙂 I applied the above list of pheros in the parking lot and walked right in. There were about 30 people I went to high school with there. I started talking to everyone and i kinda started having a phero meltdown. Granted the air conditioning wasn’t keeping up, but I felt flushed and started to sweat. i excused myself and went to the bathroom and ran cold water over my wrists, then went back into the bar and asked for two big glasses of ice water and downed them. That seemed to lower my body temp a little bit. I then went outside which was warm, but there was a decent wind. I basically just wanted the wind to blow off/dry out some of the mix I was wearing. It finally settled down after 15 minutes. I rejoined the party and I was chatting up a gal that graduated a few years after me, but I knew her through one of my sisters. She is very bubbly, and gives me a big hug. She was there with her 3 other sisters who immediately joined the convo with each giving me a big hug. The youngest of them (and loudest) is kind of drunk, and every other thing she says is sexual innuendo. She is talking to two guys and puts her arms around both and they start heading out to the patio. She looks back at me and motions for me to follow. I was talking to someone so I didn’t. She comes back in alone about 10 minutes later and walks over to me and puts her arms around my neck and jumps up and wraps her legs around me and asks me why I didn’t follow her out to the patio? I said she looked like she was in good hands with the other two guys. Then she plants a huge kiss on my lips and then jumps down off of me. All of this happens with people standing all around me. Later one of her sisters comes over to me and apologizes to me for her sisters behavior. I said it was no big deal and as I am saying that I am looking over her shoulder at the crazy sister grabbing a guys package for like 10 seconds. I laugh mid sentence and she turns around and says “Oh my God” and chases after her. Then like 20 minutes later crazy sister is climbing up on the mechanical bull and has the operator run it really slow while she does a slow grind and grabs her boobs and..yes you guessed it, she fell off. Another major hit came from a guy I went to high school with. Big muscular football player type, doesn’t drink, kind of a holy roller.(Bob) We are talking about all kinds of shit for about 15 minutes, just catching up on stuff, and another guy with us says something about tomorrow being his 25 year anniversary. Then Bob says “This November will be 26 for me, if I make it that long.” Taken aback, I mistakenly follow up with him and say “Trouble in paradise?” and he proceeds to talk for 10 minutes about it, how things aren’t going well, and he starts throwing in all this personal stuff, blah, blah, blah, and all I want to do is get away from him. Too much information for mixed company. Well the party continued to get more and more wild as the night went on. The crazy sisters all had to ride the bull, and later they interlocked their arms and were doing the can-can. Holy roller Bob actually cried while talking to someone else. And at least 5 different women friends said to me that we should go have coffee sometime and “catch up”. Well, I know how to make a timely exit when parties start going over the edge, so I bow out gracefully and went home. Summary: MX353 is some powerful stuff. I believe it affected almost everyone I came in contact with, both men and women. Kind of had a bit of a buddy vibe with the guys, and a major horny vibe with the ladies. Tons and tons of hairplay, too much to count. It also had a “frat house party” effect on the group. I mingled and moved in and around everyone so everyone got a good dose of my cloud. One waitress (we had several) kept coming back to me often to see if I was alright, checking on me almost to a fault. In addition, as she would walk by I caught her looking at me several times. Eye contact. Smile. Nod. Wink. Little bit of a respect vibe. The P83 and the P103 were definitely working as well. Lots of dis-inhibition going on, especially from the Crazy Sisters. I’ve only told you about 10% of what they did that night. Some of it was just this side of live sex acts. I believe it also turned Bob into a blubbering wet blanket. I would rate his behavior as a negative hit. He obviously is having some trouble with Mrs. Blubbering Bob, and these two pheros brought it to the surface. In fact I would venture to guess that it was the P103 speaking here. I believe it was Mobo that described P103 as P83?s “Arsehole Cousin”. It dis-inhibits, but not in the smooth P83 sort of way. More like “Who let the dogs out!” P103 removes all semblance of a filter. Feel it, think it, say it..on steroids. Probably was making Crazy sister jump up and climb me like a tree. Oh, one last hit. Total DIHL moment with another friend. Blond, 47, curvy, lawyer. There was about 5 of us standing together listening to her tell us a story about work. About two minutes into it, she stops mid-sentence…pregnant pause…then she says, “I don’t know what to say, I forgot what I was talking about..” We tried to refresh her memory, but it was gone. Someone else started talking and blondie slipped away with a funny look on her face. Total brain fart. I think she was embarrassed. Cant say anything of note about the Mol C except that my strategy was to add it into this mix to try and smooth the edges off the P103. Can’t really say it did that. Maybe it added to the overall fun vibe of the night, but I’m not sure. I would say this was the perfect environment for a potent mix like MX353. Fun, loose, wild. Yee haaa! ---

Some have suggested 1:3-1:4 ratio of P83 to P86 as more workable - more fun/pretty (P86) and less volatile/out of control emotions (P83). Here you are trying the reverse. With the P79 alone you already have a nice emotional trigger, with the P83 1-900 sex-talk effect, you are going to hear lots of inuendo and some acting on it. I haven’t tried P86 but that seems to add a party/fun vibe. P102 is hard to understand, but I’ve had great effects at parties, livens things up a lot. High P83 makes feel like I could start bluthering and crying if I’m having any issues and something sets me off, like the guy you describe. The feeling is unsettling to me in a weird way. I can’t hold it together too well with that one. Lower amounts, like a few sprays of 2.5 mcg and I feel fine. Also my wife goes totally neurotic off the deep end and freaks with the higher levels, not in a good way. But yes, I have seen highly sexual reactions like the sisters with that, younger white women with a few drinks in them at parties, fairly large rooms - it takes something like a hit of P79, eNone, etc for the effects like you saw to really materialize. Try a smidgen of TAL on that sister next time, see what happens. I think the more necrotic a woman is, the more she needs sex to bring her back to a normal psychological state (there’s some research on that). Some women seem to go straight for sex and self-correct. Others will get cranky and avoid sex, and they start to loose it. I’m coming around to the feeling that maybe it’s unfair to a woman to make her all neurotic with the P83 and related stuff unless she is definitely going to have sex today which will bring her that physiological relief (not necessarily with you), and you know her to be well-adjusted enough to go that route. In the context of self-correcting behavior, yeah I think that’s being well-adjusted. The TAF will make this very attention-getting, and the P86 is just going to do it’s own thing the way it does - add more fun to the mix. I might suggest, fewer sprays of the MX353, adding P86 instead of more P83. Raise the TAC higher. Add 5 mcg eRone. If you feel like that looses some of the boldness from the ladies, try adding a smidgen of TAL. TAF is probably good, maybe a bit high - it will be memorable that’s for sure. I haven’t figured out any opinion on P103 yet, not having used it, but there are reports of oral fixation and undefined hunger for food/sex at high doses, P102 and P103 ooze sensuality especially in a non-visual (taste, auditory , spacial / body sort of way. I have a mix I’ve been testing out with extremely low doses of eNone, TAC and P83, and I’ve been able to increase the number of nights a week wife and I have been having sex pretty substantially. For a woman who’s neurotic, that means a substantial improvement in perception of the quality of the relationship. I don’t know if the ratios or specific combination is anywhere near the best out there, but it goes to show that once you’ve left an impression, you can get what you want with very low doses and not too much drama. I do on the other hand support the idea of a party sparkler kind of mix to get that initial attention-getting and impression leaving at social mixers, which is an idea I see you working toward here. ---

Thanks Lwatkins, That is very good information. I had no clue what was in MX353. Is it posted somewhere? If so, I missed it. Yes that is a shitload of [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/). TBH, I was trying for a major dis-inhibition vibe for this party. I knew there would be a lot of partying going on, and I wanted to push the limits a bit. That is why I used both P83 and P103. So that means I was wearing 70 mcg of P83/P103, both known pheros that dis-inhibit. Explains a lot now that I think about it. My testing on P103 has shown me that it is much stronger than P83, and a bit wilder. P83 will get a gal to tell you she once secretly wanted to date you. P103 will get her to tell you “I wanted to date you 2 years ago, but you ignored me, and I was so crushed I put on 50 lbs and I started dating losers and it is all your fault. I hate you!” LOL Well maybe not that bad, but it hits hard in my opinion. It removes both good and bad filters. If she thinks your cowboy boots are ugly, she will tell you.. I believe it can be tamed though by mixing with TAC or Ishine. I will also take your advice and try adding some TAF or TAL. Thanks for the tips… 🙂 ---

I would not add more on top of that. 15 mcg is about my daily limit (is for most people), going higher could be over-stimulating. Very attention getting! Even 0.5 mcg / spray seems to make mixes more memorable and get noticed more. = or \< 2.5 mcg of TAL in a mix is quite interesting. Gets women looking at me a bit more boldly, acting a bit more forward.🙄 At 5 mcg, they will stare you down, it has me kinda uncomfortable a few times! Women will start breaking into song and dance together, other kind of bold behavior of questionable appropriateness. Women look at me the way guys usually look at women. 10-15 mcg on a guy, it gets way out of control - I don’t know why. They will argue with you and chew you out.😕 This much on a girl is fine. But go ahead, try wearing 15 mcg TAL on your own self…see what happens! 😮 You really need a solid eRone / eNone base with this one in my experience. I would not advise high doses of TAL on a guy, but a smidgen makes them just bold enough to approach that masculine vibe you’ve built, and makes you come off a bit more Alpha too. A hint of TAL and a solid base of eRone, and a light dose of eNone-like molecules, the effects are close to what I’d hope for in a base. 🆒 Then layer on all the social / fun stuff that is light and airy and cuddly feel-good. This oral-fixation / sensuality aspect to P102 etc. is I think an important note to strike - it’s somewhat the way people describe MEO-EST, sort of gets the women hypnotized with butterfly pleasure in the air, all the music and dancing and food are enhanced with this MSG like effect. There are a great number of P’s that fall into this description, some more potent than others. I’d build the majority of the mix with these feel-goods. ---

I have found that P102 adds a light and airy feel to things, perhaps in a similar way to IO. I have also found it grabs peoples attention and makes them look at you more, also increases the extent to which you notice things going on around you. What would [Molecule C](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/molecule-c/) bring to this mix? Can Molecule C be used with most mixes or are there pheros to avoid using it with? ---

Watkins forgot to mention there is also 5 mcg eNone per spray in MX353. So you were wearing 15 mcg of eNone in total with many mcg disinhibitors/instensifiers and without a lot of buffering (TAC). Some rumors out there that the forumula has changed and some people even say there is NO eNone in MX353. Personally I definitely get an eNone feeling from it.
