Help me out.

i am reading time and time again here on this site, people mixing different blends of pheremones, ok so some of you guys claim to be experts at using them. Having a very scientific mind i am open to an explanation to the following also as i work in finance for a large Bank, i like statistics and numerical evidence, so if you feel you can, please explain,

1. why mix different blends?
2. Does it not create one big phereomeno soup where the distinct advantage of each blend is lost?
3. Does it actually work/
4. Please provide examples
5. If so please provide statistical evidence of research that can clarify this enquiry in numerical terms?

the person who can provide the most concise presentation by an open vote from the pheromonetalk community gets a round of drinks on me.
🙂

I’ve come to think mixing blends and proprietary formulae is somewhat akin to making a cake with some Betty Crocker cake mix, a bit of Aunt Jemimah cake mix, and some Safeway store brand cake mix thrown in as well.

You might get a good result, but it’s hard to understand what’s really happening.

I’m now trying to create most of my mixes from basic [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) components instead of mixes. In my analogy this would be like making a cake from eggs, flour, soda, etc.. If the cake doesn’t rise, I have a pretty good idea of how to change the mix next time so it will rise.

Of course, I still have a lot of commercial mixes on my shelves to use up. I’m familiar with them and what they do so there are going to times when I put on 1 spray of mix A and 2 sprays of mix B …

And no, I’m not going to write a dissertation along with multivariate statistical analysis for a virtual beer! 😉

1. why mix different flavored ice cream?
2. Different [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) produce different reactions in different people in different conditions

Changazn gave good answers. I’ll endorse them. Especially the “read the forum and search” parts.

Breifly -

1 - You have one or more blends in your stock, know their effect, and want a combination of the known effects.
2 - Sure might. That was what my rambling reply in my first post tried to address. However, a “symphonic mix” might give a more realistic approximation to a natural pheromone signature than high doses of a single pheromone that would be rarely encountered in nature. Many people have experienced success with complex mixes.
3,4,- please read over the forums. I just finished reading all the posts of interest to me in the men’s and women’s forums starting from the earliest. It took a while but it was fun and I got a lot of information. Surely you don’t expect everyone who has posted over the years to jump into this thread to save you a few mouse clicks?
5 - Your interest in statistics is commendable but the pay you offer is low. However, if you would like to perform the research and analysis I’m sure it will get lots of interested readers here on the forum.

one pheromone makes people more talkative, one makes them say things they wouldnt usually say, one makes them horny etc etc.
its funny, its kindof the same as with toothpastes… one gives you stronger teeth, one gives you whiter teeth, one etc etc.. iv always wondered why they didnt just mix it all together so they had a super toothpaste =P
with toothpaste it makes no sense, but with pheromones it does. in some situations you may want people to talk to you, but not become horny and in some situations you may want people to be very open and say more then they usually would to you, and in some situations you may want girls to be horny and want to talk to you. if you made one that had all the reactions you may get unwanted reactions, while as they are now, you can tailor them to meet your situation.
but iv also wondered if you didnt risk getting a big mix of different pheromones that would create a completly different reaction in people then you expected. and i have so far not found the answer (i dont have enough pheromones to test it out myself yet either)

wether pheromones work.. well i was at a job interview the other day, just wearing 2 sprays of IS, was applying for a part time job, even before we were halfway through the interview he suddently offered me getting a full time job (that will come available in august) it was my first real job interview, yet i was quite calm, im usually a pretty shy guy.
so from my perspective, either they work, or i was having a very good day. 🙂
iv only tested a few times though, iv overdosed once (in a gym), been in to cold conditions for them to work once (bar hopping, absolutly freezing), and
had them work once.
while thats not a lot of statistics, id still say that they work, though its sometimes quite subtly

You’re welcome.

The fact of the matter is that research and statistics in this field are hard to come by. Most of the people here are convinced of the effects we’re seeing but the scientific community still hasn’t caught up to what we’re doing. You’ll find some papers if you search the medical literature on students sniffing cotton balls soaked with -none, -Androsterone, or Androstadienone. However, you will find little to nothing on mixes or synergistic effects, and very few if any studies of an ethological nature on the effects of either single pheromones or mixes in a “natural” human environment. I believe that the anecdotes available on this forum are some of the best data currently available. I would love it if someone would jump in with a good information source and prove me wrong.

J. Kohl has a book “Scent of Eros” that I have on order that has some good recommendations. However, the state of the science is what it is, and that is very young. It’s kind of exciting to be alive at this stage of the scientific development. I suspect pheromone users may have opportunities now that will not be so easily available when these effects become better documented.
