# Changing Up

I have read in some posts that you should change up your [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) profile so people don’t get used to it. Are any of you doing this? Are you changing the dosage or changing the product you use.

I have used 2-3 drops of A314 and 1 spray of IG for about 3 work days in a row. Should I change things up? If so how and how often?

Using the same (proven) mix for work every day is a good thing.  
You can use it as a base and add other things to try variations and notice different reactions.  
Try IS, IH or IO on different days and then try them together to see if that makes it better, or just different 🙂
