After over a month of not seeing my chinese girl, we finally met yesterday! 30 minutes before we met I applied: - 1 spray of MX200 on each side of my neck - 1 spray of Instant Shine on front and back of neck. - 3 sprays of Instant Honesty on my shirt (chest) - 1 spray of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) on wrists I arrived to pick her up, and we hugged. I made sure her nose was near my neck for a few seconds. We hopped in the car and were off to the mall first. I noticed immediately that she was much more conversational than ever before. She used to wait for me to talk most of the time, but this time she was bringing up the subjects and barely taking time to breathe. We got to the mall and while shopping there I noticed that she preferred to hold close to me instead of just holding hands. She seemed captivated by virtually everything I said, laughing at every joke and responding to every subject I brought up instead of just nodding or saying “uh huh” or “yeah”. Later I drove her to my place and I had a few surprises for her. While on vacation I bought her a few thoughtful gifts (some expensive chocolates, and a ping pong paddle). She was very happy with the gifts, almost shocked. We then watched a movie in my living room. She didn’t hesitate to immediately get close to me, running her hands through my hair and kissing my neck. After the movie we went into my room and played some poker (5 card stud, not what you’re thinking, yet..) Again she was very talkative about personal things in her life. Also she was making much more eye contact with me than ever before. After that, we were quickly naked and the sex was incredible. I’ve never felt closer to someone in my life. I did notice that she kissed my neck much more, must be the MX200. When we did finally sleep, we were embraced the whole night. When we woke, more sex and then a shower. She said something strange while we were showering. I was lathering her up as I usually do and she says “I’m so happy to be washed by you”, interesting… After the shower I reapplied the Pheromones in the same dosage, but focused more MX200 and Instant Openness on my right side (since this is the side she sits on while I’m driving, and while we are walking). I then took her to a nature trail near my home. We walked for a while, sat on a bench, and she laid on my lap. I slowly caressed her hair and she says “This is so peaceful, I’m glad we came here”. We were both so content, we sat there for almost an hour. The time came for me to take her home, so we started the 30 mile trek back to Oakland. This time she wasn’t as talkative, but she did something out of character. She leans over and lays her head on my arm to nap. But not for just a minute or two, for about 30 minutes! This is while riding in a roadster with crappy roads, so even after all that violent bouncing she remained attached to my arm! 😮 When I finally dropped her off I pulled all of her gifts out of the trunk and then gave her a big hug and kiss. The last thing she said was “drive careful”. And as I was getting back into the car, she looked back 3 different times to smile and wave at me. 🙂 So I must admit at this point I FULLY believe that pheromones not only work, sometimes they work miracles. This girl isn’t the type to show her cards, but this time she showed me half the hand. I look forward to seeing the other half eventually… ---

Also, you mentioned that you are trying to build a nice cut physique (eating alot (in combination with training) will put muscle on you but getting cut is from a low BF% and is a little more complex than that) but as someone who is an athlete I would say this probably won’t help in this situation; my build tends to draw attention but hasn’t helped on the long term situation. She is obviously physically attracted to you already, becoming more muscular won’t change how she looks at you in regards to a long term relationship… I don’t know a whole lot about pheramones used for attraction but logically I wouldn’t think they would really help in the long term scope… if she talks more it may drag it out a bit but probably won’t change how she looks at you as someone she would/wouldn’t like to spend her future with… ---

Then I took a new job and my schedule changed, and that effected my workouts. In the past few months she brought up how “skinny” I was many many times. So I decided to do something about it. During my vacation I worked out religiously and now I’m bigger than I was when we met. So it wasn’t about being bigger to attract her more, it was about getting back to the size that she was initially attracted to in the beginning. I agree about the talking, I doubt it will have any long term effects. However, the overall date was so positive and amazing that I feel things are going in a good direction. ---
