So today i came home from school and ive finally received my shipment of TUTH [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and i ordered 1 bottle of IS but jacob at smart mones threw in another bottle for free, so thank you jacob. My question is how should i use these products and should i do a self test first ---

Self testing isn’t necessary, not everyone gets self effects anyways. Personally I would use Instant Shine first, find your sweet spot then try [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). A general rule of thumb is to try only one product at a time to find your ‘sweet spot’ i.e. the ammount required to get reactions from others; a repeatable result. You should start off with a single spray, then increase it by an extra spray daily untill the sweet spot is found. So day one would be a single spray, day two will be two sprays, Day three will be three sprays, so on an so forth. Then switch to the other product and do the same process. Hair is regarded as a good difuser which is a bonus but would also shorten the lifespan per session. Instant shine is a happy, fun vibrant pheromone. Good for pratically every situation.
