This will be my last journal entry for a while because… i’m PREGNANT! It’s _very_ early and the news is still sinking in but we’re happy. Although it wasn’t planned - mones definitely had a part to play in it all! I’ve decided not to test mones for the next year or so but I will keep on eye on things around here… so I won’t be too far away! This report is for you Steve! **Date:** 9 January 2013 **Product and Application:** Temptress - one spray between my forearms. Covered with Armani Mania after 30 minutes. **Environment:** With ‘R’ **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** ‘R’ was meant to be going out with friends for the night so we arranged to meet for a little while before hand. I haven’t a clue how it happened but as we were talking about our plans for the night, ‘R’ suggested that we spend the night together. As long as I know ‘R’ - he has never ditched his friends for me. Usually when he makes plans, he tends to stick to them so I was completely surprised. I could certainly get used to this sort of attention. Temptress is different from EoW… although it is sexual there are more layers to it. I was clearly in control but there was no power struggle… if that makes any sense. Went to get something to eat at a local restaurant and ‘R’ kept touching my knee under the table. I swear if we had been alone he would have jumped me! Of course, I didn’t make him wait long when we got home!!! ---

Looks like i’ll be back here sooner than expected… Went for my 8 week scan during the week and found out that my baby had stopped growing at six weeks. Think they called it a missed miscarriage - everything is a bit fuzzy at the moment. Myself and ‘R’ are not doing great… not sure if we’ll make it though this. We’re both completely devastated but can’t seem to comfort each other. Anyway… as soon as I gather myself, I’ll be back reporting and experimenting. ---

**Date:** 7 February 2013 **Product and Application:** EST (50mcg/spray) - one spray between my forearms and one spray to my neck. **Environment:** Friends house **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** By all accounts 100mcg of EST is a mega dose! Been feeling rather sorry for myself for the last few days (understatement!) and I find EST makes people more understanding and sympathetic. My friend ‘D’ made me a cup of tea when I arrived at her house and rooted out some expensive chocolates that she had left over from Christmas. She said she needed help eating them which was fine with me. We sat chatting for a while and every few minutes she would ask if I was ok and if I needed anything. For the moment it’s nice to be cared for in such a way but I could see myself getting annoyed over time. Of course my friend is sympathetic to my situation - with or without the mones - but the EST definitely adds a softness to our encounters. ---

**Date:** 11 February 2013 **Product:** Instant Honesty (2x) and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) **Application:** Instant Honesty - one spray to the left side of my neck; Instant Openness - two sprays to the right side of my neck. **Environment:** Walk with ‘R’ on the beach **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Haven’t seen ‘R’ in a few days so today when I was on my way to meet him, I sprayed myself with Instant Honesty and Instant Openness. Hadn’t anticipated going for a walk on the beach so I don’t know how effective my mones where. I made a point of walking slightly in front of him, hoping that the breeze was wafting my mones in his direction. We managed to have a long conversation about everything that has happened in the last few weeks and there were lots of tears and laughter. It’s the first time that we’ve really been able to talk about things so perhaps my mones were working. Not sure if we’ll ever be anything more than friends again… unfortunately things seem to have changed between us. ---

Oh my, girl. I am so very sorry to hear about you and R, and the miscarriage. ☹ Those sorts of things are extremely difficult to deal with, and to lose a S/O makes it all the worse. Do you believe that everything happens for a reason? I do. The fact that you and R did not make it though this experience as a stronger couple indicates to me that there would have been even more difficult times ahead had you been bound by a baby! I wish that you recover from this a soon as possible, and that blessings come your way! XOXO ---

Although I do believe that everything happens for a reason… this is really testing us. Things are definitely not going as planned between myself and R at the moment but I do believe that we are meant to be together. Wasn’t so sure for a few days there but I know what I feel for him. **Date:** 21 February 2013 **Product:** [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and P74 (10mcg/spray neroli) **Application:** Instant Openness - two sprays to my neck; P74 - two sprays between my forearms. **Environment:** Homoeopathy appointment and lunch with the girls **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Been having some abdominal pain since the miscarriage so I made an appointment with a homoeopath. My doctor has prescribed pain killers and anti inflammatory tablets but they don’t seem to be working. Homoeopath was very nice and I found myself telling her things that I thought I wouldn’t… not sure if it was the mones or her character but I felt really comfortable around her. Afterwards at lunch, the girls were really upbeat and chatty. Everyone else around us in the restaurant was really quiet but we all seemed kind of giddy. Although it was Thursday… the Instant Openness gave it that Friday feeling. We lingered for ages over lunch and one of the girls was late going back to work but she didn’t seem overly concerned. ---

Just a very quick update… wore EoW around ‘R’ during the week and he seemed really uneasy. Buffered it with [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) but it needed something else as well. He seemed irritated and annoyed around me and ended up giving out about anything and everything. Meant to meet him again tomorrow… definitely going to stick to social mones for another little while. Thinking TAC + Instant Honesty or P74 + Instant Honesty. ---

Another quick update: **Product and Application:** Instant Sexiness A - two sprays to my neck **Environment:** Drive with ‘R’ **Effects:** Things started off really well between us, we were laughing and joking and R even seemed a little bit flirty. However things took a serious turn after about an hour. Not sure what happened but ‘R’ found it really difficult to talk to me. He’d get so far with a sentence and then just stop. Of course, I was quiet confident and I found the strength I needed to say a few things. When I was leaving, R wouldn’t give me a hug but insisted that everything was ok… of course I ended up crying and we left things rather badly. Been texting him since then and he’s still insisting that everything is ok. I know something is bothering him but I can’t figure out what it is. _Definitely_ going to wear [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty around him next time. Instant Sexiness A is social but R needs more lubrication to get him talking! ---

**Date:** March 2013 **Product:** [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (togo) and Instant Shine (togo) **Application:** Instant Openness - one spray to the right side of my neck and one spray to the left side of my neck; Instant Shine - two sprays to the centre of my neck. **Environment:** Dinner with Mam while on holiday **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Brought some mones away with me on holiday and decided to wear some one evening when we were going out for dinner. They had the desired effect and we giggled and laughed our way through dinner. At one stage Mam had tears running down her face. On our way home our plane was delayed for hours because of a tornado and we missed our connecting flight… really wish I had mones on me then because Mam was in bad form! Unfortunately I had packed my mones in my checked bag so I had to do without! **Other News:** Things are definitely over between myself and ‘R’… we both still have feelings for each other but so much has happened between us. Both of us need different things at the moment so we’ve decided to go our separate ways. Can’t say that i’m not upset (devastated even) but hopefully in time, things will get better. On a lighter note… looks like i’ll have to find someone else to experiment on. ---

**Date: 30 March 2013 \*\* Product: TAC (10mcg/spray coconut vanilla) and [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) (10mcg/spray coconut vanilla). \*\* Application:** TAC - two sprays to the right of my neck; P83 - one spray to the left side of my neck. **Environment:** Walk with ‘R’. **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Woohoo… finally think i’ve found a good combination to wear around ‘R’. We laughed, I cried and things were pretty good between us. R touched me several times on my arm, shoulder and waist, and he playfully pushed my twice. He seemed happy entering my personal space. The last few times i’ve met him, he’s noticeably kept his distance from him. He wouldn’t even allow me give him a hug! It was as if there was some invisible barrier between us. This evening however, things were very different. We have agreed to be friends (hopefully good friends) and for the first time tonight, I actually thought it was possible. Both of us were comfortable. He even gave me three hugs which is huge progress from the last night!!! R spoke a little about his feelings too which was really surprising. Last time he couldn’t even get the words out. He also told me that he’s happy for me to talk about my feelings as much as I want but he’s finding it hard… he said talking about the miscarriage isn’t helping him. It’s not exactly what I wanted to hear but I do respect how he feels and it’s great that he has finally told me. At a guess… i’d say that both mones played a part in getting him talking. I always loved wearing TAC around R - it definitely makes him more touchy feely, understanding and sensitive. R also seemed more comfortable when I got upset… every little thing sets me off these days so it’s just as well. R didn’t try to ‘fix’ things and he allowed me cry without getting annoyed and anxious… which is hugely beneficial for me at the moment. It’s really nice to not have to hide my true feelings around him. Anyway… enough waffling for the moment! ---

\*\*Date: **31 March 2013 \*\* Product and Application:** P81 (12.5 mcg/spray) - two sprays to my neck. **Environment:** Work! **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Decided it was time to start experimenting with putatives again so I randomly picked one from my stash! Got a slight headache after applying the P81 but that’s not uncommon for me when experimenting with a new mone. P81 reminds me a little of TAF… visually I was REALLY alert but I had to ask a few customers to repeat what they had just said. It was like my visual perception has been enhanced but not my auditory. I also noted that I didn’t feel as emotional wearing P81, which to be honest is a nice change. For the last few weeks, i’ve been randomly bursting into tears. Today I felt much strong wearing P81 but also slightly emotionally detached at the same. Not sure if P81 would be great in a long term relationship… but that’s just a hunch for the moment. It might work well if it was buffered with something else but I don’t know what yet. P81 also had a slight kick-ass feeling to it. **Duration:** 2-3 hours. ---

**Date:** 02 April2013 **Product and Application:** [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (2x) - two sprays to my neck! **Environment:** Teaching **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** I’ve been talking to a counsellor since the miscarriage but as a rule, I don’t wear mones when I am meeting him. Anyway yesterday morning I was going teaching a class and I was feeling really rubbish so I sprayed myself with Instant Shine before leaving the house. Of course… I ran into my counsellor en route and I ended up talking to him for 20 minutes or so and he couldn’t believe how upbeat and positive I was! He said the difference since our last session was remarkable. Naturally I didn’t tell him about the mones but when I met him today for our session, I could see that he was kind of confused. I wouldn’t mind but I had completely forgotten that I was wearing IS myself… so I fooled myself as well as him. It only occurred to me a few hours later. Instant Shine still hits me hard with self effects, particularly if I haven’t worn it in a week or two! ---

Only used a single spray of Instant Sexiness A and I really noticed the difference. I was more confident… and perhaps even more relaxed and the girls in the class really seemed to enjoy themselves. Usually I would have a class plan made out beforehand but for the first time EVER… I completely winged it! The girls in the class asked more questions throughout and I enjoyed explaining various movements and exercises. Two students stayed behind after class to tell me how much they enjoyed it… success! ---

It definitely has some similarities but overall I prefer IS/A. TAL is a little stand-off ish in my opinion but its not repulsive in any way. I thought the IS would buffer it nicely and I suppose it did but it still wasn’t quite right. TAL is confident but its not sexy like IS/A… It’s not as social as IS/A even with the IS. If I were wearing this mix again… i’d probably try a splash of IO in the mix! Mam let me work away in the kitchen while I was cooking… usually she’s under my feet getting in the way but today, she went out into the garden after a little while!! After dinner she did all the washing up without saying anything really.
