**Day Two** : Dosage Testing! **Product:** [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) (double strength - togo bottle) **Application:** 2 sprays - one to the back of my neck and one to my hair **Environment:** In my friends house **Self Effects:** Didn’t notice any real self effects! Spraying the back of my neck and my hair instead of my neck made a HUGE difference. Could have felt slightly more relaxed than usual - was happy to sit back and watch my friends engage in conversation. Was just looking in the store and I can’t find the 30ml version ☹ Was going to order it in the regular strength so I could have more flexibility with it. Think it would be nice to have SOME self effects without turning myself into a blabbering fool. Found it really hard to control myself when I used the double strength on my neck!!! Do they not make it anymore?! Or was I just imagining it in a 30ml bottle?! **Effects on Others:** Had a really good chat with my friends - everyone seemed to be really honest and open to the conversation. Five us were drinking tea, eating biscuits and we ended up talking about the ‘good old times!’ Conversation seemed more balanced than usual - generally one of my friends takes control of the conversation but this did not seem to be the case today! **Duration:** 2.5ish hours…although its hard to be certain! **Other observations:** In regard to effects on others - didn’t really see a difference between one spray and two sprays of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). Think one spray of the double strength creates the desired effects. Going to see if there is a difference between spraying one spray on the back of my neck verses my wrists with my friends! ---

Remember this is double strength we’re talking about. So, it’s not one or two sprays; you’re spraying 2 or 4 sprays. Most of my favorite dosages (me, specifically) are 3 sprays. That’s my personal discovery with the consumer line and just some information sharing. The regular strength is more flexible; with a greater ranges of subtlety, perhaps? Personally, my favorite dosage of IH is 3 sprays. I like IO in 3 or more - but that’s its’ own story. I have favorite dosages for all and some for specific purposes 😛. Why not try the regular strength, and a couple of days with each number of sprays. Maybe even different doses on the same people. 😃😉 ---

**Day One:** Dosage Testing **Product:** MX 397 **Application:** One spray to my wrists! **Temperature:** A cool 5 degrees Celsius…BURR!!! **Environment:** Sightseeing! **Self Effects:** Not sure about this MX - don’t think I experienced anything out of the ordinary. Felt very introverted but not sure if this was because of the mones - mind has been very busy lately…lots going on! Was out and about for most of the day and was covered up so the mones might not have had a chance to diffuse properly. **Effects on Others:** Didn’t notice anything different with my friends! Maybe one spray was not enough to produce any effects! **Duration:** Could still smell it on my wrists after four hours - can’t remember anything after that! Got side tracked with mulled wine! 😛 **Other Observations:** Loved the smell of this one - reminds me a little bit of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) but its fruitier! ---

**Day Two:** Dosage Testing **Product:** MX 397 **Application:** One spray to my wrists and one to my neck. **Temperature:** 4 degrees Celsius…its bloody freezing!!! **Environment:** Sightseeing! **Self Effects:** Once again - didn’t notice anything particular about this MX but am LOVING the smell! **Effects on Others:** Still didn’t notice anything different with my friends although one of my friends commented on the lovely smell. **Other Observations:** Going to wait until i’m home to test this again…think it’s too cold and i’m too covered up to see any results. Will try three sprays as well! ---

**Day Three:** Dosage Re-testing! **Product:** MX 397 **Application:** Two sprays - one to each wrist at 13:00 **Temperature:** 16 degrees inside! **Environment:** In Work **Self Effects:** Just back from my holidays and decided to try two sprays of MX 397 again! As with the first day wearing this product, felt VERY introverted wearing this product…lots going on in my head and I didn’t want to be disturbed by anyone. This might sound a bit insane but felt like I had taken a couple of antihistamines…you know that drowsy, sleeping feeling you get while taking medication…that’s exactly the feeling I had. I felt like I was moving in slow motion. Didn’t fully identify this feeling with MX 397 until today - thought I was imagining things the first two days. These effects lasted for just over two hours and I can’t say I enjoyed the experience at all. After the initial two hours…the effects of MX 397 started to improve slightly! After the fog had lifted from my brain, felt more relaxed and settled. Felt like I was moving at normal speed again but was not getting caught up in the madness of work. I suppose I still kinda felt detached from things. **Effects on Others:** Didn’t notice anything during the first two hours - felt like I was completely in a daze! However during hours three and four - got a few hits from customers. 15:25 - male customer winked at me as he was leaving the counter for no apparent reason! I was pleasant as usual but didn’t do or say anything that would have gotten this response. 15:40 - one of our regular female customers was very chatty with me today! Found it hard to get rid of her and the people in the que behind were started to get annoyed. Not sure if the mones caused this response but I noted it anyway. 16:00 - boss asked me if I wanted a cup of tea…THIS NEVER HAPPENS and was REALLY unusual! In all the years I have worked for him…never once has he offered to make me a cup! In fact it was SO unusual - I contacted another coworker to tell them - her response was that he must have hit his head! 😛 16:50 - got some great smiles from a very cute (but married) male customer! **Duration:** 5 hours…although I can still faintly smell the scent on my wrist after 6 hours! **Other Observations:** As i’ve already said - I don’t particularly like this mone but I will experiment with it further. Don’t think i’ll be wearing it on its own again but one spray might be ok if its buffered with something else. Will have to give it some serious consideration…it might compliment EOW or something similar! ---

**Day One:** Dosage Testing! **Product:** TAA **Strength:** 10mcg per spray **Application:** Somewhere between one and two sprays to my wrists - first spray wasn’t a full spray…so I applied some more! **Temperature:** 9 degrees **Environment:** Christmas Shopping!!! 🙂 **Self Effects:** Really like this product and I can see why people are comparing it to [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Both create that feel good feeling but I think TAA works quicker…but I don’t think the experience is as intense. Experience seems more natural to me! About 30 minutes are spraying myself, went into town to do some of my Christmas shopping and wandered around the shops happily on my own - usually I don’t enjoy shopping by myself so this was a pleasant surprise! **Effects on Others:** Didn’t encounter too many people on my adventure so I can’t really say how TAA effected other people. The two sales girls I encountered were pleasant and both chatted with me. Didn’t notice anything else along the way. **Other Observations:** Smells muskier than Instant Shine but I don’t think the smell is as strong. **Duration:** Think TAA lasts longer than Instant Shine - writing this report approximately 6 hours after spraying myself and I can still smell the mones! Still feeling good…but then again, I usually feel this way! 🙂 ---

It’s hard to explain but it’s like being engulfed in a secret cloud of happiness… the type of happiness that makes you smile and your eyes sparkle! People seemed naturally drawn to me and I felt like I had a ton of energy. **Effects on Others:** Lots of hits…good job I kept notes or I would have forgotten about some of them! 19:15 - got winked at by a male customer who was very pleasant and chatted with me for a few minutes. Can’t say the interaction was overally sexual…felt more friendly to me. 19:35 - male customer asked me when I was finished work. 20:00 - another male customer winked at me! 21:10 - female coworker told me I was great…naturally I agreed! 😛 21:45 - same female coworker was asking lots of questions about me, my recent holiday and my family. Genuinely seemed interested in the information I was providing. **Duration:** At least four hours but I think it works more intensely during the first two hours! Could still smell TAA on my wrists almost 5 hours after applying. **Other Observations:** Can’t wait to try this mone on a night out…think TAA could be dynamite with EOW! 😃 ---

My mood _may_ have been slightly elevated but i’m not 100% sure! Certainly didn’t feel like TAA or [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). This mone is completely different from anything I have tried before. **Effects on Others:** Didn’t notice anything different with my mother…prehaps I need more than one spray to see any effects! **Duration:** Really not sure about this… will have to test it again at a higher dosage to see! **Other Observations:** Not sure about the smell - seems rather masculine to me. Think i’ll have to use a cover scent in future! ---

Was shopping for the day with Mum and felt very connected to her. Conversation flowed freely and we got on really well. Lots of laughing and joking. Although we have a very close relationship…felt that we connected more today than we have in a long time. **Effects on Others:** As i’ve say above - felt very connected to Mum and the feeling seemed mutual. This may seem rather vague but I can’t really elaborate on this…no particular incidents come to mind. Didn’t have time to use a cover scent and Mum asked was I wearing a new perfume…simply said yes and she didn’t ask anything else about it! **Duration:** Roughly about 3.5 hours ---

Having a bit of trouble putting words on this mone! In general…think this mone is missing some glitz. It appears to be a very effective ice breaker but doesn’t add happiness to my life like TAA or [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)…think these products would work well with p74. **Effects on Others:** Very interesting night in work - two staff members ended up having an argument about me! One of the women in work (Lady M) thought another staff member (Lady B) was being rude to me… so Lady M told Lady B to treat me nicer! Of course I was oblivious to the whole argument (until the end of the night) but both were really nice to me…so no complaints here! 🙂 Both complimented me several times throughout the night. **Observations:** Almost reluctant to use four sprays of this mone…gonna take a bit of perfume to cover it…but I will give it a go! ---

**Day Four:** Dosage Testing - 15 December 2011 **Product:** [p74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/molecule-a/) and TAA **Strength:** 10mcg per spray **Application:** p74 three sprays total - one to each wrist and one to my neck; TAA two sprays total - one to each arm. **Environment:** In Work **Self Effects:** As i’ve noted before, I think p74 lacks some glitz when worn on its own but when its combined with TAA (as I suspected)…the combination is magic! Still had that feeling of closeness that I associate with p74 but my mood was really uplifted by the TAA. There’s just something about TAA - I can’t help smiling when I wear it. Usually i’m fit to kill one of the ladies I work with on a Saturday morning but today…I sailed through the morning without a glitch. For the first time in a long time…really enjoyed working the early shift. Everyone seemed to be in good form…Christmas is in the air (along with my mones) **Effects on Others:** To summaries - several customers seemed very chatty; lots of eye contact from two male customers…one of which came into the shop for a second time; fellow employs also seemed to be in great form - we chatted and gossiped for most of the morning…lots of laughing and joking; our boss also joined in on the fun! Good morning all around! **Duration:** About 4 hours although I think the TAA started do fade after 3ish hours. ---

**Product:** [Instant Sexiness B](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/molecule-a/) To-Go Bottle - 17th December 2011 **Application:** Three sprays total - one to each wrist and one to my neck **Environment:** Family dinner in local restaurant **Self Effects:** I’ve read recently that some people get a ‘dumb blonde’ feeling from [Instant Sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/) - so I decided to test it out for myself! Although I experienced nothing like this - in general I felt confident and in control - my concentration did wander at times. Six of us went out to eat in a local restaurant and several times I found myself daydreaming… instead of involving myself in conversation. Ironically I found myself thinking about my latest crush. Not sure if the IS/B is responsible for this but it certainly is interesting! **Effects on Others:** The waiter at our table kept coming back to me to see if everything was ok and gave me the wine to taste…although I was not the one to order it. He also consulted me to see if we wanted dessert menus. Two family members also told me I looked lovely and although I was wearing a dress - they’ve seen it dozens of times before. Called to a friends house on the way home and she noted that my hair was really nice…must have been the IS/B because my hair was the same as usual! **Duration:** 3 hours…give or take a little bit! ---

Just posted this in one of the threads - but think I should add it to my journal so I don’t forget about it. This entry is from two weeks ago when I was on a night out with some friends: **Product:** EOW **Application:** 2 drops to my wrists **Cover Scent:** Pink Sugar **Effects on Others:** We started the night in a local pub and at one stage - I had two members of the band (who were meant to be playing!) standing next to me at our table. Both introduced themselves to me and one of the guys even gave me a kiss on the cheek. As the lads approached the table they must have heard me complaining about the cold because one of the lads took my hands in his and was trying to warm them. He then lifted up his t-shirt and tried to convince me to warm my hands on his chest 🙂 Later on in a nightclub - two guys followed me around for at least an hour! Both were slightly younger than the guys I’m usually interested in and although I made it clear to them that I was not interested…both continued to follow me around! Three guys also physically picked me up that night. Ended up kissing a guy that i’ve seen around a few times…but found out later from a friend that he had a girlfriend ☹ He told my friend that he didn’t know what had happened him and he hadn’t planned on kissing me…he just couldn’t resist! Something kind of came over him and he just had to do it 😛 **Duration:** I’d reckon about 6 hours or so - I was getting obvious hits for the whole night! Applied EOW around 19:30 and was still seeing the effects around 01:30. 🙂🙂🙂 ---

Hi Flowers, sounds like a good night out 🙂 I really like the effects of sexiness, and like you I have not noticed the ditzy self effects some report here. I was wondering, as with all mones, that perhaps they exacerbate our natural personas, and so if people are prone to ditziness it is exaggerated with this mone? I don’t have EOW …yet, but have ordered some cougar potion from another site…Can’t wait to try that out 😃 I’d be interested to compare your EOW reports with my cougar potion once I get it 🙂 ---

I don’t consider myself a ditzy person so you could definitely be right when you suggest that mones inhance certain acpects of our natural personas! I suppose if someone was experiencing ditzyness from EOW they could try balance the mone with something else! Hope you got your cougar potion and are enjoying experimenting with it! 😛 ---

**Product:** EOW and EST **Application:** EOW - three drops between my forearms; EST - one drop on each elbow crease. **Strength:** EST - 5mg **Cover Scent:** Pink Sugar **Environment:** Party at my cousins house followed by a nightclub **Effects on Myself:** Felt really confident and sexy but also comfortable and relaxed at the same time! Think these two mones work well together. Now that I think about it - sometimes I find EOW overly energising when I wear it on its own. Didn’t realise that EOW had this effect on me until I paired it with EST… it was only then that I noticed the difference in my experience. **Effects on Others:** Arrived at my cousins house and was getting things ready for the party while he was upstairs having a shower and getting changed. He arrived downstairs after about 10 minutes and I swear…his eyes nearly fell out of his head when he saw me! He gave me a huge hug and kissed me on the cheek before taking a step back to have a proper look at me…and hugged me again! He also said that he’d never be able to keep his friends away from me! During the party, one of my female friends was commenting on how good I was looking and turned to one of my cousins male friends and asked him what he thought of me - he said that he would definitely have hit on me if he wasn’t in a relationship. Now normally I would have been completely embarrassed by this sort of behaviour from my friend - but instead I found myself smiling back at the guy and was completely comfortable in the situation! In general - found that people were very touchy feely with me at the party. At the nightclub - one of my female friends decided to introduce me to every guy that she knew in the club! On several occasions, I had just started chatting with them before she’d whisk me off to talk to someone else! **Duration:** Think the effects started to decline after 4-5 hours **Other Observations:** Ended up spending longer in my cousins house than anticipated so I’m not sure if the EOW and EST were still as effective when I got to the club… and I couldn’t reapply because they’d take time to dry. Should probably have brought some [Instant Sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/) with me to use later on in the night! ---
