**Date:** 11 May 2012, applied at 11:30. **Product:** Instant Shine (2x); P74 (10mcg/spray neroli); and P79 (12.5 mcg/spray coconut vanilla). **Application** : Instant Shine - one spray to my neck; P74 - one spray between the backs of my hands and one spray to the back of my neck; P79 - one spray between my forearms. \*\*Environment: **At home and doing a few errands with Mam. \*\* Self Effects/Effects on Others:** 12:00 Mam seemed ever so slightly agitated with me when we were in the car together and although we had a list of things that we needed to get done this afternoon - she wasn’t her usual cheery, carefree self. I have to admit I also found myself over reacting to her and I was kind of impatient with her. After a little while, it occurred to me that the mones could be influencing the situation so I consciously made the decision to change my state… it was either that or the afternoon would have been a train wreck! I hate to think what would have happened if I wore P79 on it’s own without any socials. From my first impressions, I think it needs a lot of buffering to steer it in the right direction. I wouldn’t mind but I thought the the Instant Shine and P74 would have been sufficient buffers but the P79 seemed to amplify our impatience and anxiety nonetheless. However after making the decision to change my own internal state (putting all my NLP training to good use!) - things seemed to get better and we settled into our usual comfortable rhythm…sort of! First stop of the day was at the dress makers where I got some interesting hits. The woman who was doing the alterations to my dress was very complementary. Not only did she tell me that my dress was gorgeous but she just stood looking at me for ages. In comparison, when she was measuring Mam for her alterations, she barely looked at her! 13:30 We went to a local restaurant to get something to eat and one of the guys who was serving us, seemed to be flirting with Mam. She didn’t seem to notice but it was so obvious to me. During the time that we were in the restaurant, three different male servers attended to us…and each came back to see how we were getting on. Each made a little small talk with us and seemed very pleasant. 14:30 For the whole afternoon, Mam was organising all the things that she needs to do during the next 10 days and she was CONSTANTLY telling me about it. She literally went through lists and lists of things… in the end I pretended I was snoozing in the car so she would stop telling me about all the stuff. Ironically when I came home and did some reading about P79 - I read in one of the threads that ‘P79 appears to be more of a doing impulse’ and I agree totally…even at 12.5mcg! **Duration:** Not entirely sure about this but I would reckon about 4.5 hours…maybe even a little longer. After myself and Mam got home - we both headed in different directions so I couldn’t keep track of the effects. **Other Observations:** Next time i’m going to use more Instant Shine! Part of me wonders if [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) would stop Mam with her incessant list making… hopefully it would make the conversation more meaningful. ---

Not entirely sure why but P83 makes her very reserved. It’s not that she’s cold with me but she kinda retreats into herself a little. I haven’t experienced this with anyone else but I suppose the mones could be effecting her in this way. Got a few hits from guys who came into the shop throughout the morning - most of which were from older men. Two guys referred to me as ‘love’, one guy told me I was a ‘great woman’ and another guy said ‘he had to love and leave me’ as he left the shop. Think I could have some fun with Desire Me on nights out. Oh my God - the amount of people who sniffed the air when they came into the shop was UNBELIEVABLE! Some people were still sniffing the air when they approached me at the counter but no one made any comments. I covered the cops with perfume and although I could still faintly smell the mones myself…I think the smell was ok. **Duration:** Can still smell the Desire Me 10 hours after applying! ---

**Date:** 13 May 2012, applied at 12:15. **Product:** MX 455 - one spray to my neck and one spray between my forearms. **Cover Scent:** Marc Jacob’s Daisy **Environment:** At Home **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Over the last few months i’ve gotten quite a few freebies with orders so i’ve decided to start testing the various MX’s to see what they do! As far as I know, these mixes are meant to be part of the Stealth Diffusion range but oh dear God… this one smells terrible! Thought the smell would dissipate after a little while but unfortunately it didn’t. Even when I tried to cover it with perfume the smell still came through. It’s not a vile smell per-say but it kind of stings my nose…if that makes any sense! It kind of smells like alcohol but there is something else in there too. Shortly after I applied MX 455, my grandmother joined myself and Mam for dinner. At first I didn’t notice anything unusual but as the afternoon progressed, I got a real sense of MX 455 and its effects. 13:30 Nan told myself and Mam to stop fighting - oops! I’m not sure what happened but as far as myself and Mam are concerned, we were not fighting. We were simply having a conversation but Nan seemed rather uncomfortable with the situation. 14:25 Nan again tells myself and Mam to calm down! 14:50 My Aunt and Cousin called along to the house and things got really interesting! The highlights: Mam was in and out of the kitchen and seemed uneasy - never staying anywhere for long; my Aunt choose to stand rather than sit; and the two puppies were allowed into the kitchen (usually they have to stay outside!) and were running around the place causing mayhew. 15:30 I eventually make my escape from the house. Couldn’t stay there a moment longer or I would have killed someone. Kind of felt like I needed to do something productive so I went to the grocery store and got a few things that we needed. Heaven forbid if someone had gotten in my way because I would have walked through them. **Date:** 13 May 2012, applied at 17:30. **Product:** MX 455 - one spray between my wrists. **Cover Scent:** Marc Jacob’s Daisy **Environment:** At Home - In Work **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** OMG…I don’t know what possessed me but I decided to spray myself with another shot of MX 455. BAD BAD IDEA 😮😮😮 I’ve never felt so aggressive, impatient and pissed-off in my entire life. Just as well I was home alone or there could have been awful consequences. It was like I was being consumed by a terrible rage which seemed to be radiating from the centre of my chest. Although I knew in my head that the mones were causing my response, I found it very hard to control. 20:30 Thankfully by the time I went to work - things had calmed down considerably! Although I had experienced some really negative feelings earlier in the day… I was really focused in work. I got all my jobs done quicker than usual and even managed to do some additional work. I even managed to tidy behind the counter because I had a few minutes spare - usually I would mess with my phone! ‘D’ who I was working with yesterday - was much chattier today and was acting like my best friend. She complemented me tons and was telling me all the gossip. Huge difference from yesterday when I wore [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) around her. **Duration:** I can still smell the MX 455 - 6 hours after my second application. Going now to have a shower - i’ve definitely had enough of this MX. **Other Observations:** I’m not sure what mones form the basis of MX 455 but I reckon it has to be one of the men’s products because i’ve never experienced these effects from women’s or unisex mones. It’s been an emotional roller-coaster and i’ve never experienced anything like it before. ---

I’m not sure why but EST definitely brings out the caring side in people. She made both of us a cup of tea when I arrived and insisted on getting me something to eat so I settled on a few biscuits! When I was leaving - she thanked me several times (I counted 6 times!) for helping her with the cake. Can’t wait to try this out on members of the opposite sex!! ---

Wait a minute here! You made cake and I don’t recall Mickaelia, Bella, 1Alpha, mobocaster or myself getting a piece (of cake that is 😉). Then in the same paragraph you postulate how caring EST makes people, except we all know now, we are not people you care to share cake with. Poor 1Alpha now has to go around claiming he’s going on a “working vacation” which we all know means he’s being institutionalized for a mental breakdown. ---

EST, can even turn an aggressive male tiger into a widdle pussycat who wants to take care of you! It ain’t called the “cuddling” pheromone for nothin’! 🙂 This is why… In nature, EST is only naturally occurring in pregnant women and is only produced by the fetus! It raises oxytocin which promotes bonding/affection and protects the mother from aggression when she/the fetus are at their most vulnerable. When using EST _with a member of the opposite sex_, depending on the overall effect you’re going for you might wanna take it easy. While it’s great for bonding/affection and promotes concern for your well being, it can down right squash sexual desire in men. A too high dose of EST and your would be sexual encounter could turn out to be not what you quite expected. Yeah, he might feel good but his libido will plunge/take a nose dive… and he _won’t_ be diving in the direction of your woohaa! You need a little bit of oxytocin in order to orgasm. Dopamine creates desire… and dopamine and oxytocin _share_ the same receptors and if you overload/block the (shared) receptors with too much EST (oxytocin) his sexual desire will plummet because he’s already feeling satisfied/content. See where I’m goin’? You need to strike a balance here between oxytocin and dopamine, and the pheromones that influence the release of them. The last time I got my hair done by T - she was really quiet and didn’t say much to me, so I thought she’d be the perfect candidate to experiment on! OMG… the difference was unbelievable! T was so chatty this time that I thought she’s never shut up! She was telling me all about her holiday plans for July and her children. She talked so much to me that she was actually late for her next appointment. The girl who washed my hair (don’t know her name!) was also insanely chatty but she spent ages massaging my scalp so it was fine… I was relaxing in the chair and she just chatted away to herself - I didn’t even need to say anything in response. Called to my friends house on the way home from the hairdressers and although she told me that she was having a bad day - within a few minutes she was smiling away and chatting to me. I’m not sure if she realised that her mood had changed but she looked physically different by the time I was leaving. It always amazes me how much younger people look when they smile and when they are relaxed - rather than being stressed and babbling away to themselves. Had to bring one of the pups to the vet to be vaccinated but didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. The puppy was slightly quieter than unusual and afterwards she fell asleep in my arms (for the first time I might add) but I can’t really attribute that to the mones! It was very pleasant though! I’m not entirely sure about MX 397 yet - I’ve worn it a few times solo but some of the effects are still a mystery to me. Previously i’ve felt isolated and introverted wearing it but today I was laid-back and relaxed. For me personally, I think MX 397 needs to be buffered with social mones and I need to use it in small doses! **Duration:** 4.5 hours and counting! **Other Observations:** LOVE LOVE LOVE the smell of MX 397 - it’s my favourite! Would wear this MX alone for the smell and i’d love to know what scent it is! ---

Topped up on the EoW around 1am with an additional spray between my wrists. **Environment:** Night Out **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** There was a big group of us out together last night (around 30!) and although I hadn’t seen some of the girls in a few years, everyone was really friendly and chatty. Three of the girls were really touchy feely - possibly an effect of the P83 and some alcohol! I got a lot of eye contact from guys but very few of them approached me - perhaps because I was always surrounded by other girls! There was a really dodgy/rough crowd around so maybe that’s not a bad thing. The few guys who did try to proposition me were clearly only looking for sex and were about 10-15 years older than me so I quickly left their company. Thinking back on the night now - I think I should have added some instant openness, p74 or instant shine to the mix. I’m not looking for a one night stand and I think it was the wrong combination for me. I probably should have used slightly less EoW and perhaps I would have been more approachable. Everyone talks about congruency around here and last night I was not congruent… I wore a strong sexual mix when I was looking for something else. Next time i’m going to use more socials, maybe some TAC and a dash of EoW for a little kick. **Duration:** Got home around 4:30am and I could still smell the EoW. Noticed that people in the elevator with us, kept looking at me. A couple of the staff members on the cruise commented on my dress and one guy gave a sound of appreciation when we passed. At the bar after dinner, the barman nudged his colleague when I was signing for our drinks and told him my name. Both barmen were asking Mam if I was trouble. ---

**Date:** 31 May 2012, applied at 12:30. **Product:** Instant Sexiness B (togo) and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (2x) **Application** : Instant Sexiness B - two sprays to my neck and one spray between my forearms; Instant Shine - one spray between the backs of my hands and one spray to my neck. **Environment:** Lunch with the Girls! **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Have been hoarding a togo bottle of Instant Sexiness B for the last few months but now that i’ve been able to order a 30ml bottle - i’ll be experimenting with it more! When I arrived at the restaurant for lunch with the girls, everyone was really complimentary. One of the girls said that I looked great (and wasn’t even wearing make up!), another complimented my jacket and another liked my hair. Throughout lunch, all conversation seemed to be directed towards me and everyone was using my name A LOT. This is undoubtedly a great combination but I think it still needs some tweaking! During conversation, I found myself struggling to think of words and at times I felt like my mind was blank! One of the girls was laughing at me and asked was I having a blonde moment. Think this could be an effect of the Instant Sexiness B (I vaguely remember some of the girls discussing this before). The instant sexiness B probably needs to be buffered by something else or I need to avoid spraying too much of it on my neck. **Other Observations:** Had a major crash around 15:00 and ended up going to bed for 2 hours when I got home. Not sure if the mones caused the tiredness but I was fine when I got up. The tiredness could have been from all the travelling during the last few days; from the glandular fever I had a couple of weeks ago; or from the energy work that my friend did on me yesterday… or even a combination of everything. ---

**Date:** 3 May 2012, applied at 12:45. **Product:** [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) (10mcg/spray neroli) **Application** : 30-40mcg total: one spray to my neck; one spray to the back of my neck; one spray between my forearms; about half a spray between my wrists. **Environment:** Work **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** OMG I was completely spaced for the first 2-3 hours. It was like I was floating on a cloud. I could still concentrate on my work though so it was ok. I haven’t wore P74 all that much so maybe that’s why it effected me so much. Several female customers were really friendly and chatty and one lady in particular kept leaning in over the counter towards me. When she approached me at the counter she launched into a conversation but it felt like she was already in the middle of it - as if I somehow knew what was going on inside her head before she began talking to me. One of our regular male customers must have heard I was on holidays last week and was asking me all about it. Not sure who told him but he knew where I had been, managed to remember and was asking me tons of questions. **Duration:** A long time! **Date:** 3 May 2012, applied at 19:00. **Product:** EST (50mcg/spray) and TAA (10mcg/spray neroli) **Application** : EST - one spray to my neck and one spray between my forearms; TAA - one spray to my neck and one spray between my wrists. **Environment:** Gathering in my friends house. **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Not sure if it was the EST or the P74 from earlier but I was super relaxed tonight… mind you everyone seemed chilled. The slagging that went on for the night was unreal but not once was I the subject of their jokes. I was dishing them out, as was everyone else, but no one made fun of me. For the first hour or so everyone seemed slightly giddy and this was possibly an effect of the TAA - even at low doses it seems to hit hard and fast! Unusually the guys sat on one couch and the girls sat on another and that’s the way it stayed for the night. It kind of felt like the girls were against the guys… as if we were all back in school again! Near the end of the night I noticed that everyone in the room was sitting in a similar position and people were mirroring other people’s movements so I decided to have some fun! Although I was the only one who noticed what was happening, I had some laugh crossing and uncrossing my legs, moving my hands and touching my hair etc and watching as people followed my lead. It’s not surprising really because we are all friends but its still cool to observe! Definitely think the mones helped create a feeling of rapport in the group. ---

Well, my double dose of Olanzapine DID NOT help with the Pink Elephants… Now, with my coming late to the cake party, I just will enjoy the Classical effects of [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) and EST… 🙂 Love the mirroring of movements… I enjoy keeping an eye for with as well. 😃 ---

**Date:** 5 May 2012, applied at 12:30. **Product and Application:** P102 (12.5mcg/spray) - one spray to my neck. **Environment:** At Home and Shopping **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Have to experiment with P102 further but my first impression is that it’s similar to TAF. In my opinion, it’s not as intense as TAF but it definitely increases awareness and concentration. When I went to the supermarket to do some grocery shopping, I bumped into a friend and I ended up talking to her for about 30 minutes. Although I was concentrating on her primarily, I could still keep an eye on everyone else around us. It felt like my peripheral vision was better than usual but it wasn’t too intense. My friend has a habit of standing too close when we are talking (and it drives me crazy!) but today I was able to keep her at reasonable distance from me. Using my peripheral vision, I was able to keep an eye on her position and as soon as she starting moving, I readjusted myself so that she was always the same distance away from me. **Duration:** My first impression is that it fades rather quickly - it probably lasts around 2-3 hours. **Date:** 5 May 2012, applied at 17:30. **Product and Application:** TAH (12.5mcg/spray Akuto) - two sprays between my forearms. **Environment:** Friends House **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Didn’t mean to experiment with TAH today but my order came this afternoon and I just had to try it out. OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE the smell of [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/)…it practically made me weak at the knees! 😮 I have to admit, it really is a manly smell and once I had sprayed the mones on my forearms, I pulled down the sleeves of my jumper so the smell wouldn’t be so obvious. Not sure if i’ll get a huge amount of wear out of this mone but let me tell you, if I was a guy i’d order everything in this scent. In fact, if I met a guy who smelled this good - i’d be all over him like a rash. I asked my friend what she thought of my new ‘perfume’ and she also loved it but agreed that it was quite manly. Ended up smelling my arm for the evening and as a result, I was nicely relaxed and laid back. Don’t think the effects would have been so noticeable if I hadn’t practically been licking my arm! My friend M was in great form for the evening. She was telling me all about her latest love interest and apparently i’m the first one she’s told. When I was leaving, M gave me a huge hug and promised to keep me updated on the new boy! ---

Right on the money with P102 and TAF connection. For me TAF is a broader focus where P102 is pinpoint focus. You’ll definitely appreciate that little molecule. It has some serious potential. I use it in a lot of mixes or in combo with a putative if I’m not sure what its doing. I know I don’t comment in your journal often, but seriously I read it every single time you post. Its just so thorough and right on I can’t add much.
