**Date:** 24 June 2012 **Product:** TAH (10mcg/spray grapefruit) **Application:** One spray to my neck; one spray between my wrists; and one spray between my forearms. **Environment:** In work **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Was feeling kind of upset and emotional today (stupid PMT!) and in a moment of madness… decided to experiment with TAH. Usually when i’m feeling like this i’d opt for [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or TAA but not today. Didn’t notice any huge self effects but several of my regular customers asked was everything ok with me. Didn’t think that I was portraying my mood but I must have been. The TAH definitely didn’t help with my stroppy-ness and I ended up wallowing in my mood. **Date:** 25 June 2012 **Product:** TAL (10mcg/spray grapefruit) **Application:** One spray to my neck; one spray between my wrists; and one spray between my forearms. **Environment:** In work **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Still feeling the same as yesterday but this time I decided to try some TAL. This was a much better fit than TAH yesterday. Although I kind of felt angry after applying the TAL - it settled after a little while and I was more upbeat. I got a load of stuff done in work and the TAL seemed to spur me on. With TAL - I felt more like my regular self. **Date:** 26 June 2012 **Product:** TAH (10mcg/spray grapefruit) and TAL (10mcg/spray grapefruit) **Application:** TAH - one spray to my neck and one spray between my wrists; TAL - one spray to my neck, one spray between my forearms and one spray to the back of my neck. **Environment:** In work **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Day three of the pissy mood but the combination of TAH and TAL worked a treat. Within an hour of applying the mones, I was kind of giddy. Managed to have some fun in work with the girls and one of the managers said that I looked much better today than the last few days. **Other Observations:** The mones still have a huge effect on me and I’m starting to wonder why. I’ve read a lot of reports of self effects diminishing over time but this doesn’t seem to be the case with me. Generally I don’t tend to wear the same mones too often and I wonder does this have anything to do with the self effects. ---

This evening when I called to her house she made me a cup of tea and tried to convince me to have chocolate cake. When I refused, she rummaged through the kitchen presses and practically offered me everything that was in them. The conversation really flowed between us tonight and my friend was very open about her opinions and feelings. EST and P74 is one of my favourite combinations to wear around friends - it definitely creates a lovely soft atmosphere. Like [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), I think this combination encourages people to be more honest about their emotions. It definitely helps with bonding too. \*\*Duration: \*\*4 hours and counting. \*\*Other Observations: \*\*Sitting here smiling from ear to ear as I write this entry… not entirely sure if its self effects from the mones or the satisfaction from spending some real quality time with one of my best friends. ---

I had sprayed the crease of each elbow so it ended up being covered completely… rookie mistake #1 Although I went out with friends (A, C and M) - we ended up spending the night with some of M’s colleagues and their partners who I didn’t know. Everyone was really friendly but I got a lot of attention from a couple of the males in the group…even though most of them had their partners with them. At one stage, one of the guys was sitting next to me with his leg firmly pressed against mine, even though his girlfriend was standing not too far away. Made small talk with him for a while but quickly excused myself from the table after a few minutes. Apart from that I didn’t notice anything else strange or exciting. I didn’t even bother brushing my hair and I barely put on a dusting of make-up before heading out the door… of course I remembered my mones thought! 😃 Got a lot of eye contact from guys in the club but no one approached me for ages - perhaps because I was with my cousin and it probably looked like I was with him. However near the end of the night, I got chatting with a guy… who he ended up walking me back to my car where I got a couple of good night kisses! He couldn’t keep his hands off me and he definitely would have come home with me if I had asked… decided to play it cool though. That being said - i’m meant to be meeting him again tonight! 😃 ---

It doesn’t stink like EoW but maybe if I was wearing a few sprays i’d have to cover it. Felt kind of woozy for the first hour wearing Temptress but I drank a bottle of water and it seemed to help. Was working with ‘K’ for the afternoon and for the last few weeks she’s been like a raving lunatic - between giving out to everyone, picking fights for no reason and generally acting like a bitch… but today she was quite pleasant to me. She still gave out a little about other co-workers but it wasn’t as persistent as usual. She complimented the work I had done and she wants me to work with her every Wednesday afternoon… seems i’m back in her good books for a while. I think Temptress reminded ‘K’ that I am her equal - she’s been acting like everyone’s boss lately and it seriously hasn’t gone down well. She seemed to respect me and didn’t try to boss me around. **Duration:** It seems to last ages… 6-8 hours easily. ---

Very Interesting. I got this as well. My A tells me that it stinks, that she’d have to use a cover scent for when she wears it. I think she’s pretty sensitive to the mones. Wow, mood swings, IMO, indicate that she is Highly susceptible to mone influence. **Date:** 6 July 2012 **Product:** Instant Shine (2x) and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) **Application:** Instant Shine - one spray to my neck and one spray to my hair; Instant Openness - two sprays between my forearms. **Environment:** Bonding Weekend with Colleagues **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Was feeling a little bit anxious about the weekend so I applied some instant shine and instant openness before the whole thing kicked off on Friday evening. One of the leaders/trainers of the group kept smiling over at me and I noticed that everyone was in great form. Another one of the leaders/trainers was very playful and kept trying to annoy me - he was messing of course but afterwards he came over and gave me a hug. Instant Openness definitely creates a playful atmosphere when combined with instant shine. ---

It really does seem to intensify other mones and feelings so it needs to be buffered really carefully. The hits were absolutely crazy this morning - really blatant and so out of the ordinary. In my opinion, P79 seems to intensify the sexual/flirty nature of Instant Shine. 09:15 One of our regular delivery men came into the shop and I just couldn’t help flirting with him. I don’t even like him but he’s always hitting on me so I decided to play along. He was very chatty/friendly/suggestive and spent much longer in the shop than usual. Must remember to play it cool the next morning with him or he’ll get the wrong impression. 09:40 Got tons of eye contact from an unknown male customer. It was really intense and ‘L’ my co-worker thought it was hilarious. She was practically falling around the shop laughing after the guy had left. 10:15 Managed to score some free scones from a local business. They want us to recommend them to our customers so I said they’d have to make it worth our while… so a couple of minutes later, the guy appears back with free scones for me. He even remembered to bring me some butter and jam. Although I had been joking with him when I said they’d have to make it worth our while - i’m glad he came back with the scones. He even winked at me when he was leaving. Will have to keep an eye out for him in the future! 10:30 One of our regular sales reps came in for a meeting and EVERY chance he got - he winked at me. I wouldn’t mind but he’s old enough to be my father. **Other Observations:** A little bit of P79 seems to go a long way… less is definitely more! ---

P79 really intensifies a sexual mix for me, very interesting when you’re with somebody, very hot, has a manly grounding energy to it. Have you tried to combine it with [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/)? I prefer a 1:2 ratio. ---

I’ve worn P79 around her before and it wasn’t very successful either. However I didn’t feel the need to answer her back or reason with her… so it wasn’t a complete disaster. She did her thing and I did mine. \*\*Other Observations: \*\*Going to continue to experiment with the dosage before changing the combination of mones. She was in great form and we spent ages joking and laughing about silly things. In my opinion, P79 really enhances the playful nature of P83. Bought a couple of things in the shops and I definitely took less time dithering about purchases… think the P83 relaxes everything nicely. Was approached by a very friendly sales assistant in one of the shops, who chatted to me like I was one of her long lost friends. She made heaps of eye contact with me and when we left, Mam asked me did I know her from somewhere. Although I’m not 100% sure yet - I think the mones diffuse better when they are applied to my neck/collarbones rather then my wrists/forearms. The creases of my elbows and the backs of my knees also seem pretty good but its not always warm enough here to reply solely on these application points. The boss was in good form this morning also. She didn’t give me any additional work to do and I actually got a mid-morning break…something which never happens although i’m entitled to one! **Date:** 14 July 2012, applied at 13:30 **Product:** Instant Shine (2x) and Instant Openness **Application:** Instant Shine - one spray to my neck; Instant Openness - one spray across my collarbones. **Environment:** Exercise Class **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Reapplied half my original dose of mones and went to another exercise class with the guest teacher mentioned in previous posts. Again he was very smiley and friendly. Before the class started he insisted on teaching me how to tango! The whole class was assembled and ready to start while I was being paraded around the room! **Other Observations:** It seems to work quite well when you expose someone to the same mones for a few days in a row. While they might react the first day or two, the results seem to get more obvious/stronger over time. ---

**NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED** \*\* Date: \*\*16 July 2012, applied at 20:30 \*\* Product: \*\*EoW (2ml perfumer’s alcohol neroli; 2ml of Paul Smith’s Floral Perfume; and 1ml EoW); [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) (10mcg/spray coconut vanilla); TAC (7.5mch/spray coconut vanilla). \*\* Application: \*\*EoW - one and a half sprays between my forearms; P83 - two sprays to the left side of my neck, one spray to my right elbow crease, and one spray to the back of my left knee; TAC - one spray to the right side of my neck, one spray to my left elbow crease, and one spray to the back of my right knee. \*\*Environment: \*\*Night in with my Ex ‘R’! 😃 **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** The first spray of EoW only seemed like a half one so I applied another one…just to make sure it had the desired effect. I’ve worn this potion around him numerous times and it always produces GREAT results but usually I use a single spray of EoW and three sprays of P83 rather than four. I had agreed to meet ‘R’ at my house at 21:00 so I applied the mones on the way home in the car from the gym at 20:30. Not sure if it was the exercise (I didn’t get to have a shower before he arrived), the extra half spray of EoW or the additional spray of P83 but he was on fire. Usually sex with R is sensual and slow but tonight is was most definitely hard and fast! What’s more - we had literally just finished and he was ready to go again and the second time was just as intense. He took complete control and at one stage he had me pinned so I literally couldn’t move. He even bit my shoulder a few times (not hard enough to mark me I might add!) - something which i’ve done to him in the past but he’s never done it to me. R was STILL aroused (it just wouldn’t go away!!!) after the second round but we just curled up and cuddled. Think the TAC got a little lost in the mix tonight but R was still very touchy feely afterwards. This morning over breakfast he was saying that he didn’t know what had gotten into him last night. He also said that he was aroused for another two hours after I had fallen asleep… think he was starting to get concerned!!! Surely, not for the faint of heart. 😉 Action like that can cause heart failure! EoW gets my A a little irked, but, when she gets over it and knows its ME, then, she’s all over me. [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) is a god send of a mone as I just ordered another in 10 mu. 10 to 20 mu is what I usually wear with P83 to see a softening of Hard Social Defenses. 🙂 ---

I’ve just ordered some more myself - 10mu in chocolatini. Never tried chocolatini before but a lot of the girls seem to like it so I said i’d give it a go. Generally I wear between 20 and 30 mu but it was fun experimenting with a bit more… even if it takes me a few days to recover!!! 😉 ---

**Date:** 18 July 2012, applied at 11:30 **Product:** MX 397 (togo) and P79 (12.5mcg/spray coconut vanilla) **Application:** MX 397 - two sprays to my neck; P79 - one spray across my collarbones **Environment:** Work **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Before going into work this afternoon, I called into a local cafe to get some lunch and the lady who served me was way more animated than usual. Not sure if she realised that she was acting so differently but it was amusing to watch. In work, everyone seemed to be taking it easy today. My co-worker was happy to let me loiter around the counter, whereas usually she would keep me busy pricing stuff. She was in great form and kept asking me about a book i’m reading at the moment. A couple of customers also joined in the conversation and at one stage there was five of us laughing and joking about the book. Everyone that I came into contact with today seemed very laid back and easy going… including myself. Think i’ve finally discovered one of the main qualities of MX 397.
