**Date:** 21 June 2012, applied at 11:30. **Product and Application:** P102 (12.5mcg/spray neroli) - one spray between my wrists and one spray to my neck. **Environment:** At home **Self Effects/Effects on Others:** Had a really productive day under the influence of P102 - managed to finish some work for college and sort my car insurance for the next year. Usually i’m not a person who procrastinates but i’ve been putting off doing both things for the last three weeks. In my opinion P102 is great for college work - I managed to finish my essay in record breaking time as I was completely focused. I felt like I had eagle eyes (if that makes any sense!) and mistakes were really easy to spot and fix. I was so focused that I worked through lunch and I didn’t even realise it. **Duration:** 5 hours and counting!
