Welcome to my journal. I will be updating this as I journey through the mone world. Basically this is a recording of someone who has relocated to a new place because of work and looking to enhance their relocation with mones. This post will be about me for future reference. I encourage anyone to chime in with comments questions or critiques. I am by no mean an expert in anything especially [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) so this is mostly a new experience. Now about me. I am a bodybuilder and have an great physique. Being physically fit is beneficial but I’m afraid it may be too intimidating for some ladies and even a few guy friends. I have red hair and My ethnicity is mainly Irish/French with a little German thrown in. So I’m a mutt. As far as my attractiveness goes I’ve often told that I am very good looking. Occasionally in conversation with new people they will randomly ask if I’ve done or considered modeling. I’m also a reserved individual whose more on the introverted side. Sometimes I’m downright shy. That’s where my main challenge lies. Don’t get me wrong, with friends I can have a motor mouth or can even be the life of the party in select groups. But I struggle in approaching new people and don’t have a strong desire to converse with strangers. Lately with the move I’ve realized the need to fill a social void that is common with moves. This is probably the biggest motivator for this journal. I grew up in a conservative southern city and was raised to be kind and courteous towards others. With that said most of my old friends see me as the rebel bad-boy. However most others wouldn’t bat an eyelash at my past endeavors … All a matter of perspective I guess. I’ve been on plenty of dates in the past and have been in 7-8 relationships (one was weird). I’m not socially awkward when I am approached or when I choose to connect except for the occasional social gaffe. I have done a decent amount of study in the field of interpersonal communications and really enjoyed the subject of nonverbal communication. A quick note about my area. I live in a decent sized city that is part military town. This has its own challenges in meeting people. I find and have heard many people are not as open to meeting others due to the turnover rate associated with the base. Families come and go. Hopefully that helps you understand me a little and what some of my strengths and weaknesses are. Now onto what I hope to accomplish. My plans are to supplement my normal daily activities (job and hobbies) with pheromones. I am looking to increase my own willingness to open others and appear more conversational. I’ve been told I exude the strong silent type well but I’m done with that persona. I’m looking to portray a confident but playful (often sexy) vibe that easily engages men and women. Especially the women.😉 Of course this means upping my social appeal and increasing approach confidence. I recognize that personal work needs to be done in addition to the mones as they are only an enhancement. I consider them the finishing touch on my social “tuxedo”. For the most part I’m not looking for a quick lay. In addition to engaging new people to grow my social network, I want to attract women to me and eventually find a LTR but not tomorrow. This is in part due to the thrill of having others attracted to me and maybe one day help others in a similar position. I am open to suggestions and eventually would welcome challenges. Here are my first several experiences with Ammo and Nude Alpha. I have used 1-2 sprays of ammo on the neck. Up to 10 inches of Nude Alpha on my wrists. Both at separate times. My current opinion of ammo: I feel as if the song “the boys are back in town” should be blasting when I enter any room. I have definite self effects on this stuff and I personally love the smell when it settles in. I find myself occasionally catching a whiff and almost sigh, I like it that much. I am aware that this is the [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) sweet talking me and I suspect it may be how people themselves perceive me. It seems similar in effect to Chikara but it appears to trigger stronger IOIs. I do feel sexier and have a confidence boost. I went to an auction that I normally attend. For the most part I chat occasionally with the auctioneer and the employees. Sometimes a few older women will approach and comment on how they love my hair. On this occasion I went with 1 spray of ammo about 20 mins after application. Within a few mins it was getting hits from both men and women. The dominant men would get my attention and either make a joke or get motor mouth. I do think I intimidated a few women. The auctioneers cute wife tracked me down after she checked me in to apologize personally that she had to answer the phone while she gave me my ticket. I found this completely unnecessary from my past experiences. She did this with a beaming smile and touched my arm(I think genuine kino). The MILF that normally attends with her daughter (who models) did not show up and I was disappointed. But a busty shy girl in her mid 20s started hovering close to me. I used flirting body language for the most part as I was trying to concentrate on the auction. We playfully entered one bidding war that put a huge smile on her face and mine. Towards the end I chatted with her briefly about the item and her job. I think she was very interested in me. I wasn’t trying to pick her up that day so I moved on. The gentleman that was chatting my ear off earlier offered to buy me a beer next door (he wasn’t gay, had a girlfriend and seemed like an older, cool uncle type). I obliged and he acted as if he wanted to adopt me. He told me I seemed like a guy he could trust. He even divulged some private information which surprised me. Everything considered, a really cool dude and a great experience. Next, I’ve been to the gym 3 times with 1 or 2 shots of ammo each. I got some definite IOI’s each time. I normally get hits at the gym (especially when I’ve worn chikara) but they seemed more blatant with ammo. Working as a personal trainer in the past I understand that not every girl likes getting hit on at the gym. Also my number one goal at the gym is to have a great workout. With that said I try to flirt with body language and may open a girl if I really find her attractive. So far the IOIs have been lots of hovering unnecessarily close, asking questions with obvious answers, tons of repeatedly looks and looking down when I make eye contact for a second. There are others like preening but I tend to miss those and focus on the above. There was one girl I should have opened but didn’t. My conclusion so far is that ammo helps me give off the vib of “hey ladies, mr sexy is over in this corner”. I am intimidating most girls for sure so I need to buffer with a social. That covers most of my ammo experiences thus far. Next onto Nude Alpha. My current take on Nude Alpha: This is the unscented roll-on tube. Very light, refreshing smell. I knew this one would be a mystery but have heard that it’s a power player. If I can get it to work it will be my go-to mone. Really inconvenient that it’s a roller though. Does it roll out a consistent amount? Or does it deposit more at the beginning? My first experience was to roll on 5 inches on each wrist and I dabbed out the rest of the wet tip under my nose to experience the effects. Nothing happened for 10 mins then I started feeling “Cool” is the best way I could put it. Like super Cooool. Seriously that shit is strong. I was on my way to a volunteer opportunity with people that were around my age. The project was very light work and nothing taxing so I decided that NA would better suite me than Ammo. There was plenty of opportunities to chat it up before, during and after the event and I took every opportunity. I really threw myself out there and it payed off. I concentrated on chatting more with the women and it seemed as if I was untouchable. Maybe that’s just how I felt as I did not care about the occasional awkward silence. Many people seemed very eager to meet me and the host commented that he never a remembers a name but remembered mine for some reason. I opened a group of girls and they were very open to me entering their discussion which promptly change topics to finding out who I was. Nude Alpha is social. I think I gave out a very warm vibe. I noticed how easy it was to get a steady conversation going and tried my best to work the crowd. One girl jumped in a convo I had with another and said “sorry to interrupt but I wanted to say hi”. She stared me down and kept getting closer as we talked. The cutest girl there planted herself right next to me. I opened her later but her boyfriend became very territorial. Nothing hostile but made it a point to mention often that they were together. She would make strong eye contact with me when in a group discussion and it felt natural. Overall I would say it felt as if I had made a strong impression on everyone. I don’t think anyone forgot I was there. I wasn’t overly loud or obnoxious and it seemed like people couldn’t get enough of me. They wanted to know more. Today I used a total of 5-6 inches on my wrists and went to a book club. This is a small club and lately has been mostly women in attendance. Instead of my usual reserved self, I arrived early and started into a conversation with a lady before I could even sit down. That carried on for several minutes eventually involving several other women including a very cute girl my age. By the time the group started I could tell everyone seemed extra happy that day. Unusually happy for that group and the atmosphere. One lady laughed so hard at a joke she cried. When I spoke everyone seemed very happy that I had something to say. I felt contagious really. In fact they would continue to reference something I had said many times. I was very pleased. This evening I reapplied the 5-6 inches and met up with a guy friend. I’ve known him for about 3 months and he roomed at my house for a short time. We get along well. Typically when we hang it’s low key and after a bit the pace of the conversation picks up and we are in fits of laughter. But with NA, instead of that taking about an hour it took about 5 minutes. Very noticeable effect. Tomorrow I will be getting a deep tissue massage. I’ve seen this therapist once before (I’ve been going for years) and she is very pretty. I am not attempting to make the experience sexual but more fun and sensual if anything. We had a great rapport (I used one spray of chikara last time) and she had motor mouth. At one point I told her my wrist hurt and she grabbed my arm and pressed my hand firmly against her breast for a few mins as she worked. Again I DO NOT want anything sexual but I enjoy the fun atmosphere she creates. I will probably use one shot of ammo. The massage went well. I used 1.5 sprays of ammo to the neck. I eased into the conversation and she soon became a motor mouth. I really didn’t do much to keep the conversation going. Multiple times she ended one train of thought and within 1 second started into a brand new topic. Seemed as if a free flow of thought. The massage suffered in intensity but I enjoyed the bonding experience. I made sure to steer the convo from being too sexual and just fun. She mentioned she didn’t have a boyfriend, and later asked what I was doing that weekend after I had already told her my plans. I did ask her to recommend a yoga studio and she said I should come check out the one she goes to. That evening I went to the gym. It was about 6 hours later and I applied 2 more sprays after scrubbing my neck “clean”. I think I ODed because I felt very anxious. I played it cool and decided to act calm, confident of course and smile. I had a few IOIs and noticed a “passive” intimidation in most people. One hottie seemed interested and her boyfriend was intimated but he didn’t do anything. I finally got my CTTM2 shipment today. I was very excited as I really need something to soothe my intimidation. I scrubbed my application spots well and applied one spray to my wrists. I then attended a bachelor party without applying any other mone. I figured I would hang out in the background and slowly meet the people there(out of 20 guys I knew about 5). I didn’t want to take the spotlight but figured it would help open others. I have to say I didn’t see any miracles with 1 spray of CTTM2. The party was tame and we played baseball before we hit the bar. One guy I had known shoved me when he got to 2nd base. He seemed jovial so I shoved back and laughed. The mood seemed light enough and everyone was having fun. Nothing really weird and I was joking around with several of the guys just intending to be a nice guy and not alpha dominant that evening. The spot light wasn’t suppose to be on me anyways. I noticed when I met a guy that joined late he said “oh so you’re Clay, ya I keep hearing your name mentioned”. It seemed like a very “warm” interaction. Later I got Deer In the headlights from 3 younger girls at the bar. Again I was trying to blend in and have fun, not really stand out. I chatted for a while with one guy from the army and he seemed almost in a trance. Maybe that’s how he talks after having half a beer but he cornered me and had verbal diarrhea. I was saved by some friends and started chatting to another guy who I had met previously who is a spec forces medic. Really a great guy. Normally I would miss this but I could not help but notice how dilated his pupils were. I think he was thoroughly enjoying the convo as he had had 1 beer by then. I wasn’t joking when I said this was a tame party. After playing some pool I went back to our table and found that there had been more talk about me and my gym accomplishments. I left early and said goodbye to them individually. It was a very “warm” good bye and I realized that the CTTM2 may be acting in stealth mode (at least at that dose). I was pretty sure I had scrubbed all the ammo off(I will use hydrogen peroxide and even rubbing alcohol if I’m unsure) so afterwards I upped with 1 shot of ammo to throat and applied one more shot of CTTM2 to wrists. I felt happy and energetic. I went for a workout at the gym. No crazy IOIs but did catch a mids 30s babe looking at me. She looked down quickly and preened. I think I will try 2 doses of CTTM2 next along with ammo or maybe Nude Alpha. I have also ordered Glace. I have a wedding to attend on this weekend and am debating [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) vs Nude Alpha with one or two sprays of CTTM2. Wow that wedding was weird. I wore a total of 10 inches of Nude Alpha across the jawline. I then applied 1 spray of CTTM2 on my wrists. It was about 90 degrees no matter where I went so I know diffusion would be intense. I was going with a friend and his fianc? to the wedding. She picked me up and was IOIing me the whole way to get my friend. I noticed she kept playing with her hair the entire trip and talking about him as if he was below her and maybe wrong for her… Subtle references but there nonetheless. When we got him he acted normal around me. He had a friend who tagged along with us. The friend immediately acted hostile towards me, but mainly passive aggressive. In the car I asked for more air and he said no we were fine. I corrected him and he was embarrassed. This behavior continued throughout the wedding and I either ignored him or played it cool. I ditched them and rode with another dude I barely knew but who suddenly saw me as a close friend. My original friend and fianc? didn’t seem offended that I abandoned them. At the reception I chatted for a long time with a few girls and then found a table with them. An arrogant and abrasive guy I know joined the mix. I decided to play my role of the cool chatty guy and let him make a fool out of himself like he normally does. The cute girl next to me made lots of eye contact and would not stop playing with her hair. She seemed somewhat intimidated. Whatever topic I brought up usually became the point of discussion for the entire table. I was bored with the conversation and finally left to chat with the spec forces guy that had arrived. He seemed enchanted with me again and complemented me on my level of fitness. He asked me to join him for a run soon and got my number. I knew dancing would soon start and I wanted to give off more of a sexual vibe than boyfriend material. I chanced 1 spray of ammo and another of CTTM2 at this point and took a phone call while I waited for the scent to settle. No one mentioned the new aroma when I rejoined my original friend and his fianc?. She immediately included me in a conversation and grew very animated. I became alarmed at how intense she became. Playing it cool I glanced at my friend and I think he noticed her intensity. They went back to their table and she asked me to join. I made it a point to avoid her and chatted up two ladies there. Eventually one of girls from the other table decided she wanted to join our conversation and abruptly left her table. They all squared off towards me and were hanging on every word. Finally when the music started playing I asked the pretty one to dance. The others were very jealous. After we danced she kino’d me for a while, finding any reason to touch me. Most of the songs were slow but a group dance started and I joined. I was tired and did not want to dance but pretended to love it and the mones did the convincing for everyone around me. I am not a great dancer but one cute busty girl gave me the biggest smile as we dance. Overall all the guy friends I knew there were very friendly and I had gotten plenty of attention from the ladies. Later that night the girl I danced with got my number and texted me at 11 for some fun. Very pleased with my mone selection. The next day I found that the laundry I had left in the dryer was folded and on my bed. Very weird. My roommate was trying to hit on a groomsman’s sister. But apparently I had made such an impression on her that while she was over she decided to fold all my laundry while I was out. Underwear and everything. Weird. The next day I wore 2 sprays of Ammo and 2 of CTTM2 to the gym. Lots of hovering from a few hotties. I used a broken machine as a reason to open a milf who worked there. She gave me a look that she wanted to rape me. After the short convo I resumed my workout and glanced to find she had not budged from where I left her and she was furiously texting someone. Presumably about if she would get into trouble if she raped me lol. I will have to chat with her again soon and close. Last report is my venture to the volunteering opportunity. Many girls there. I decided to try 3 Sprays of CTTM2 along with 1 Ammo. Bad idea. They probably know me as cologne guy. Lesson learned. Even though I smelled strongly girls were still willing to chat and three guys seemed to really open up, one in particular. He said that most people don’t seem to genuinely care about others but said I was different. A strong bonding experience. Everyone in my immediate group at one point said that they were surprisingly very relaxed and marveled at it thinking that it was an effect from the giving experience. I knew better. Afterwards I applied another spray of ammo and went to the gym. I was pumped as I walked in and a girl opened me from 25 ft away as she approached. I continued with my workout and chatted with a workout bud. He was very friendly and found me again later to chat. So far I’m not impressed with CTTM2. Others may find they like it and I might not fully understand how to use it. I see no self effects and it is a hit or miss. I will soon receive a bottle of Glace. Nude Alpha gives me a seriously attractive boyfriend type vibe. Kinda a subconscious VIP persona to the ladies. My hope is that I imprint on them. I will wear it again to the book club tomorrow with a full 10 inches instead of 5. Ammo gets me noticed. I had fallen in love with the scent.. Or maybe that’s the pheromone. I have ordered Wolf and still waiting on Glace. I will test Wolf solo and then wolf + Glace and later Ammo + Glace. I am planning on picking up a milf at an auction I’ve attended. Got Wolf in recently and have been giving it a go at 1 spray. There is a slight aroma when I first spray it but after about 25 mins it goes away. I’ve noticed a distinct mood and confidence boost after 5-10 mins. The effects are subtle but present at one spray and at 2 sprays I had a cool vibe versus the kickass borderline punk vibe I get on Ammo. Each spray is more of a small squirt and I hope that’s the normal spray dosage. I’ve worn one spray of wolf to work on a few occasions and I felt more in control. I made it a point to keep things light hearted in case I gave off any intimidation cause I work in close proximity with these people. Lately they’ve acted a bit more interested in what I say and seem to linger around more to chat(I work with all guys). The background music turned to a strong beat and I did a jig and both guys started to dance with me. My vibe was instantly contagious and it appeared to them the thing to do was of course dance right there at work. That only lasted for about 5 secs and I stopped and carried on. A very buddy buddy moment. That’s the impression I get from Wolf. They see me as alpha and automatically want to follow my lead. Very smooth effects. Went to the shooting range with a buddy and two new guys. They were a great test of different aspects of wolf on 1 spray. One was fat and seemed insecure about himself, the other was a trendy jersey shore guy only interested in what’s cool. Basically any sign of weakness and they would probably pounce. They entire time they tore into each other but would immediately show respect in some way when I talked. They were respectful but not overly intimidated. By the end mr NJ told me he’d hit me up to hang. I wore 2 sprays of wolf today and 1 spray of Glace to the volunteer opp. Two girls walking up opened from about 25 feet away. Maybe too far for the wolf or Glace but I don’t know for sure. One wanted to talk more so I chatted. She really wanted to keep the convo going. Very interested look on her face and IOIs such as getting closer and closer to me leaning in. I started looking around for a reason to leave the convo and there was a lull. She opened up again into a new topic. This happened at least once more before I found a reason to smoothly translate to a new group of people. Sometimes it can be hard to gracefully exit a motormouth. So next I had fun and chatted with two other girls about guns because I knew they would not be interested. But they were very interested in talking to me. One kept asking a lot of questions about my recent trip to the range. She started stuttering and seemed slightly embarrassed/confused why that was happening. At one point I sat next to a girl I had previously met with whatever mone concoction at the time. This time around she instantly had major dilation when she turned to talk to me. Got along well with the other guys and as I had predicted I set the tone of the major conversation that day. Mones like wolf help facilitate being the vibe setter. One of them mentioned that it was the main topic of the day and several agreed it was a great discussion. Later I met a guy there that told me within about 2 mins of convo that he doesn’t see eye to eye with most people but remarked that we really jived and saw things (life) similarly. That was after me saying some random cookie cutter remark about my recent move. He opened up about some personal issues he was having with girls. The mone was talking. One last thing I noticed: I made eye contact with a girl during the group discussion and held it for about 4 seconds. Kinda long but when I looked away I saw her in my periphery take a long, slow, deep breathe and looked as if she were about to melt into the couch. Overall I like the effects of wolf. Gives a cool vibe but does not appear overly intimidating especially masked by Glace. Now to test for sweet spot and try some other combinations. ---

great journal, would love to hear more about your adventures! i also ordered wolf and am currently waiting for it to come in along with my intro pack. i think wolf will be here before the intro pack even though i ordered the intro pack a day or 2 before the wolf! i’m just wondering if you’ve noticed whether not the wolf gives off a nice sexual vibe? also i’m curious what is your height and weight - just curious if you come off as intimidating or not since you’re a personal trainer ---

Hey nonbeliever, glad you enjoyed my journal I will definitely continue updating it. As for wolf, I haven’t had enough experience with it to make a strong call about its sexual vibe. I know it’s creator commented on it saying all his products have a sexual vibe. I have read and so far agree that with wolf I need to really engage a girl in conversation. For self effects it lifts mood as well as a confidence boost. I put off a persona that others see as cool and confident. As a result they treat me with extra respect but may be sexually intimidated as in they are afraid that if they become sexual they might get rejected from a great guy. With that said, I did get a strong kino when I went to rent a new apartment. Normally women will act respectful in this situation especially when they need to convince me to rent there and not down the street. This girl was about my age and probably an 8/10. She carried herself in a very confident way and I had one spray of wolf on from 4 hours prior. It started off normal, I was assertive and confident. At the end of the tour she showed me the gym and mention how it wasn’t like the fancy one I go to as she placed her hand on my chest with a smile. Normally when I’m kino’d they grab my bicep and I thought this seemed a little forward of her. And she later came in on her day off to put my apartment on hold even though I had refused to pay the deposit at the time. I cycle between 200 and 230 lbs at 6’ tall. I can do 500 push-ups in under 25 mins so I’m in great shape. Working out has become so much more then a tool to entice the ladies though. I see it as an extension of my personality and really thrive off the experience. If I go to the pool or public sauna I always get Deer in the headlights from women. It can be hard when the women there are out of shape as they feel super intimidated or insecure. For me finding a social with a sexy vibe is important. Next I will either try 3 shots of wolf to the neck with some social added or mix wolf with a previous mone. ---

Yesterday I went to the furniture store here to browse around and I had 1 spray of chikara on my neck. A MILF (7/10) who worked there approached me and asked if I needed help. She was about 15 yrs older and busty. After around 10 mins she started kino. She grabbed my bicep first, then touched my abs abut 5 mins later laughing each time to play it off. The only thing I don’t like about it is the bottles seem to be low quality so I haven’t bought anymore since the last two leaked.
