# Clearance delay

Hello all!

I have made my order may 25th and apparently the package arrived here in Montreal but it’s been held back for 5 days now waiting for a “clearance delay” and “Broker notified to arrange for clearance.” (that’s what it says on the DHL tracking pages). Does anyone had any experience with that problem? who should i contact, Dhl or androstics?
