# Coleman's Pheromone Notebook

So far, nothing not even the Instant is Shine is working for me.  
This is after the hit on the first day, nothing.  
I tried 4 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/).  
Next day 3 sprays of X2 Ammo and 2 sprays of X1 Ammo.  
That night 4 drops of a314 1 on each wrist and one on sides on neck, I would have accepted if people would walk away from me, nothing like it wasn’t on me. The Neroli smell only lasted for an hour and then it felt like I wasnt even wearing them.

The second reason why I bought pheromones if nothing happens to that women either hit or walk Ill just give up Pheromones and write it off as a failed dream.

If anyone wants to give me some tips other than talk to the girls or look fine and they will come ideas which I already know.
