Hello everyone, this is something I’ve been pondering:

We all have our own personal flaws and habits that may illicit negative emotions from other people. But as we progress through life, most of us will correct these cracks in our personality through the constant feedback loop that we receive from people we interact with (Maturing). My question is this: since mones signal positive traits that you may or may not have developed on your own, will it prevent you from receiving that negative feedback that is crucial for character building? I want to know your opinion. 🙂

This is a very interesting point. My main vote would be no. mones are a cure all drug, they may curb some of the negative feedback but especially in the case of -none it seems they could make negative feedback from males more extreme. I’m a [pheromone](https://a314.com/) newb though but that’s how it would seem.

Well to me Maturing is not about changing our flaws and habits to appease others emotions. Its impossible to do for one. What one person may see as a flaw others may see as an asset. Learning to except your flaws and habits and the flaws an habits of others is maturing. Changing any of these should be done for ones self not for others.

While the negative feedback loop can help point out things about us that we need to work on ultimately unless you change for yourself and your own emotions you wont build character. Building character is about self not about others. “to thy own self be true”

As far as mones effecting this though. I would say no because they don’t prevent the negative feed back. They increase positive feedback but increasing the positive doesn’t mean eliminating the negative.
