What up guys? I’ve been reading up on [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) (specifically on this website) for a few years now – actually I frequented it for a year or so. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to experiment…until now! My name is Adam and I’m a 21 year old male, Caucasian college student in Ohio. I’m about 5’9’', pretty athletic. I guess you could say I’m a natural introvert who’s learned to be an extrovert. It’s one of those circumstances where it’s all an internal struggle – I can fake it to the point that nobody I know would ever guess I’m somewhat shy. I’ve never really had trouble picking anyone up, but I just got out of a two year relationship, so I’m kinda out of the game – hoping that pheromones would give me that little confidence boost I need to get back in. The majority of the battle is psychological, anyway! Once I get going I’m fine, but the trouble is always initiating things. I’ve always considered myself a relationship guy, so I guess I’m looking for something that’ll be useful for attracting girls for dating/a potential LTR, but also something sexual. A nice balance between the nice girls and hot, flirtatious ones. Perhaps different combos to be used for different situations? I’d like to experiment with some different kinds of attraction. I’m in a fraternity, so I tend to go to bars and clubs a lot, but I’m also in college in the medical field so when I’m in class there’s where I’d attract the cute, girl-next-door type. I looked at MuskCloud’s color chart, and I’m thinking AMMO + IS and AMMO + IO. I could be completely off-base, so what are your thoughts? Thanks guys! Oh – and would you guys recommend starting with the To Go bottles to test everything out? ---

Welcome! [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) + IShine is a great way to start. You can’t go wrong with either one and they make a fun combo together. If you are looking for a conversation starter, IO is a good one. I also like CTTM2. Good Luck! ---

After attracting a girl, exchange IO for IH and use AMMO + IH. It will help the girl think long-term! Also, if you are looking to attract NICE, CUTE, CONSERVATIVE girls, I would go with IG + IO/IH, and then switch to IG + IH, later on. Ammo would make you appear sexier, but some girls would feel that you might be a player and get turned off. However, it is useful for attracting hot, flirtatious, sexually open-minded girls. It is better to be used during evenings. IG is better for attracting more intellectual, shy and conservative girls - in short, nice girls. I personally like it during the daytime. I use ammo when I go out to bars, clubs, parties, etc ---

Awesome, guys – thanks for the suggestions! I’ll definitely have to consider IG as well. I’m completely new to pheromones, so any ideas on the number of sprays for the different combos? ---

I trusted this company to give quality products and they deliver. Plus the 25$ gift card made it easier to buy the full bottles. You understand “game” is mental or psychological so I think you’ll understand that pheromones are not magic bullets. ---

Oh of course I understand pheromones aren’t magic bullets; I’m really just trying to get an edge. So you’d suggest just going for the full bottles then? Sounds like Androtics Direct _is_ very reputable, so I guess I probably should just go for the larger sizes. ---

You’re thinking of buying ammo, IO and shine? I don’t think I notice things from ammo or shine. I get some hits from IO and IH since i have these and it’s easier to see, but I’m actually really shy (probably too shy to see the effects of ammo and shine). Definitely go for the full bottle of ammo. The rest of the socials are up to you if you want to buy the full or not. This company has both a very nice return system. Get the to-go sizes first, so that you don’t get stuck with a big bottle of something you might not like. You can always get a big bottle later. 🙂 ---

Welcome to Pherotalk CMP! It is always good to use the advice and research and see what has worked for others you should remember that we all are different , have different situations. With that said what will work for others may not necessarily work for you or the products will but at a different dosage. I recommend the same products that they do but as silly advised finding out where and how many sprays will be your sweet spot is the best thing for you. I know things will work out for you, not only because of the [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) use but this forum has a way of encouraging change and progress. Your gc was issued. 🙂
