I got the following and have used some before. I just wanna see combos and suggestions. Im 19 in college in north east- P83 IG IH IS AMMO TUTH Id like to know some good mixes for these- ---

Think in terms of recipes for a cake, or experiences you want to build. Then think in terms of what each product is designed to do, then build your recipe. For example lets say you want a work mix. At work you want to be respected but not feared (IG), trusted (IH) and charismatic (IS) You could even throw a bit of attraction in there with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). So your mix would start with IG + IH + IS and maybe AMMO. Now the ratios is where you can make things interesting. Your boss is a stuffy old dude: IG 2 sprays + IH 1 spray + IS 2-4 sprays Your boss is a hottie: IG 1 spray + IH 2 sprays + IS 2-4 sprays + Ammo 1-2 sprays. In scenario 1 you’re respectable, trustworthy and charismatic. You can lead, you can sell, you can be trusted with company secrets. In scenario 2 You’re a gentleman and respected, there’s just something about you that makes people connect with you, there is an energy and a vibe that makes them want to get to know you better, and your boss wants to give you dictation. See where I am going? We can give you mixes, but the key here is to think in terms of experiences you want to give, emotions you want to elicit and you’ll come up with your own mixes. I am currently working on something for dating for myself at the age of 44 that says, mature, respectable, vibrant, attractive but has options so you better hang on to me. I’m going to be mixing in erone, TAA, P74, anol, -none, and for the “options” later on after I see if this mix is working its magic, copulins. ---

I’m in college too, and I’m 19. I’m fairly new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), but I have found that IS is excellent for self effects. It really depends on your desired outcome. For me, I have problems starting a conversation with someone, so I’m doing mostly IO. The IO + IS combo for me seems to work to give extra confidence. I have heard (from the forum) that most of the socials like IG, IH, IO, IS, have great reactions from young females ages 19-25. As far as the sexual product AMMO, someone told me that at age 19 you naturally produce sex pheromones from sweat, and AMMO in high doses might lead to you perceived as aggressive. You can also eat lots of celery to get a food based sex pheromone to get more of a natural production (instead of synthetic). For the most part untill you have completely understand the musings of these products individually, you’re just wasting it when trying out a combo and not knowing how each would work for you, many combos have been tried day in and day out with different amounts and products added in and taken out. They did give you some good recommendations but you could get awesome results with IG+AMMO+IH as you could with IH + TUTH + [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/), you just gotta see how it works for you and what purposes you intended to acheive ---

You’ve got the products. You try it and tell us. I’ve seen similar posts some time age at a b&w photography forum. _“Guys, there’a a little lever next to the lens mount on my Olympus. I think it might be a mirror lif lever. Do you think it will lift the mirror if I move it?”_. The only answer could be: _“you’ve got the camera in your hands, why do you prefer to take several minutes to post this question on the forum instead of taking one second to check it out yourself?”_ ---
