Hey all, its been a loooooooooong time since I’ve posted. Been rebuilding my life(post -divorce), but have bought a few times in the past yr. Recently my uncle has started selling oils for lamp burners, body, etc. Being family, I get free samples/1st dibs 😃. So far I have Burberry London, Usher, King, Hugo Boss, Cool Water, and Polo(all colors). He also has other custom mixes, but I went more mainstream smells. SO..I decided to start mixing more of my own mixes and decided to start w/ straight A-RONE since its a safe mone to play around with. The glass bottles are 1.8oz w/ a roll on top. **My mix: 1/2 a bottle of 1.8oz - Burberry London AndrosteRONE(6% neroli) @ 2.5mcg (30ml blue bottle) x 20 sprays = 50mcg** I had an extra to-go bottle laying around so I sprayed 20 sprays of the 30ml bottle into it giving me 50mcg’s of A-Rone. I then poured the togo into the the 1.8oz of Burberry and shook well as the A-rone sat on top. I’m thinking since it was lighter being more alcohol based than the cologne oil. So..thats my beginning mix for now. I’ll test it out when I go somewhere later tonight and post the results. Any feedback or tips are more than welcome..thats what were here for right? ---

That’s not the most precise way to make a mix. First off you have 50 mcg of Rone and at almost a full ounce of total liquid **IF** the stuff mixes evenly that 50 mcg will be divided by almost 200 sprays…which comes out to a quarter of a microgram per spray. > [@](#): > > edited to add: I reread and realize this is a roll on application and not a spray, but the ratio of mones to other liquid/cover scent is the same so issues of low dose in a slow diffusing medium stays the same. Then factor the mix is mostly oil based which has a much slower diffusion than an alc based spray. A314 is oil based but it has 23 mcg of mones per dose/drop…not 1/4 of 1 mcg. You have such a small dose of mones in such a slow diffusing medium that I’d be surprised if you see any effect at all. Plus essential oils are very strong and most stuff I’ve read advises against using them concentrated on the skin as it can be an irritant in such a concentrated dose, and it’s very easy for the cover smell to be too strong. ---

Na these are actually quality oils, and my skin isnt sensitive at all. I’m not allergic to much of anything(seasonal allergies & wool aside). I’d say 2 rolls on the neck, and 2 on the forearm last about 8hrs..less/more when I’m outside(Texas heat). It’s interesting you say that about the dosage. I wanted to start w/ base of 50mcg to test it out. I dont have droppers, and mixing kits, etc. Just what I have at home. I did have some self strong self effects - seems Rone as a standalone seems to make me more intolerant of BS. Whenever I wear IG or a314, I get the same effects, but its more “tame” I suppose. I usually wear 2 sprays of IG, or 1 drop of a314(when in supply). I have a few alpha tendencies, so maybe it adds onto it? Do you suggest adding more of the Rone to the oil? I did get reactions, a few ioi’s here and there, but nothing too important to consider. I’ve only sprayed 10 shots each into 2 togos. So far my total is 50mcg…I’m thinkin WTH, since it was only 14 bucks a bottle..we’re here to test afterall 🆒. ---

Update 7/25/2011 - 2 rolls - both forearms 2 rolls - back of the hands 3 sprays - sides of neck, throat. Went to work with the mix for the 1st time. Typical busy Monday. Higher ups acting like higher ups. Walked a managers office who’s known to be an ice bird(stiff, mean) and she started showing ioi’s. Not typical for her at all as she’s not very sociable. Making more convo than usual. Think the extra 3 sprays helped. So far it’s 50mcgs + 7.5 mcgs
