Welcome to OD land! 😃 Now go back and find your sweet spot for each one on its own before combining them. We can’t advise you on doses as your own body chemistry and social outlets play an important role here - You do need to do the basic work to get the best out of pheros. If you want a social/talkative mix, IO is your better choice and keep TUTH low in the mix until you are on a winner with someone. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is far better here. Also leave the Putatives till you get the hang of the consumer line products - P83 is pretty easy to get the hang of but P79 is a stinker and can go badly wrong.
