I have been going over the forum and am overwelmed by all the info and diffrent combos to use. I am a college student and need help picking two sets of mones 1. First for walking on campus and meeting girls to ultimately have sex with 2. A night mix for picking up girls to have sex with. My biggest problem is starting a convo with them, so I am guessing somthing like IH or IO but not sure I understand the diffrence other than one gets the convo on a deeper level. I just need to know which one is better for getting dome lol. I do seem to intimidate girls who are not very confident, I am a big guy who spends alot of time at the gym. I am also on the quiet side, not introverted just not very loud and outgoing so mabe the instant Jerk would help or mabe the gentleman? lol I am lost PLEASE give ADVICE. come at me bro ---

I have grown to like IH more because i feel it helps to facilitate decent conversations rather than IO which just seems to encourage random banter. IO will probably work better if you have problems starting conversations or “ice breaking” otherwise i normally just use IH straight up. I do not see why a IS + IO/IH combo will not get you laid though. ---

You should maybe post this in the introductions forum so you can take advantage of the $25 gift card? I’d agree with the above for choice of mones - IS, IO, IG or some combination of plus maybe IG. I would tend to lean towards IO/IS to begin with, then IO/IH as you get to know them to deepen things. Assuming the combination of “big guy” and “gym” means that you’re big in a muscular sense and not in an overweight sense, I don’t think you need much if any None. I’d go this route. This combo will convey maturity, masculinity, charisma, and a fun approachable nature. The main difference is how much androstenone they contain, [Instant Jerk](https://a314.com/product/instant-jerk/) being much stronger in that matter. If you’re a big, muscular, working out guy, you probably don’t need it. The higher are your levels of testosterone, the more androstenone you produce naturally. Spraying yourself with even more can make you appear as too horny. You say you’re on the quiet side, use what can help in this direction. Use pheromones to complement what you’ve got already with what’s been lacking, not to overpower your strenghts while making weaknesses more visible. The biggest problem is starting a conversation, you say. You don’t want to come off as a big, quiet, horny creep. I’d say a spray of IG and maybe two each of IS and IO should work great. ---

Thanks for the responses, So is IS a neccessity to aid in attracting girls? or is it more just to make the user feel good? Also many people on the forum seem to prefer IH over IO, By the descriptions IO seems more ideal for meeting girls and just chatting, while IH seems like it makes it easier to make a connection with a girl for the ultimate end desire of getting laid. Does IH make the user more chatty or just more willing to talk about deeper issues. Sorry for the newb questions, I am set on IG and most likely IS since everyone includes it in their recomendations, but want to make the right choice on IO vs IH. ---

Is is probably better in the initial stage as being happy and feeling good around someone is a fairly important attraction trigger. However as things progress, IH will help to deepen any connection. The thing with IO is that whilst it improves conversation, it does not help change its basic nature - So it will help if any conversation is on a good/attraction building path but equally, it could hinder you if the conversation drifts into unproductive areas. Which is why many folk use IS/IO as it can steer things in a happy direction. IS, IO and IH do have marked effects on both the wearer and the subject but generally in a good way - eg happier, lighter, more willing to talk. You may want to think before opening your mouth though as the regular “I don’t believe I just said that” moment is a clear sign they are working well! ---

Try the IG (2 sprays by the neck area) than maybe Ammunition ( a spray on each wrist). If you dont get results that way try the Ammo + IS. Im not an expert at this by any means but i CAN give you adivce from a newbie/amateur standpoint. I used to wear a lot of cologne; like Abercrombie and Chrome Azzaro. F.Y.I the Chrome Azzaro was in the recent Playboy mag on what women find attractive 😉 Long story short, dont over due with the pheromones as to what you usually wear for cologne. I did that once and it was not good, i ruined my own night ☹ Other than that i wouldn’t go crazy with spraying a bunch of different pheromones on you. From my experience, if your looking to get one chick in particular, try wearing your normal cologne and adding a little bit of the desired phero spray. See how she reacts than wear less cologne and more mones next time. Do this till you wean off of the cologne because the women i have been around notice a different smell and how their feeling/emotions change. This way you dont spark to much attention.
