# Come Talk To Me Mix 2 is just alpha and beta nol: how it differs from IO + IH

So is this just a mix of Instant Shine and IH, or do IH & [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) contain more than just Alpha Beta Androstenol mix, is there a bit more to it than that, cos the way they said Come Talk To Me Mix 2 is just Alpha & Beta Androstenol its makin the other to sound like they contain more than just Nol, which is probably right.
