I’m being good and doing by Airlife breathing exercise, walking around, sitting and passing gas!!! 😃 Yup, I’m trying to relax… but since I have people coming to visit me every couple of hours, couldn’t hurt to have some mones in the air to get everyone at ease!!! 🙂 Yeah, I wish I had Turkey tetrazzini… what I get is pureed chicken noodle soup and pureed mushroom soup with baked custard… mmmmm, liquid options are limited… 😛 Thanks for the encouragement! Ok, I just tried another combo: 3 x P123 @ 5mu - [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) scented 2 x IS\*2 strength - Akuto scented Feeling alert and bright eyed. That is, at the very least, what I get with IS. Have to make several calls and do some support from home today. Gearing up for it has been easier after applying these mones. I wanted a bit of Shine for my day today and some push to go forward with my day… I’ll continue to see what the day holds!!!😃 ---

Family around me that came to visit as well as friends were very friendly and at ease. I didn’t notice the same nostril burning from P123 with Akuto as with the [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/)… I’ll have to compare that at another time. ---

Ok, after a day of using A314 oil, IS, IO and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), in the evening I had a conference call I was attending. Not fun at all, just a lot of waiting around on hold for many minutes with occasional breaks here and there to answer questions and hear opinions from others… Not a fun evening. If it was a bit more interactive, I would have been fine… Though, FYI, I got a welcome call from John and we talked mones. That helped to get through the conference call tremendously! Thanks for calling John! I had the residuals of those mones above when I had another conference to get to at night with 2 other managers. One is a bit of a sourpuss, so I decided to get creative with my mones… Here was that evening combo: **1 x A314a 3 x IO\*2 120 mu x TAA 20 mu x TAK** About 10 minutes after initial application, I met up with a co-worker and was VERY helpful and found out about the work issues I was working on. He was looking to see how he can help me out and went out of his way to fix things up and get things done to help with documentation. I was ready for my conference, though he did point out some things that were valuable for my conference. Thanked him and left. Well, this was about 30 minutes after application I had my conference. I was feeling the calm, relaxed, almost call it methodical, feeling with this combo. The TAK was kickin’ in! The conversations were easy and non-threatening… that is, it was a mellow, how I’m doing this and that and how can you help out with it… with even the sourpuss feeling relaxed and not looking for negative points to exploit. I was taking it easy, cool as a cucumber… We got things done and taking care of with these convo’s. It was a constructive conference instead of a finger pointing match… The convo’s were for all involved, though, I could tell that the other two would always come back to me for approval, either verbal or a nod from their comments. I enjoyed TAK like a smooth liqueur that puts you in a relaxed and almost sedated position. That night I had a good nights sleep! ---

WHOOO 1Alpha welcome back! Hope that you’re all good and well now! Nice use of TAK with INSANE AMOUNTS OF TAA! Haven’t seen much reports on TAK although the very little that I have read, it has been reported to give out a “nice-guy” effect coupled with erone. Do you feel that the TAK altered the alpha-ness of A314? Also, you mentioned that they keep you involved with the convo’s, do you feel it is because they do not want to leave you out of their discussion, or is it because they value your opinion? ---

Yup, on the mend… thanks!!! The A314 was always around, like a 300 pound gorilla at the far corner of the room… you know it’s there but it’s not in your face… Yes, the TAA and the TAK were making them at ease, relaxed… I’ve seen that kind of attention, not completely looking for approval(A314 slippin’ in), but in this case, more of the TAK and IO, opening up and just feeling that I can be spoken to openly and frankly. ---

Not exactly a CHAOS mix, but…! Well, I tried this combo… 2 x AMMO 1 x IO 1 x A314 oil 4 x P84 I’ve been just go, going today! I feel productive and ready for the day! I have the respect from super and the guys at the office were very upbeat and respectful!!! I also had a meet with several vendors and a ISP provider about 4 hours after application. I saw the director of the meet, she’s an asian about 30ish or so. Slim and outgoing. Was very communicative with me and ready to discuss options. Though likely, as this provider is trying to recruit as many people as possible, this isn’t very far from normal. She gave me her email and direct line for contact, although, I’ve already have a colleague of her’s as my contact. Spoke with other vendors during lunch and found that a few were approaching me and actually sat down to talk. One was just yammerin’ away and I had just met him! Others I was trying to speak with were interested in continuing a relationship with referrals for services from me. I had a good conversation and was at ease and confident. This, along with my mone cloud, was what got me some good convo’s and contacts in the area. My goal is to increase these contacts, get some additional contacts such as these for the first quarter of this year. It worked out wonderfully. Still, have the scent of AMMO and the A314, about 7 hours after initial application. NICE!!! ---

I was going to be out today mix of work and errands today. So, I thought about it and would be with about 20 people in the morning then I had errands. So, I wanted to have a relaxing, at ease vibe going, along with some comforting, encouraging, and reassuring vibe going on for this meeting. I also wanted to have a sharpness and since I had a slight headache, I decide on the P123 for both of these things. The TAK was just to calm me down and mellow me out a bit. So, I decided on the following. **4 x TAA** (40 mu ea) - [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) Back of the neck and back of the head. 1 spray on wrists and spread between them. **2 x P123** (5 mu ea) - Chocolatini Forehead and front hairline **3 x IG** (30 ml bottle) Side of neck and throat **1 x TAK** (2.5 mu) - Grapefruit Chin and throat **Temps and weather:** Some hail in the morning with temps @ 45 degrees Indoors @ 70 degrees **Application time:** 8:40 AM **Self Effects:** I was a bit groggy this morning, had pushed myself through my morning rituals from about 7:00 am until 8:00 am and got ready to leave. I awoke with a bit of a headache, left over from my migraine from yesterday. I hadn’t thought about much of anything yesterday, total brain fried with the migraine. I hadn’t even thought about P123 for it… oh well…☹ But, this morning, had enough mental juice to think about my mone application for the day and saw P123, and did a palm to forehead… Once I applied this morning, within seconds my headache was gone. With the TAA, I also noticed that my lethargic or cathartic feelings evaporated. Love the Akuto! Well, the IG didn’t seem to make a difference, I didn’t notice too much from it, just a slight perkiness in confidence. All this within 5 minutes of initial application, the P123 reaction was the quickest. **Reactions from others:** Started the meeting a bit late, should have started about 9:00 am. I was there for only about 5 minutes before 9 so not much time for the mones to permeate. Wasn’t directing the meeting but things seemed to gravitate toward me. Questions and comments would eventually lead to me. So, as an example, let’s say, Gal A, late 20s, asked, well, what about the order of XYZ for my department, I can’t start on my projects with my team on Monday unless you address this issue… she directed the question to the Project leader, though, when she asked, she would look over at me, I guess, to see what MY reaction would be to her query. The Project leader would make a comment, but, would ask me about it. It was a bit embarrassing, as I was passed up to be Project leader, but it seemed I was doing the job for him without the title. This went on for about an hour. Afterwards I gathered my own team. I was working with them, 8 people, guys and gals, and found that the TAA had everyone loose and at ease, smiling and joking. We were getting work done, but all were calm and unanxious about working on a Saturday, which really does SUCK!!! But, oh, well… They were approaching me with their issues without hesitation, even when it was something that maybe they may not be so forthcoming so as to not look foolish or idiotic. I played it well and didn’t make them feel bad for asking for clarification or help. One gal, mid 20’s, got all flustered when she spilled her coffee from her desk. When I came over to help her, she said " Don’t worry… I’ll clean it up…" I basically, told her, I’m happy to help you out and made her feel that it was an accident, no worries and I wasn’t annoyed about it. I was in charge, with others feeling willing to approach me, like an older brother you look up to, or a wise uncle you feel you can always talk to… The respect was there, but not the kind you get with straight A314. This was what I was shooting for with this combo. I think the TAA got things more relaxed than I wanted, but, it did make working on a Saturday a bit more bearable. I went to lunch with A and found that this residual feeling continued with her and the cashier. Cashier was joking with me a bit asked about additional items that I had ordered at other times that I went to eat there. I said, you make me eat that, you’ll get a flying pant button in an eye!!! She was about 3 feet away, for about 2 minutes prior to my placing my order. This was about 4 hours from initial application. Late 30’s latin gal. Was at the salsa bar and other customers would seem to move without my asking… as I approached from one side, seemed I pushed them gently with an invisible barrier around me. Cool to watch as it seemed unconscious on their end. A seemed calm in her convo’s with me. Was a bit flustered about something that happened to her in the morning but was at ease during our lunch and visibly relaxed when we were done. Not much after that, except that I refreshed with P123 and IG for the rest of the day. Not, much interactions with others during that time. Self effects were still helping me out to get through the day without feeling tired or distracted… ---

It’s an interesting combo, but why? As in why did you combo those and what effects were you going for? Was there some type of result you were looking for. Almost seems like it would have been more confidence boosting with that much TAA and IG as compared to the TAK and P123. Just curious, but still, seems interesting ---

Others around me are QUICKLY social, relaxed, happy around me. The Amped up IS vibe. Usually, it’ll be 1 to 2 sprays, but since I was going to be in a large group/area, with some walking about, wanted to have a more concentrated TAA vibe…TAA was for the effects on others. IG was also primarily for effects on others. This also has more of a confidence boost in me at this mu than the higher mu in TAA, for sure. This is a good ‘spot’ in my application of IG for others to feel comforted and at ease with my directions. I wanted this for my own group primarily and those that I talked with directly. I was also nervous that morning, with the left over migraine from the previous day, the tension to do a good job as others were counting on me, seemed to fuel my headache. TAK was to calm me down, mellows me out, with 2.5 mu, will do the trick. So, a twofer!!! I could have done without the TAK and relied on the TAA, after seeing my combo reaction. I should have tweaked down the TAA to 2 or 3 as my application got a bit more funniness from others than what I expected. It didn’t reduce productivity much, though. So, I guess I could have brought that amount down some. Hey, glad to continue to learn how to put these mones on!!! 😃 ---

I started out that thread with P91 and it’s getting some interesting results… I gotta get some work done as well and couldn’t risk my mones for this meeting. I had a meeting this morning, with a big cheese at a major client and his minions… so I decided to see how I can be creative and get the respect necessary for him to go along with our offices recommendations. Here is what I came up with… 4 x A314 2 x IH 2 x P114 (10 mu ea) 2 x P123 (5 mu ea) 1 x P84 (12.5 mu per spray) I had some REALLY NICE HITS from his brownnosers and lakeys as well as the big cheese himself!!! I was facilitating the exchange between both clients and found that I was being looked to for clarification on from both sides of the conference table. When I spoke with his closest lakey, initially, I got tested as to my position and what I can offer. I put him squarely in his place and found that he was my supporter during our ordeal… I mean, conversation. The big cheese was very favorably impressed and also stated to all of his people when we were alone in his conference room, ‘what 1Alpha says, takes priority. Set up a time table to implement and what we will accomplish in each stage!’ I was giving the IT there fair share of praise as well as mirroring the big cheese in posture… (thanks Steve for that tip!) and by the end wanted me to be in the follow up meeting along with my Super… when things go smoothly, my Super although present, takes a back seat and lets me run with things… as long as things close in our favor, I don’t think he minds!!! 😃 This was about 1 1/2 hours after my initial application with about 45 minutes of continuous exposure in near proximity, within 5 to 8 feet from everyone in the conference room. About 25 x 40 feet room… by the end of them soaking in the mones, I KNEW we were getting our way with them!!! It was a beautiful thing!!! 🙂 ---

I looked at my rows of blue bottles as I needed some help and support for today!!! I started out thinking about my tension headache… and getting through the day… keeping a cool vibe all day… So, my combo was: **3 x P123 (5 mu ea, [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) scented, forehead and throat) 4 x IG (hair, front and back) 1 x AMMO(Back of the neck)** **Application time:** 9:00 am Tension headache, gone within seconds of application time. Became a painful, but fading, memory! The P helped sharpen and converge my thoughts and actions. It seemed to support and amplify the -rone in the IG. I was in a contented and sure place. The AMMO also got my confidence levels up. I was driving without stress and just relaxed during my drive and phone calls. I did have to flex my will to those on the phone to somethings they didn’t want, but, my inflection and reasoning got them to agree with me. I am in control! Found myself humming to music on the way to work and was actually getting more of a playful feeling than normal… I turned up the music and lip synced to songs like this one by Lipps… I was having fun, in a silly way, so it was a nice ride to the office! [YouTube - Lipps Inc - Funky Town (1980)](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5CImrIKNmBo) Or… [YouTube - M - Pop Muzik (1979)](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwlO1ZLSX9c&feature=related) … **About 1 hour from application time:** Convo’s in the office were a bit heated when my Super tried to test my comments and saw that he was trying to test my alpha status… and I thought, ‘ **no he didn’!!** ’, and corrected him in an assured way, showing that it didn’t require any effort on my part to put him in his place. I had a salesperson come to my cabin several times during this time to come and just shoot the breeze. He talked about stuff like the 7 guys who won the lottery in NY… sent me some links to some sites and walked over to see them with me… **From 2 hour to 3 hour from application time:** Have been comfortable with others and in a contented mood during this time. I still have the scent of the IG and some AMMO when I move a bit suddenly from one desk to another or even turning my head from one monitor to another that’s on my desk.🙂 ---
