New user of pheromones here. I needed a place to store notes so decided to use the journal. Instead of jumping in and dosing myself I want to know what each product does and how much to use. That way I can decide what to mix with what, how much, and when to use each product. I am a 43 year old white male. Weather is cold. Low 32 High 65. Testing all products at work as I am exposed to about 500 people a day and work closely with about 6. Received products on 10/25. Got them ridiculously fast. Thank you Andro and FedEx! First order 30ml of Heavy Ammo, ToGo of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and Tuth. Received 2 pieces of candy as a bonus. Happy Halloween! Was excited and couldn’t wait. Tried 1 shot of Instant Shine to the throat for self effects. Made a seperate post about this. After 10 minutes I was typsy like I had been drinking a bit. My dogs acted strange. One of them stared at me excessively like he couldn’t figure me out. Effect lasted about 1 hour was nice and relaxed afterwards. Had 26th-27th off. Had to resist the urge to do more Instant Shine. Newbie crack? I don’t know. Was impressed with the power of the effects. Ordered all other products in ToGo form for testing except Instant Jerk (I’m currently intimidated by the product). Will test each product up to 2 sprays to look for effects. Once rotation is completed I will try higher doses to check for sweet spots. Then mix for the effects I get for each one. 10/28 - Got up at 1:30am (typical) 1 shot Instant Shine to wrist and rubbed on other wrist at 2:30am. Not at typical work location. Only consistently around 1 or 2 other workers. Interactions with other people were very short (5 seconds or less). Noticed nothing out of the ordinary. I was unaffected by it. Refreshed at 7:30am (lunch - yeah I know it’s a strange time for lunch). Applied 1 shot to side of neck hoping to get some effects but not typsy on the job. I felt pretty good after that so I did get some self effects. Nothing else noticable from the few coworkers or passengers. 10/29 - Arrived at work and applied products at 3:15am. 2 shots IS to either side of neck. The spray was nice and cool. My co workers were bleary eyed and exhausted. (Keeping these hours 5 hours of sleep is usually a good night.) After about 20 seconds everybody became wide eyed and ready to go. IS or just me? 30 minutes later we had some time before open. Normally we do a little pow wow and make small talk. This morning it seems everybody is in a great mood. Everybody is lively and we are joking around. Lots of laughing. As for me I was feeling exceptional and definately more animated. This has to be the IS effect as it usually isn’t so much of a blast this time of the morning. More passengers than normal were extremely friendly to me. Could be chance. Didn’t notice any effects after 1.5 hours. Lunch at 7:24am. Refreshed with 2 shots IS to either side of neck at 7:35am. Spent time with coworkers in small enclosed room with fan running. No apparent effect on co workers although 1 of them did start to sing for a short time. Might be job stress. This job while not overly stressful in itself has unique stress that I have not encountered in any other job I’ve had in the last 20 years. Otherwise I felt great! 11:00am down time. Thank God! Thought we were going to be thrown into the fire late morning. Everyone is tired. Spent the last hour together chatting. (This is rare and almost never happens. Was a nice break.). One of the members entertained us with non stop stories. Did not notice any IS effects on other members after early morning. I felt awesome most of the day. Noticed increased heart rate (nothing serious but it was there) at about 9:00 - 9:30am. Lasted for 30 minutes. Drove home. Noticed my cheeks hurt. I must have been smiling pretty hard most of the day. Note to self: Order 2x strength of this product. Tomorrow will see what happens with 1 shot Heavy Ammo on neck. ---

10/30 - Arrived at parking lot at 3:00am. 1 shot Heavy [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) to throat. Got on the bus and sat at the front since I’m off at the first stop. A couple of guys I know kind of snubbed me when they got on. I don’t know… some days we can be a moody bunch. A hot young blonde asked to sit next to me. Normally she walks to the back of the bus. I’ve never had a chance to talk to her. We talked about job type stuff and work hours. She keeps “adjusting” her hair while talking to me. She’s even hotter up close. What can I say? I’m a guy. Arrived at job site. I’m noticing no physical self effects like the IS. However I do notice that I’m am walking slightly differently, standing differently and a little more direct and relaxed with people. Analyzing this I’ld say my confidence is greater. Although this is not something I “feel” it is just something I am right now. The effect is very mild. If I hadn’t noticed changes is my stride I might have missed it. The male lead is really pushing my buttons today. He keeps sending me back to my least favorite position and denied me of my best position. Keeps verbally jerking me all over the place. Maybe he’s just having a bad day but he’s focused on me. I’m getting more eye contact from women this morning of all ages. Some of these contacts are lingering just a little to long. I’m going to say this is a positive thing. Refreshed spray at 8:00am. 1 shot Heavy Ammo to throat. The female sup. who is always a little flirtatious is giving me extra attention. More looks, more body language and even more conversation. Noticed nothing else for the rest of the day but had limited exposure for the rest of it. All of this could be coincidental. However stepping back and looking at it as a whole, compared to every other day it’s like someone flipped a switch and turned a light on. ---

**10/31** - 2:18am. 1 shot TUTH to throat. (Yes I know what it’s for but thought I should see something different from the day to day.) Self Effects: 10 minutes in slightly increased heart rate. Lasted about 5 minutes. Nothing severe. 20 minutes in I felt anxious. Arrived at parking lot 3:06am. An older lady sat next to me on the bus. Complained of something that smelled. I didn’t smell it. Hope it wasn’t the TUTH. 0355am The male lead and an otherwise mild mannered good humored guy got into a decent verbal fight. I was around both for at least 10 minutes. They had to be separated. The only time in a number of years that I’ve seen any kind of behaviour like that. Tensions were high and everybody was stressed for the next 3 hours. Noted nothing else unusual. 7:25am. Refresh 1 shot TUTH to the throat. Same self effects as earlier within the same time period. A couple hours later the male lead seemed to want to be my best friend. Talked about some interesting things and seemed to favor me for some reason. Completely out of character for this person. Can anybody explain this effect with this product? or just coincidence? No other effects noticed from any other individual for the rest of the day. No aggression toward myself. No evidence of any type of attraction to myself. What happens if I try 2 shots? Mass riots? lol Note to self: Don’t spray on throat. I don’t like the self effects. Received the 4 togo bottles that I had ordered today. Had written message on the the receipt “You are awesome”. The bubble wrap was a bit wet. Checked the bottles and they all looked ok. Got a nice “buzz” from handling the packaging. ---

Sounds like a good hit with the blonde, the hair play sounds like an IOI to me, you should have went for a phone number, the worst that could have happened is she said no. If you see her again with AMMO on I would go sit next to her if she doesn’t sit by you again, take it from there champ. ---

**11/01** - 1 shot A341b togo on throat at approx 2:25am. Driving to work in the car I couldn’t help to think something was different although I didn’t “feel” anything. It just seemed that my arms and hands were “weighted”. Not meaning they were physically heavy but that every movement and placement of arms, hands, and neck seemed to be with “purpose”. Difficult to describe and was very light. Might be placebo effect since I’ve read so much about A341. I felt the effect and acted accordingly for some time. I don’t know exactly when it started to die down but felt for sure effects had completely subsided at 7:20am. Refreshed at 7:30am. Continued with movements and actions seeming more “purposeful” than normal. Again the effect was light and I don’t know when it started dieing down or dissipated. Didn’t notice any additional respect or intimidation effects. It should be noted that I have high Command Presence on the job in relations to passengers. Also for many years I all ready receive high respect from those I know and work with. Oddly this is similar to the type of effects (though different) that I received with the Ammo. Very light but definite change of … personality(?). Very interesting unless I’ve created that in myself (placebo). I’ve got 11/02 and 11/03 off. No mones on the weekend. Will continue testing as planned on 11/04. Unless I get antsy and baptize myself :-). ---

Very cool Journal! I like the methodical way your trying out all of your mones! NICE! We’ll see how strong is your will power! 😛. I like the descriptors of others and the way you segregate those that you’ve known or work with often and the clients coming and going. I’m subscribed to your journal, bud! **11/02** - Day off… no mones. **11/03** - Day off. Cheated. Took someone to doctor’s office (45 minutes away). 2 sprays A314 to neck. 10-15 minutes in the car I changed. The effect was light but it was amplified from the 1 spray test. I’m not even aware of the “purposeful” feeling I had before instead it is beyond that. I just am. I am the man. I am serious, alert, and concentrated. I can stare people down on the highway when they do something stupid. Arrived at doctor’s office. I walk in like I own the place. I am vaguely aware that my “strut” has changed. Found out the appointment had been cancelled and that we missed the message. Rescheduled. I was apologized to 4 times. Not really necessary, once would have been enough. I wasn’t mad about it. It was good to get out for awhile. An older lady reading a magazine made I contact while I was walking out. I did not break contact. I think this stuff makes me a bit more bold as well. 2 sprays IS for the ride home. I felt pretty happy. The other person didn’t act unusual. Windows were rolled down slightly on the drive. Got home. My big dog came up to me and put his nose on the front of my neck and I’m sure he got a big sniff. He backed up and looked at me. About an hour later I went downstairs to enter a closed room. Normally the big dog like to run into the room when he can. This time he stayed 3 feet back and waited until I was inside the room before he came in. Same behavior with the room after that. **11/04** - Special assignment today and tomorrow also same days next week. I’m working in plain clothes to blend in with the passengers. Testing some of our people. I buddy up with one person and have a sup. 2 sprays A314 to neck at 4:45am. I wish I was on a video with before and after to see what it is that is changing in the way I walk, stand, and move. Same effect as yesterday. I am the man. Very few hits but the ones I noticed were very memorable. I am more willing to take the lead today. Eye contact from me today is easy. During a search a female speaking to someone else but within ear shot mentioned they should have dropped my pants when searching me. hmmm… A male co-worker of mine mentioned that I looked good in passing. (I was wearing a worn out old t-shirt.) A female co-worker friend of mine who is my age and a perfect 10 with a maple syrup personality (also married to a very large body builder) said I was looking sexy (in my old worn out t-shirt) and chatted me up for 30 minutes. Good to see her again it’s been awhile. 9:00 am. Lunch. Refreshed 2 sprays A314 to neck. The effect so light and has to be noticed. I am not aware of it wearing off if it did at all. I guess I am getting into working and not noticing myself as much. A new guy 3 days old. Seemed like he was afraid to touch me during a search. Had trouble communicating. Could not maintain eye contact with me. Massive intimidation maybe. Possibly he just can’t do this job. Walking out I’m walking side by side with another passenger dressed in a business suit. I need to get to the other side of him so I stop walking. He stops abruptly as well. I motion for him to continue but he looks at me with a big smile and with lowered head insists that I walk in front of him. So I do. This type of thing just does not happen. 12:30pm - I’m sitting with the sup. having a very detailed conversation with him about some past experiences. (Not necessarily a hit but I’m sitting extremely confident and relaxed.) 3:00pm - 1 shot IO to throat to see what the self effects are. 5-10 minutes in I’m feeling a bit light headed. It’s kind of nice and relaxing. The effect lasted for about 30 minutes. So far in my testing 1 shot of products don’t seem to affect my environment but does affect me. (Except for Tuth - yet to be confirmed.) The rest of the products I’ll start with 2 shots. I will probably be buying products at 2x strength so I will bump shots up by 2. I’ll be testing 2 shots IO tomorrow in same environment. Hope I don’t turn into a Chatty Kathy… that would be bad. 🙂 Did I mention how much I’m starting to like A314? Will have to get some oil when I’m done spot testing the products. 😉 ---

**11/05** - 4:45am. 2 shots IO to either side of neck. After awhile got the effects again. Slightly light headed and relaxed. Went through the day. Refreshed at 9:30am. 2 shots to neck. Only slight self effects this time. Went through the day. Didn’t notice anything unusual. Wasn’t any chattier than normal. I did enter into several conversations. None of them seemed to be prompted. Didn’t detect any unusual behaviors. Was a pretty normal day. Product didn’t seem to have had any effect. I’m on a normal work schedule for the rest of the week. Will retry the product tomorrow at same dosage to see if there are any changes in my standard environment.😕 ---

**11/06** - 3:05am 2 shots IO to either side of neck. Bad aim with left hand. Got some IO on the side of face. Oops. Refreshed 8:10am 2 shots IO to either side of neck. Better aim this time. No self effects after refresh. Day was pretty normal. Had several conversations with people but nothing was out of place. I would have had these conversations regardless of IO. Was not approached by strangers any more than any other day. Product appears to have had no effect. Perhaps this would be better tested in a close atmosphere with strangers. Probably will not be wearing this in my work environment. ☹ ---

**11/07** - 2:26am 2 shots IH to either side of neck. 2:38am - Driving to work. I feel funny. 2:43am - Still driving. I feel like I’ve been up for 24 hours straight and am sitting in front the TV with my eyes propped open. Except without the tiredness. A bit trance like. 2:48am - Still driving. The moon is really bright this morning. The highway is all lit up. The moon beaming down on me feels like someone has a flashlight in my face. This effect lasted about an hour. I felt pretty good. Refreshed at 7:22am. Effects are lighter this time. Evaluation? Not sure. Had many conversations. Was offered some information from older memories by various people. I didn’t see this as odd at the time. I’m trusted amongst these people anyway. Sharing some personal data at down times isn’t uncommon. Passengers didn’t seem to be affected. One slight oddity. A female (unfamiliar) co-worker approached me. Was practically on top of me while fumbling for ID. Usually half arm length is appropriate. Second oddity. A female co-worker which I first met while wearing Ammo a few days ago, stood close and squared off with me while staring at me with doe eyes. Walked away then came back and did it again. Not entirely unattractive but her eyes were really sexy. Made small talk about trivial things before leaving. Kind of reminded me of an article I read about the “chase me” game. Anyway I’m guessing it was the old memory of the Ammo I was wearing previously. Even with these odd on/off mones I’ve been wearing on different days. My perception is that people are seeing me a bit differently all together. Maybe the mones are starting to affect my brain. A bit of a different day tomorrow. So I plan on using a mix. Maybe start off with IG then add some Ammo and maybe some IS. ---

The graveyard hours you post sound crazy to a day person like me. I wonder if this also affects your mone perceptions as well as those around you? Mones will have some blatant/clear effects on some and some subtle effects on others that you may not see unless you compare them over time. IShine and AMMO are a great combo, BTW! 🙂 ---

**11/08** - Irregular day so I wanted to try a combo. 2:20am - 2 shots IG to either side of neck. 2:45am - Driving to work. No feeling of self effects. Noted however that I am driving with both hands on the wheel in a very relaxed way and sitting up straighter than normal. Normally I drive with a stiff arm 1 hand on the wheel with the other propped in the window. Kind of reminds me of A314 but a bit different and not so prominent. 3:30am - Added 1 shot Heavy Ammo to throat. 7:00am - Refreshed. 2 shots IG to either side of neck. 1 shot Heavy Ammo to throat. 2 shots IS to either side of head. 10:20am - Rough day. Another shot of IS to throat. Nothing major today. Felt good all day even though work treated me rough. Didn’t have a great deal of contact. Seemed men treated me with respect. Got several “eyes” from women. A couple of women had to come in real close as if to get a better look. Got some extended puppy dog eyes. All in all everyone was pretty happy around me today. Didn’t think I had much to report. Seems I’ve noted more than I thought. Pretty happy with this overall. ---

**11/09** - Day off. 2 shots IG to either side of neck. No self effects noted. Went to an upstart business. Employees were friendly and helpful. I would expect this from an upstart. Went out to eat at a buffet. Didn’t note anything unusual. It may be me. I’m not being very observant today. I am a bit inward focused. ---

**11/10** - Received ToGo of Ammox2, IJ, and [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) today. Shipping was great turn around. The bubble wrap was sopping wet. The IJ and MX297 must have leaked because they were about half full (or a bit less). The bottles were still taped up and the AMMO bottle was fine. So I don’t know what happened. Contacted Androtics through the website messaging system. It did take several hours for initial contact. Once contact was finally made I was taken care of promptly, politely, and professionally. I was satisfied and relieved. (You know how trying to get support through a web site can be for some companies. No problems here.) Kudos Androtics. I was a bit concerned about being exposed to the equivalent of a full ToGo of mones so was cautious. I did feel a bit different for awhile but can’t describe it. I was relieved that it had no extreme effects on me. HOWEVER. My soon to be ex (yes I’m still married Long story short it has been very cold for many years now) seems to have had a change of heart out of the blue (after all of these years - Not sure how I feel about this). She was close later that day and wrote me a note telling me how important I am to her. Has to be the mones. Wonder how long that will last? **11/11** - Special assignment day. 3:55 3 shots A314b to either side of neck and throat. Driving to work (about 15 minutes later) I was straight backed and serious. Arriving at work I am walking tall, chest out, arms bowed out (like subconsciously making myself bigger). Similar to the last 2 tests but considerably more pronounced. I got many looks from older women (40+ mainly) as they walked by. One lady kept staring after I walked by and sat down some ways away from her. I noticed that I was extremely prone to lead my small group. Kept having to refrain and follow the sup. Noticed no other hits until after lunch. 9:30am - Refreshed 3 sprays of A314b to same places. Noted a couple of respect hits. #1 - I was standing in line. The lady in front of me kept looking back. After about 15 seconds she stepped out of line told me to take her place then stepped behind me and resumed waiting in line behind me. Weird. #2 - Co-worker (during my only personal search of the day) knew I wasn’t carrying. But was forced to do the search because a TSM and sup. were watching. He treaded lightly on the search and did not get into my personal space (even though being watched). In this situation this is a strong respect hit. I’m sure there were more minor hits but I didn’t catch them or just assumed it was not out of the ordinary. I was extremely serious and stern today. I didn’t talk much and when I did have a conversation it was about work or the company. 3x might be a bit to much to use for my job. Returned home and ate. Just prior the big dog again buried his nose in my neck. While eating the little dog lays close and looks at me waiting. The big dog sits in front of me and waits. Instead the big dog lay about 3 feet away and did not get close. The little dog got into his normal position. After about 30 seconds he lay parallel to me with his head turned away from me and would not look at me. Afterwards the little dog normally lays at the end of the couch. Instead he lay with his head over the arm as if not to look at me. Respect hits? Here it is 4pm and I am still a bit “juiced”. A314 is some interesting stuff. At 3x it seems to make me a bit “dry”. I’m getting itchy to start mixing some of these mones. ---

**11/12** - Special Assignment today. **3:55am** - 3 sprays IG. Either side of neck and throat area. **9:30am** - Refreshed 3 sprays IG to same places. Noticed no apparent self effects at all. A few older employees that I do not know wanted to chat with me as if they knew me. This might be considered hits. Not sure. No other effects noticed through out the day. At 1:30pm I was extremely tired. Got home at 2:30pm. I felt totally wiped out. I did get about 5 hours of sleep but today I was at least twice a tired as normal. Could this be an effect of the mones dosage? ---

**11/13** - Back to regular work assignment. Bad night for me (not product related). Maybe 3.5 - 4 hours sleep. **3:30am** - 4 shots IS total. 2 to either side of neck. 2 to wrists. Extremely light self effects. Smile on my face all morning. The group meeting was not as lively as the last test with 2 shots IS. However everybody seemed to be in good spirits and smiling. The morning went smooth and co-workers remained happy through out. Passenger reactions with me were positive. Not noticing any big “hits” from the IS with the exception of a happy crew. I’m still smiling even when I forget I’m smiling. hmm **7:55am** Lunch! Refreshed 4 shots IS. 2 to either side of neck. 2 to elbow crooks. No self effects really except that I’m still smiling. Prior to reopen I sat across from Lead and made conversation. The rest of the crew gathered around on either side to complete a circle and all joined in. Not social stuff but policy and etc. 2 people would gather around me normally but to have the crew group around me like this during down time is a bit odd. **9:00am** - Open! I’m still smiling! **10:00am** - Undercover co-worker that I worked with yesterday came in and told me “You look sexy in your uniform!”. Only small talk the last 4 days we worked together but today I’m “sexy”. Some positive flirtations with another female co-worker which continued on the bus back to the parking lot. **10:45am** - More happy talk with co-workers. At the end of the day I asked 3 of my co-workers how they were feeling today. The 3 all said that it was a good day and that they were pretty…(yeah you guessed it) HAPPY! I could contribute this to coincidence or the fact the moon was just full the other day but it’s seldom that EVERYONE is happy all damn day long. Even though I didn’t get slapped in the face with a shovel that said SHINE, the entire condensed day says this was not an average day. I have no choice but to say that this is a very positive test of IS. Oh yeah my cheeks are a bit on the sore side. Note: self effects (head buzz) didn’t last even though product is not being used consistently. Kind of like the IG yesterday. Maybe it is the higher dosages or maybe some kind of resistance to the product. I would hate to lose this effect. I wonder if worn daily if people will eventually stop smiling… ---

**11/14** - 2:20am - 2 shots Heavy Ammo to either side of throat. Effects: confidence Refreshed 7:20am. 2 shots Heavy Ammo to either side of throat. Today wasn’t a happy day like yesterday. It was pretty average. Only a few things noted. First there was absolutely no eye contact from young female passengers where it would have been appropriate. Second I got a lot of eye contact and friendly smiles from older male passengers (50-60 years old). Respect hit? Third no flirtations today at all. Other than that no other noted differences except maybe that I just wasn’t as popular today. It would appear that 2 shots of the x2 is just to much. The 1 shot of the x2 was much better. Note: It appears that the 3 products that give some type of confidence boost or up beat to mannerisms all contain rone. ---

**11/15** - 2:15am 4 shots IH total. 2 shots to either side of neck and 2 shots to wrists. After 20 minutes self effects started to hit me. I felt very calm and somewhat disconnected. More of that “trance like” state mentioned earlier with 2 shots. Received a slight headache at the left front of the head when effects hit me. I didn’t time it but effects lasted about an hour. For some reason I am real tired this morning. Like pass out tired as if I hadn’t slept at all. I was desperate to grab my 5 hour energy drink before I passed out. 7:10 - headache spread across my forehead. A kind co-worker provided some aspirin. Refreshed 4 shots IH at 7:20am. 2 shots to wrists and 2 shots to inner elbows. After roughly 15 minutes received more disconnection feelings. I’m not sure how long it lasted but don’t believe it lasted an hour like this morning. The day was more or less average. I noted no external effects from product. It seems to hit me like a brick but nobody else around me. Perhaps this is just an inappropriate environment for testing. I really expected to see some kind of results today. I won’t continue testing this product at least at these doses. 6 shots will more than likely turn me into a zombie or put me in a coma 😛. Writing this I am still very tired and a bit “out of it”. ---

**11/15** - 3:20pm. I wanted to try IJ out and decided home would be the best place to see how it would affect me. 1 shot IJ to chest just below the neck (no shirt on). This stuff stinks. I’m laying on the couch watching tv. **3:38pm** - Noticed heart rate increase. More so than other products tested before. Not serious but noticeable. I’m feeling some anxiety and am starting to get an aggressive feeling. **3:50pm** - My aggressive feeling seems to have increased. I’m agitated. The smell has gotten worse and is starting to piss me off. I feel like kicking someone in the head. **4:00pm** - Moving around the house my walk is sloppy. Careless about my movements. I’m sensing my attitude has changed. There is a pressure in my head. I don’t know if it’s physical or a mental thing. **4:20pm** - It seems further heart rate increase. Still nothing to worry about. The other says my tone of voice has changed. I’ve barely said two words. I don’t notice anything. Don’t really care either. This stuff smells putrid to me now. **4:50pm** - Still feeling effects. Glad I didn’t use this at work. If these feelings got out I’ld probably get myself fired. **5:00pm** - These feelings are starting to let up a bit. The smell has lightened up a bit. I’m sure there is a place and time to use this product but I have not been there yet. Maybe in a heated sports event or street brawl. **5:15pm** - Yep. It’s still there. Might have to wash this stuff off. Perhaps the experience would be different if doing something physically demanding. This has been different for me as I’m usually pretty relaxed and not physically aggressive toward people in general.
