I know we still produce our own natural [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and that production is linked to our own natural hormone production. But when considering the various products of the consumer line, does anyone know what kind of conditions cause a person to produce CERTAIN pheromones in greater concentration than others? IE What might cause one man to produce a greater amount of androsterone vs androstenone as opposed to vice versa?
Or why does one man produce more androstenone vs nols etc.
Diet, physical condition, a certain state of mind (mood fluctuations DO effect production of certain hormones) etc.

I ask because rone bases products are reported to give a combination of dominance/maturity. Which makes me wonder if a mans natural production of rone increases with age, or if he simply experiences enough of a decline in none compared to rone that the rone becomes the dominant part of his natural phero sig.

A314 is alleged to be an Alpha Male product, and it’s supposed to be 80% rone, would something like being promoted to a management position create enough changes in a man’s confidence and hormone balance that his rone production would increase?

It depends more on personality at least at my age. Yeah I would say its a safer bet that rone does occur more over the years. My friends naturally see me more as a father/ leader figure and come to me for guidance a lot even though I won’t label myself as alpha. I think I produce more rone than none simply because I get this vibe from lots of people even when I don’t wear IG or A314.

I think none can be reflected upon by the height of our testosterone levels peaking at 18-20 and steadily declining toward the later twenties and onward. Being in a managerial position would give you the image of having higher rone output but the position itself wouldn’t make you alpha/ higher rone. You can have the image of an alpha by being a leader of a fraternity, being a CEO, a president of a country but these things won’t make you a biological alpha which I would say for lots of people come more with age and with a natural charismatic [pheromone](https://a314.com/) signature more often.

Race and genetics are big factors:

anone:

Blacks\> Hispanics \> whites \> asians

rone (it is reversed):

asians \> whites \> hispanics \> blacks

anol:

whites\> asians\> blacks \> hispanics

People from more prominent or upper-class or intelligent familiy heritage probably have higher rone.
People from more physically involved background - ie a construction worker- have higher anone.
People that party a lot or have families that enjoy good times more than work and studying probably have higher nol.

Again, before flaming me, it is all just a conjecture

Oh no no no I actually kinda like that for educated guess. Genetics can definitely play a huge role although I think any race could be high or low in androstenol even though I as an asian myself think we have less of it at times since we talk so little in comparison to other backgrounds/ ethnicities.

Its hard to bring Sociology, Biology, and Psychology all together in one parallel when it comes to pheromones natural and synthetic so talking about things in a conjecture base seems fine to me as long as we don’t over generalize these aspects.

Well I know that certain occurrences in a persons life can effect their natural hormonal balance, getting a promotion vs getting fired, finding a girlfriend vs being dumped…studies have even shown that your favorite sports team winning or losing a big game can cause a spike or drop in T levels. Likewise I’ve read many studies that link neurotransmitters, serotonin in particular to “Alpha Male” status, it seems that in chimp colonies the when a change of power occurs the incoming new Alpha Male gets boosted with a measurable increase in both testosterone and serotonin while the reverse occurs to the ousted former Alpha. It just makes me wonder if everything including phero production have a sort of positive feedback loop like this. If a man suddenly receives a major promotion with the increased pay and respect that comes with it and experiences alterations in his hormonal and nt balance, I can’t help but wonder if his phero signature shifts toward something akin to an A314 type of ratio…not as strong and concentrated obviously but higher in rone to other phero’s.

Have any studies actually been done on what causes Rone to be produced vs none?

Acutally, asian guys are very sociable and enjoy more “feminine” activities - feminine if u think about it from the American standard. This “femine” activities make them ramp up some anol production. A lot of them I know go to Karaoke, hostess bars, hangout at cafe, casinos, etc. Asian people are shy, but not among friends. Plus, they never work out and are skinny as heck; no wonder they produce the lowest anone count.

A lot of white dudes enjoy similar things, save for karaoke and such. Plus, white people tend to talk a lot; hence, high anone ouput=\> more anol than asians and other races. They aren’t that athletic or buff as “darker” peeps, so naturally it makes sense they have lower anone than them. Asians tend to be a little bit (not much) geekier, more studious and workaholic than white people. To their families, respect means a lot; therefore, what they strive for all their lives naturally boost up their rone count.

Latinos and blacks are all about “MACHO MACHO” and going to clubs, sports and beer, and finding some girls to get laid. That is why they have high anone levels…

I have to say there are some things there that I disagree with. Playing into the whole stereotype of asians I definitely identify with a lot of what your saying and I share quite a few of those activities. But at the same to say that we’re all skinny and don’t work out is because we don’t make as much anone has little relevance. I only say that because theres lots of latino, black, and white people who do not work out or not as much. On top of that you only know what asian people are like in the United States. I myself have been brainwashed to see asians a certain way but honestly the general public still and will always see us through very stereotype ridden glasses. If you go to China or other asian countries you’ll find quite a variance how we are physically and personality wise towards women and whatever else.

Splicing sociology and pheromones in order to garner an understanding can only work to a certain degree. American asians are nothing like ones from the homeland.

Anyway I don’t really wanna argue anything because there isn’t anything to argue about. You have your perception I have mine.

I understand where your coming from RAD. As far as I’ve read I’ve never seen any study on the correlation between none and rone production. I think it would be a hard thing to measure as there are many intricacies involved.

From my perspective I try to see the idea of being an alpha as more than a territorial or a certain height of status. Many men and women in high places are seen as alpha only because of the power they wield. A true alpha should be something more of a inner self image being projected outward as a result of having such a presence. Being an alpha shouldn’t be situational and any setback that a alpha may have should only be a temporary hindrance.

Not saying anyone is wrong here because obviously in our world people try to use science to explain every little aspect of our lives as a whole and as a individual.

I am saying, in general, I am pretty sure about 20% of Asians produce more anone than whites and latinos. In contrast, 20% of latinos produce more rones than asians and whites. Sterotypes and bias exist for reasons. I noticed that it is true about 75% of the times. What the media says about asians is true with 75% of the population. The other 25% are really different. It is true with latinos too. However, not everyone is perceptive enough to observe and see these kinds of things.

I think you guys have missed an extremely important aspect of natural mone production: it is strongly linked to personal hygiene, amount of body hair and diet. We don’t simply excrete an array of mones on our skin. Pheromone production is a multistage process involving sweat byproducts, heat and bacteria. Sure there are hereditary and health factors as well, but all these work together to produce and maintain natural mone production. Personally I strongly suspect personal hygiene is the most influential factor in mone production.

The most common mone on male skin is A1. When it is exposed to heat, moisture and bacteria it breaks down to alpha androstenol. With more time and bacterial action the alpha androstenol is broken down to androstenone. Given these facts, those prone to sweating, less frequent showers and with hairier bodies will tend to product and retain natural mones. They’ll also stink a lot more than their smooth skinned bath loving brothers. The body excretes waste materials through sweat, and those eating high protein diets tend to produce more smelly sweat. And sweat rich in waste materials attract and retain more skin bacteria. The more bacteria on your skin breaking down byproducts of sweat the more mones produced. And, yes, more more funky you become.

You’ve probably noticed some of your friends can only workout 30 minutes and be about as rank and funky as it gets, while others gotta work it for hours to stink that bad. The hairy meat eating dude has more waste material on his skin for the bacteria and more hairs to retain both odor and bacterial colonies. However even bigfoot can greatly reduce his mone production by bathing several times daily. The skin bacteria will simply not have the time to breakdown his sweat before it’s washed off. Our smoothed skin friend can run around the block a few times, skip a shower and be ripe with A1, nol and none in a few mere hours.

As for the stereotype that Asian men produce less androstenone, I suspect they–at least East Asians like Japanese and Koreans–have less body hair than other races and also tend to bathe more. So less opportunity for bacteria to fester and grow. When I work out at the gym, I can say without a doubt East Asian men are the least stinky among the guys I work out with. Some of the guys actually make me gag from a few feet away. The really hairy ones–Portuguese men–seem to develop BO the fastest.

I’ve read androsterone is only made in the male liver and externally is only present in male urine and on unwashed privates. It’s sorta like male cops since it lives on your dick. Too bad it’s a friggen tinkle mone! I suppose you could increase natural androsterone out by not shaking it well and not showering or changing your drawers daily. Go commando, wear thin pants and you’ll have better diffusion. I like to shower 2 or 3 times daily so I’m highly androsterone deficient. Moreover, I just can’t bring myself to piss myself, wear old undies or dab urine behind my ears so I’m stuck wearing A314 instead.
